• Jörgen Ohlsson (7/5): Benidorm var trevligt, Vi hade hyrbil så det vart även daxturer till Valencia och Alicante också! - Lägenheten var riktigt fin,Otrolig Vacker havsutsikt ( Våning 20), Läget var perfekt (Mycket Centralt) Bra med bilparkeringen, Nära till stranden 20 meter från entreen. Kommunikationen med Värden, Fick äntligen tag i henne via ett samtal till Booking com, Tidigare var det endast en svarare på spanska !! När vi väl fick tag i henne och fick en beskrivning på nyckelngömman och garaget, Så gick det knappt att få upp låset för att det satt ett stuprör i vägen? Dörren till 1 sovrum gick inte att stänga, Den satt fast endast med ett gångjärn högst upp? Vi fick sms:a och fråga om Toalettpapper,? Köpte det själv på 2:a dagen, Toalettpappret kom sista dagen och Handdukar fick vi ringa om. Eftersom vädret inte bjöd på så varm sol så torkade aldrig handdukarna, Jag köpte en ny handuk 2.a dagen på en affär. Nya handdukar kom sista dagen. Poolen var stängd, men det var den på andra hotell också såg vi, Men det var ett minus, Vi valde det stället för att det fanns en swimmingpool, Damerna kunde inte bada på resan , Det var för kallt i havet tyckte dom!

• Leah (1/5): Avoid! We did not stay. - We didn’t stay. Despite it being 3am when we arrived, we left immediately and walked to the nearest hotel and booked in there. Overwhelming smell of drains. Bedding basic and stained mattresses and pillows. A stain and hair in beds. Lifts out of order and those that worked were slow and rickety - unacceptable when on the 20th floor.
• Karen (9/5): Lovely holiday apartment with outstanding views - The apartment has been renovated to a high standard. We were two couples and visited for the weekend. This was a rare find as it is situated right on the beach, it has two bedrooms and two bedrooms and offers parking on site. The apartment is very well & thoughtfully equipped with aircon in each room. The view from the balcony is exceptional.

• Merete (10/5): Super godt - Beliggenhed, nem kommunikation med udlejer. Komfuret var i stykker, men blev lavet med det samme Kunne have været dejligt med et spejl hvor man kunne se sig selv i hel figur
• Kayleigh (8/5): - The hotel was in a fantastic location & the decor was gorgeous but unfortunately no bedding for the sofa bed until the second night of our stay, the drains were blocked and flooded. The main problem was the smell of the drains mainly from the bedroom ensuite. The pool having no sunbeds was an issue as it wasn't the most comfortable to lay on the floor with the pebble dash around the edge. We had a bit of trouble getting into the property I think with the language barrier and the main key to get into the building already being inside the property. I would recommend to the owners to get more than one copy of the apartment keys made. Having said that if the drainage issue was fixed we would definitely return, friendly staff and again the location is phenomenal!! The views are breathtaking to wake up too.

• Tiana (2/5): Very poor - We stayed one night in this apartment in Benidorm and unfortunately, our experience was not as we had hoped. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the apartment was not properly cleaned. The overall cleanliness was below acceptable standards – the floors were dusty, and the bathroom did not feel fresh or hygienic. What concerned us the most was the condition of the towels and bed linens. The towels were clearly not washed, and the bed sheets appeared to have been used previously, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Clean bedding and towels are a basic expectation for any guest, and sadly, this was not met. While the location of the apartment was convenient and communication with the host was polite, the lack of cleanliness made it difficult for us to feel at ease during our short stay. We believe that with more attention to cleaning and proper preparation for guests, the overall experience could be significantly improved. We hope this feedback is taken constructively, as we believe all guests deserve a clean and welcoming space, regardless of the length of their stay.

• Gaynor (10/5): Outstanding - We’ve booked this place a few times now and simply Wouldn’t want to stay anyplace else now! Comfortable, great location and a home from home. Only small complaint was there were no loungers to lie on at the pool, so had to use the beach more than the pool!

• Leah (10/5): 10/10!!! - The apartment was absolutely amazing!! Super clean and very nicely decorated. The views from the balcony are just incredible. Location is also fantastic with the beach right on the doorstep, supermarket below and a short walk to the bars and restaurants. There are no sunbeds by the pool which was a shame but it didn't matter too much as the beach is a stones throw away! Also we couldn't find any bowls in the apartment but again, this wasn't too much of an issue for us.

• Beverley (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely beautiful apartment, beds are so comfy, very very clean and has everything u need, even the Hairdryer is fab definitely book this again, it's on the 20th floor but was ok for us as had 4 lifts 👌 The only thing that we didn't like was a big screw sticking out of the shower drain on the floor and the pool area wasn't that clean , there was a dead cockroach at the bottom of the pool and not been washed down regular and no sunbeds
• Jose (10/5): JUST AMAZING, I LOVE IT, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, BEST PLACE TO STAY IN BENIDORM! - the open terrace with mediterranean sea view, it was just out of this world. to be honest nothing, everything was beyond my expectations.
• Naveed (7/5): Good - The Property has an exceptional location and our apartment was sea facing. The view was amazing and You have most of the things available within a 100 meter reach I did not like the checkin and check out policy. Check in starts at 4:30 PM and checkout was at 11 am. Thats pathetic

• Tracy (10/5): Beautiful Apartment - Apartment was beautiful amazing views good size for 6 people very modern, 10 minute walk to the main nightlife. Office a 4 minute walk to collect the keys, staff really helpful in the office. If visiting Benidorm I would stay at this apartment again.
