- eiche25 (4/5): Leave your Kid`s at home and bette be heat resistant - We booked five nights as a family. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was its location and the rooftop pool, which our six year old doughter was looking forward to visit. But on arrival we`ve been informed that children are not allowed in the rooftop pool, even when accompanied by adults. This Info was displayed nowhere on the website. Equally strange is the fact that there is a reservation system for the pool. You can't just walk by and cool off if you feel like it. You have to make a reservation in advance, which only entitles you to a maximum stay of 45 minutes. It is also not possible to visit the pool twice a day, e.g., for a quick swim in the morning and to freshen up in the evening, as only one reservation per day can be made. But back to our arrival: The reservation was made for three guests, but when we opened the door, the room only had amenities such as towels, hangers, toothbrush cups, duvets, and pillows for two people. Furthermore, the room temperature was 28 degrees Celsius upon arrival. During our stay, the temperature repeatedly rose to this level despite being set to the coldest setting, and no remedy could be found - and there was no apology by the staff either. The hotel is also equipped with a range of technical gimmicks. For example, a booking system for ordering room amenities (such as the missing hangers). However, only a maximum of two hangers can be ordered at a time. Women should therefore travel with a maximum of two dresses, and men with a maximum of two suits. Equally interesting: there is an indoor pool that children are also allowed to use. However, swimming caps must be worn here. This is not the case in the rooftop pool. But why? Since we were not allowed to visit the rooftop pool with our daughter, we each had to buy a swimming cap from the hotel. The bottom line is that the hotel leaves a strange overall impression that has nothing to do with a five-star hotel where the guest should be treated well. Finally, a tip: if you book a regular standard taxi to the airport through the hotel, you pay a fixed rate of 80,000 won. However, if you take a taxi from the street or via App, it only costs 60,000 won. It is not worthy of a hotel of this category to try to earn money from the taxis as well.

Our Residence Deluxe Room (1 king size bed) was very spacious with a generously large bathroom. The room is very clean and modern. Kitchenette was well equipped with a washing machine/ dryer, microwave and fridge, espresso machine and induction cooker. Everything was new, well maintained and worked well with easy to understand instruction manuals. Service was great throughout, with housekeeping requests coming very promptly and in a friendly manner.

Front entrance and back entrance is easily accessible to taxi and uber drivers. Two subway stations are located very close. 2 convenience stores are close by as well as a chicken spot that is open late. Very close to dundun mall, walkable distance to multiple olive youngs, mimi line and nyu nyu.

From entering hotel to leaving the entire experience was extremely positive. Very attentive staff, very clean, modern and well maintained rooms and common areas. The remote control “American standard” toilet was an experience in itself 😉. Functional gym met all my needs, outdoor pool I used once, seems acceptable for male guests to spit into drainage channels. Oh wear a hat and t shirt as this is common practice. Did a buffet and fine dining meal. The quality of the products were good but grossly overpriced when considering local restaurants nearby. I ate once on my own as family were out. Buffet, 1 beer, 2 coffees, 2 desserts. Mains of lamb chops and veg. £66. Meal for 4 at Han Nam Pig (recommended by concierge). £50 (that’s with 6 bottles beer). As I stated the products on offer and service was fabulous (not fine dining but functional buffet hotel Fayre). 100% I would stay here again, I’d even give a gourmet meal a try. All staff throughout the hotel are happy, professional, diligent, caring extremely pleasant. Thank you Novotel great HR recruitment selection.

- Hyunjung (10/5): - I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which felt new and was very clean. The location was incredibly convenient, offering easy access to attractions and public transport. However, the surrounding area could be a bit cleaner, and there was an occasional sewage smell. I also noticed a bit of dust in the room, likely from the bed, but overall, it was a good experience.

Long queue for very slow check-in, on the 20th floor, only to be told - at 5pm - that the room was not ready. We were allocated a studio room in the residence wing, ok but inadequate number of lifts, with long waiting times. Room was comfortable, with good bathroom. Location is good, both for sightseeing and access to metro. Perfect for 6001 bus from the airport, stop just outside.

