- Marie-Hélène (7/5): Emplacement pratique la veille d’un départ avec une grande rue commerçante. - Emplacement très pratique pour la veille d’un départ depuis l’aéroport de Haneda. Directement situé dans une rue commerçante et animée, très pratique pour les achats de dernières minutes. La chambre est relativement petite, difficile d’ouvrir une grosse valise et le lit vraiment avec la dimension minimale pour 2 personnes mais il faut pas être trop grand non plus.

- HSIN CHIEH (9/5): 雖然價格不算便宜，房間大小就是一般日本的住宿大小（偏小）但整體來說還是算推薦。 - 距離車站不遠，附近很多餐廳很熱鬧很方便。電梯口就有飲水機蠻不錯的出門都可以直接裝水，大廳有咖啡機很讚！ 冰箱不太冰

- Michiko (7/5): フロント、掃除の方以外はとても良かったす。また横浜に泊まる時は利用したいと思いました - 駅からも近く周りにお店もたくさんありとても良かった 忘れ物（4/27）をしたので家に帰ってから電話して対応してくれた若い男性の人が頼りなかったです。無いの一点張りで探してみますの一言もなかったです。 あなたにとってはどうでもいい物でもこちらにとっては大切な物なんです。 宿泊する日早めに着いてしまい（14時） 最初に対応してくれた方（メガネをかけてた女性）は15時からですと言われたんですが隣にいた外人さんですかね、お部屋が用意できてるといい早く案内してくれました。機転がきく方だと思いました。素晴らしいです。 あと、掃除の方ですがもう少し静かにお願いしたいです。

- ポッケ (8/5): - 横浜駅西口から1本道でわかりやすかったです。近くに交番もあり、安心でした。 周りにドンキ、マック、AEONショッピング、ショッピングモール等があり、充実した場所でした。またゆっくり来たいです。 私の宿泊した部屋は建物の関係や防犯上なのか外がほぼ見えなく、カーテン半分くらいの外の明かりしか入らなかった記憶があります。でもその分部屋の明かりを全てつければ明るくてそれほど気にはならなかったです。

- Melissa (8/5): Would definitely stay here again and reccommend to others - It was a 5 min walk from Yokohama station. The room was small (typical of Japan) but super clean and cozy. One of the confiest hotel beds Ive slept in in Japan and great pillows too. Id requested an upper floor for quiet and it was quiet and the window and curtains excellent at blocking out light so I was able to sleep in after a late check in the night before.

- Geraldine (2/5): Horrible and didn’t want end our Japan trip in a bad place in Yokohama - Bed and pillow very comfortable room is very small Breakfast was so bad we only had one day and didn’t eat as well. , it was some restaurant next to the hotel , I expected a better breakfast knowing it’s part of the Sheraton hotel. Also the area of the hotel is dirty and not good weired people walking around not safe , not recommended this hotel for anyone , we were very disappointed we stayed there

Super close to the train station, a very good grocery store and endless restaurants. I honestly have nothing negative to say. Very happy with this hotel.

- YUKIKO (10/5): - 駅から5分くらいでホテルに着きました。周りは飲食店、コンビニが多くてとても便利でした。フロントが2階にあり、とても対応が良かったです。カードキーをエレベーター内で機械にかざすと泊まる部屋の階を自動で押してくれます。 部屋はとても綺麗でユニットバスなのですが、このオシャレなタイプの感じは初めてでとても良かったです。大きな通り沿いでしたが窓が2重になっており、騒音等も気にならなかったです。少しお高いですが、駅近、飲食店街、等々考えると妥当かと思います。 シャンプー、リンスが髪に合わなくてギシギシになってしまいました。持参すれば良かったと 思いました。

- Elizabeth (8/5): Great location and great city. - We ate downstairs on the last day of our stay. It was efficient and good quality and very reasonably priced. The location of this hotel is very good; short walking distance to Yokohama station. Very convenient. The rooms are very small. My daughter and I only came in at night to sleep and we didn't spend much time in the room, but there wasn't really any room to hang out, if that's what you would like to do. It worked for us, but it was kind of cramped.
