• Susana (10/5): Very central and has everything you'd need - Great location and friendly staff. The room was big, well decorated also had a small fridge which was very usefull to keep our drinks cold. The bathroom was also clean, and althought it was small it had everything that was needed, including a hairdryer. There was also a big window in the room which was nice, and blinds and blackout curtains. It wasnt a problem for us, because we enjoyed the white noise, but there was a constant humming coming from the ceiling/walls. Possibly a AC or some sort or fan extractor. The water in the shower sometimes would go very hot or very cold, I think this was because other people were using their showers at the same time.

• Marius (3/5): I do not recommend this place considering the price paid compared to what was actually offered, and I also do not recomm - I would like to leave a negative review because there were quite a few problems with this accommodation. First of all, during both nights there was a very strange noise, as if water was constantly flowing or something similar. It was a continuous noise throughout the entire night and it made it very difficult to rest. Secondly, I selected the option with breakfast on Booking, but I still had to pay extra for breakfast when I arrived. Also, the breakfast itself was, in my opinion, extremely poor considering the high price. For the amount charged, the quality and variety were very disappointing. Regarding the additional city tax, that was also an unexpected extra charge from my point of view. Maybe this is common in some cities, but I did not know it was charged per day and per person. I thought it was a one-time fee per visit. And finally, I want people to understand once again that the photos do not reflect the real condition or reality of the location. I think everyone should know exactly where they are going and what they are paying for, especially considering that the accommodation was quite expensive for what was actually offered. I would also like to add that the television did not work properly. After someone from the reception came to check it, they managed to make it work, but it kept disconnecting and interrupting constantly. Not that I booked the accommodation to watch movies, but at least while staying in the room I would have liked to listen to some music. Unfortunately, even that was interrupted very frequently. In addition, the sink only had hot water running, with no cold water at all, and I burned my hands because of it. In the shower, both hot and cold water were working. The shower door was also broken, just like the sink faucet, which was not functioning properly either. Overall, the condition of the room was problematic from top to bottom. I do not recommend this place considering the price paid compared to what was actually offered, and I also do not recommend it based on the way the staff handled the situation and interacted with guests. This is my honest opinion.

• Alicia (8/5): Buena opción por Roma - La ubicación, está en una zona muy tranquila pero luego tienes la facilidad para estar enseguida en las zonas más céntricas, ya sea andando o sino puedes moverte hasta el centro cogiendo autobús o metro. Había algo de ruido en las habitaciones, debido a que estábamos en la primera habitación nada más entrar.

Wygodne i jasne oznaczenie sposobu wejścia do obiektu i pokoju. W hotelu jest tylko rano personel. Dosyć cienkie ściany, słychać każde słowo szczególnie kiedy blisko pokoju jest miejsce na śniadanie. .

• Ákos (10/5): The perfect spot to start a long weekend in Rome - The accomodation was great. The responsible person on-site, Ricardo was very kind and helpful. We arrived in the morning hours and he managed to store our luggage safely until the check-in time, thus enabling us to discover the city comfortably. Also, on the last day, after check-out we were able to leave our luggages in a safe place and spend almost a whole day in the city (we have an evening flight back home). Breakfast time is ideal, from 8:00 till 10:00, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were tidy and well furnished. Prima Guest House is sharing a building with some other accomodations, apartments, end even with an embassy. This setup is quite normal in Rome, there is no need to worry about it. The building has a gatekeeper and the building is in a very safe area of the city. Lepanto metro station is just a few minutes away on foot. I am well aware of the Italian way of having a breakfast (sweet baked goods), however some more cheese and cold cuts, salami might be welcomed.

(10 minuti si raggiunge piazza del Popolo). Camere spaziose e molto pulite. Dovessi tornare a Roma prenoterei di nuovo in questa struttura.

• ramesh (9/5): My stay was very pleasant and I would definitely go back there again. - Location was good in residential area. The room was clean and organized with a balcony to courtyard. Not much of a view but I was able to see the bridge partially. The staff were very helpful and helpful. Parking was a bit an issue. Although you could park on street if you get lucky. I chose to pat 20€ to put the car in their private parking but it was not very continence since every time I wanted to exit the garage I had to take back the remote back to to office and on my way back go back to office and pick it up to get to garage. It would have been better if they could have additional garage opener to avoid unnecessary back and forth traveling to office. I would suggest just to take chance and park on street unless you want to leave the car overnight in a safe place. Other than that everything was perfect.

• Olga (10/5): - Super lokalizacja hotelu - w zasięgu 15 minutowego spaceru Watykan, Zamek Anioła, muzea i słynne place m.in: Narodowe Muzeum Etruskie, Muzeum Sztuki Nowoczesnej, Piazza del Popolo. Świetna komunikacja - metro i autobusy niemal pod samym hotelem, tuż za rogiem. Komunikacją miejską szybko dotrzesz do najważniejszych zabytków jak i wrócisz bez przesiadki z Zatybrza. Przemiła i pomocna obsługa. Czyste, przytulne pokoje. W okolicy dużo kawiarnio-cukierni (pasticceria) w sam raz na rzymskie śniadanie (kawa+rogalik) i podglądanie rzymskiej codzienności.

• Maria (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto!😍 - Ho soggiornato in questo B&B a Roma e mi sono trovata davvero benissimo. La struttura è accogliente, pulita e curata nei dettagli. La camera era confortevole, ordinata e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. La posizione è davvero ottima: si trova sul Lungotevere, in una zona tranquilla ma strategica, e vicinissima alla fermata Lepanto della metro, comodissima per raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse della città. Un ringraziamento speciale va all’host Raffaele, una persona gentilissima e molto disponibile, sempre attento a ogni esigenza. Ci ha fatto sentire come a casa sin dal primo momento, fornendoci consigli utili e dimostrando grande professionalità. Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia trascorrere un soggiorno sereno e piacevole a Roma. Ci tornerò sicuramente😍❤️

• Doriana (8/5): Un piacevole soggiorno - La posizione , la tranquillità , vicinissimo un supermercato molto fornito, utile. Gentilissimo il signore che ci ha accolto. La porta non chiudibile dall' interno( nel senso che chiunque in possesso delle chiavi può aprire in qualsiasi momento) quindi consiglierei una chiusura aggiuntiva per aumentare il senso di sicurezza e tranquillità degli ospiti.

Я ходила от отеля до достопримечательностей пешком и иногда пользовалась автобусами. Рядом есть продуктовый магазин. Каждый день убирались в номере (полы не мыли). Я очень чувствительна к шуму. Окна моего номера выходили на магистраль, поэтому шумно, ночью гудел холодильник. Ночью было холодно, поэтому кондиционер тоже шумел. Но эта проблема решается берушами:)
