- Verified traveler (4/5): L'architecte avait-il oublié la douche ? - Points positifs: - lits et oreillers confortables - présence d'une moustiquaire sur la baie vitrée - parking gratuit et toujours de la place à l'ombre - hôtel bien situé - piscine grande et profonde Points négatifs : - la douche !!! Seulement 75 x 50 cm !! Et un rideau de douche qui colle à la peau, vraiment inadmissible ! - personnel parfois mal aimable (cela dépendait des personnes) - pas de chocolat chaud disponible au buffet du petit-déjeuner - assez bruyant le soir, surtout avec notre chambre donnant sur la piscine, et où on devait ouvrir la fenêtre la nuit car il faisait trop chaud Globalement, on ne recommande pas, et aucune envie de revenir une autre fois.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Hotel gut gelegen mit mehreren Restaurants und Supermärkten. Aufmerksames und nettes Personal. Das Zimmer ist jedoch klein und seine Möbel sind rückständige. Badezimmer überflutet und die Klimaanlage braucht lange, um zu funktionieren.
- Sandra (10/5): Sauber - Wohlfühlfaktor garantiert - Wirklich eine sehr schöne Anlage mit Pool, Zimmer mit Klima und Kochniesche sowie die Möglichkeit am Pool zu frühstücken. Wie haben und sehr wohl gefühlt und der Service war hervorragend! Nur zu empfehlen!!

Thick Silikone kept the sink to the wall, pretty outdated bathroom without shower curtain, so you shower while being seated on the toilet, maybe that’s for you! Needs renovation. Should have taken photo! Considering this, it was a rip off. I will not return. Man at the reception was kind though.
- Juri (6/5): - Die Unterkunft war zwar sauber, die Zimmer sowie der Rest allerdings weit entfernt von den Bildern im Internet. Sehr kleine Zimmer (wir konnten den Koffer nur auf dem Bett öffnen), das Badezimmer auch extrem klein und die Dusche war offen, ohne Duschvorhang, (somit der ganze Raum nass) und die Halterung für die Brause fehlte auch.

- Bruno et Cécile (8/5): Vacances au clame - L'hotel est bien situé dans le village de Plakias donc proche des restaurants et des plages. Il possède une grande piscine. La chambre était propre. On avait demandé une chambre pour 3 avec une enfant de 13 ans et son lit était petit, en fait plus petit qu'elle! Nous avons eu droit a de délicieuses pâtisseries apportées dans notre chambre de temps en temps l'après-midi. Il y a la wifi mais parfois elle était trop encombrée. Par contre, il était précisé sur ma réservation que le petit déjeuner était gratuit, ce qui est faux car il est payant pour tous les clients. Je l'ai signalé a hotel.com mais je ne sais pas s'ils ont modifié.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Un accueil des plus agréables, personnel serviable. Nous avons même eux droit à des gourmandises offertes. Propreté parfaite. Cadre magnifique très proche de la plage et tous commerces.
- Lyn (10/5): A+ Location / Great hosts - Close to centre, shops, restaurants, bars & main beach. Parking available. Friendly staff & cats. Check-in was great, considering we arrived around midnight. We were greeted well & quickly & effectively shown to our room & dealt with formalities the following morning. Room was cleaned every day upon our request and sheets & towels changed every other day. Large size pool & poolside restaurant & bar, the only downside was kids screaming in the pool right outside our balcony whilst their parents were chilling & residing on the other side of the complex/pool and did or felt nothing that other guests might like some ‘chill-quiet’ time to enjoy their personal balconies in the AM/evening... :-/
- Franz (10/5): - Abgesehen vom zeitweise (auch in der Nacht) starken Wind, für den das Hotel aber nichts kam, eine sehr schöne Location. Restaurants und Strand sowie der gesamte Ort Plakias sehr empfehlenswert. Auch gute Basisstation für Ausflüge.
- Colin (4/5): Nice place, shame about the room - Hotel looks great on website, but my delux room was tiny. There was hardly room for our two suitcases. The property was clean and well maintained, decent pool and small sun lounger area. Close to amenities and nice restaurants. I’m now in Agios Nikolaos and my room is 4 times the size and half board for around the same money!
- Raphaël (10/5): Superbe hotel ! Je recommande! - L'hotel est idéal pour séjourner sur la côte Sud de l'île. Il est situé en plein coeur de centre de Plakias, mais c'est un hotel qui reste très calme. Les chambres sont confortables, propres, avec une bonne literie. On a disposé d'un service de chambre tous les jours. Pour les connectés, la Wifi fonctionne très bien dans les chambres et autour de la piscine. Nous avions un gouter fait maison dans notre chambre tous les jours, ce qui est super après une bonne journée riche en activités. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très gentil, disponible, toujours souriant, ils sont à votre écoute. L'ambiance de cet hotel est très chaleureuse et familiale. L'hotel est proche des restaurants, de la plage, des commerces (souvenirs, supermarket, pharmacie, location de voitures, bar,...) : très bonne situation géographique. Nous avons passé un super séjour de 2 semaines dans cet hotel, et nous reviendrons avec plaisir!
- Morgan (10/5): Go as a Guest... Leave as Family - Was my first time on Crete and decided to go to the South side where it's more laid back.. What a Right Choice of Place to go and more Importantly to Stay.. There is not one Negative thing to be said.. I couldn't have been treated better. Went as a Total Stranger and left feeling like part of the Family.. I WILL BE BACK!!
