Guest Reviews
- Kenneth (2/5): - Nice mall nearby but otherwise I advise moving on.
- Christian (4/5): - Got a deluxe room but the ac would turn off every hour and the tv didnt even work, the water was also very cold
- Rachelle (8/5): - pros:
room is ok. they provided slippers, staff were nice, polite and attentive to need of the costumers
cons:
we stayed for 5 nights, there was never a wifi. extra pillows were extra charge. no hair dryer. water pressure was low.
- Randy (10/5): - The property, staff, and vendors in the area are amazing. The biggest con is the 24 hour noise. The front of the hotel is a loading and unloading zone. Bring ear plugs.
- Allan (2/5): - Very bad experience i booked but the hotel is close they transfer m another hotel that very far and not friendly location
- Sean (10/5): Fairview - Friendly staff
- Jonathan (2/5): Not hotel, maybe motel, maybe worse - Hot water not working, it seems to be turned on only when there are plenty of people in the hotel. The hotel location is incorrect as shown on Google Maps, and this is the responsibility of the hotel to make sure that this is changed. Consequently the hotel was in a very inconvenient location for us.
Rooms can be booked by 3 hour periods..
- Hector (4/5): Horrible stay - The hotel isnt for foreigners. Its located within a busy street with bag snatchers and a bit dangerous. The hotel staff isn't at all accommodating. We asked for a new sheet since our bed sheet was stained and the front desk ignored our request. The food isn't very good either. There are roaches. Totally not worth your time.
- Rodolfo (6/5): Not clean - Never come back on that place again
- Maharlika (8/5): Need to improve the service - Clean but the service is a bit slow and the wifi is very hard to connect. The place is very accessible.
- Ronald Allan (6/5): - Parking is a problem
- MARISSA (2/5): expect the unexpected - service is not good at all....my card key was deactivated and they give me a key but it wasn't working and someone has to open the door for me whenever i wanted to get in my room. that's sucks i can't even get to my room on my own and i had to call someone to open the door for me.
i would never come back to this place.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great hotel, convenient, and extremely well priced and well run. Big thankyou to Rene and staff for their professionalism and friendliness.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The bathroom was not as clean. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim. The AC in the room was somewhat dirty.
- Mick (4/5): Short stay hotel - This is a short stay property, paid for 1 night 2 adults 1 child, which includes breakfast for 3 and Wi-Fi in room. Be aware, no Wi-Fi in rooms at all, don't purchase breakfast due to management will insist it's only for 1. They also came knocking on door to evict at 3am thinking we were short stay guests due to no communication nor could the receptionist read the email confirmation which was 1 nights stay. Unless it's for a short stay don't bother staying .
- Verified traveler (4/5): I don’t know what to say - Well it’s fine but the only things is you have to call every day to ask your breakfast they forgot what room you are if you’re in family room or single even it says there free breakfast in short they don’t know what they doing
- Maxwell (8/5): - Good place to stay for metro Fairview manila. Need to upgrade their internet tho
- Verified traveler (4/5): Short time hotel only - Rooms are for short time stay only, the staff needs more training on the hotels policies and procedures. Wifi is not accessible, there are only limited choices for free breakfast and no coffee available for free.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I like it that is across the mall, well situated, with 3 malls at walking distance
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The facility was what I expected. There wasn't any toilet paper.
- Clinton (4/5): - Employees are very helpful but the hotel management doesn't know how to run the hotel. Food room service took forever to deliver. No supervision at all. McHotel Fiarview address is way too confusing as the address are wrong. Needs to improve the service and train the management .
- Jet (2/5): - First of all, the address on the website is incorrect. It says Mchotel Fairview but the address is in a different branch. So we went to the wrong address. Very inconvenient, waste of time, waste of effort, extremely hassle! Then when we got to the correct branch, the staff was clueless regarding the online reservation. We were also supposed to have free breakfast meal, we NEEDED to call them just to verify this. Found out in the morning that our room phone is malfunctioning so we had to go down to the lobby to speak with someone about our breakfast. Again, they were clueless, in addition to that, the morning staff didnt know we exist. They thought our room was vacant. They did provide the breakfast but with no drinks! Good thing we bought water from outside. So overall, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!
- Erman (10/5): - McHotel Fairview at Regalado is clean and near SM Fairview. Its easy to hail taxi and accessible to 24/7 convenience store. Its also near Jollibee.
- yeow (2/5): MCHotel Fairview..... Bad experience - We booked the hotel through Expedia and the hotel name is correct "MCHotel Fairview" but the address given is wrong "35 Susano Road, Quezon City".
On arrival at 35 Susano Road, we were told that we have come to the wrong MChotel and must make our way to Fairview. It was almost 2300hrs and is raining.
We asked our cab driver to bring us to MCHotel Fairview ( the staff told him the address) and he asked to be paid another PHP 500. ( we have paid him PHP 2000 from Makati to 35 Susano road which is very expensive already.
On arrival at MCHotel Fairview, the taxi just unload our luggage and move off. We went to the check in counter and was told that they are fully booked for the nite and do not have any more room for us ( we booked, paid and have confirmation for 2 rooms) and that we have to go back t 35 Susano Road as the notice from Expedia said so.
We have to argue and beg and they finally relented and gave us two rooms which they rushed to clean up.
In the room, the place was dirty and the shower was very slippery. The room have a bad smell and the water have a strong chorine smell.
It is a very bad experience.