- worldh789 (2/5): Disappointing Stay – What a Dump! - I had high expectations for Novotel Seoul given its 5-star rating, but my experience was far from what one would expect from a hotel in this category. Upon arrival, there was no assistance offered with our luggage—something I’d consider standard at a hotel of this level. We booked a double-bed Residence room that is around 500 sq ft with washer and kitchen. When we entered the room, we were immediately disappointed. It was dusty, poorly cleaned, and shockingly, we found dead flies on the window curtains but we decided not to complain. At midnight, just as we were about to go to bed, we found a bug on our bed so I immediately called the front desk asking for room change. They sent someone up to take photos of the bug and we were able to change room with 20 minutes but of course we had to deal with the hassle of packing our stuff up to move. Instead of an upgrade, they gave us the exact same room category but on a different floor. We checked the new room, still dusty lined wooden floors but at least no bug found on the bed and it was already 1 am and we just wanted to go to sleep. Only compensation we got was a fruit of plate sent to our room the next day and some drinks - wow, seriously, this is all you can offer? We booked a 6 nights stay and guess what, on 5th night, we discovered another crawly creature on our bed, again just when we were about to go to sleep. Since we only had one more night left, we didn't bother to call front desk at 1am in the morning to request room change. Instead, I went to front desk the next morning request a deep cleaning of the room and showed him the video of a bug on the floor. All the guy did was offer a room change but since it was our last night, I didn't want to bother with the hassle of packing up our belongings again. He said he'll put in request for housecleaning to clean the room. The room looked like it was cleaned but still had dust on the wooden floor, at least no bug. Again, Novotel offered no compensation at all for 2 times of having bugs in our room(s)! Not sure why others rave such high reviews of the place, maybe. there is a difference between the residence and the hotel? We were on the 'residence' side of the hotel and the towels provided felt more like thin rags than what you'd expect in a supposed luxury hotel, resembling something you'd find in a budget motel. The location was also a concern. The area around the hotel felt run down, and directly behind the building are some sketchy alleys that did not feel safe, especially at night. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing stay. I would not recommend Novotel Seoul to anyone expecting a true 5-star experience. There are many other hotels in Seoul where your money would be better spent and your comfort and concerns taken seriously.
- Oscardog16 (10/5): Fabulous food in the executive lounge during happy hour. - We really enjoyed our stay and extended by 2 nights (total of 8 nights) . We were upgraded due to our Accor status, and it is properties like this that keep us coming back. The happy hour in the executive lounge had a choice of 4 wines including a Chilean Sauvignon Blanc. The lounge also provided an afternoon tea. The rooms were very comfortable (we had a separate toilet room. The location was excellent for exploring Seoul. The outdoor pool is only available for over 19 year olds, which made it very peaceful. Subway Entrance #3 is very close to the hotel; it is not clearly marked and is only accessible by stairs. It is convenient to get out of the weather and walk through the underground shopping mall to the station. There is a coin laundromat approximately 500 metres from the hotel and it is open 24 hours, and it has a machine to change notes to the required coins. We highly recommend this property.
- Yoon (6/5): - I did not feel like it was a 5 star hotel. I would say maybe a 4 star. There’s too many restrictions for fitness gym and the swimming pool for example you have to wear a swimming cap within the swimming pool as well as be 20 years old. The breakfast is definitely not worth the money. The sewer right in front of the entrance smells really bad every time you enter or exit the hotel. The hotel should fix the fine details and rules if they want to be called 5 star hotel. Staying here with 2 teenagers was a big mistake since it is not a family oriented hotel.
- Oranje_M (10/5): Excellent Service, Clean and Quiet Property - I stayed here for six nights with a young child and had a phenomenal experience. Despite the hotel being fully booked during our stay, the room was extremely soundproof — I hardly saw or heard any neighbors. Rooms in Seoul tend to run small, but I found ours to be reasonably sized and very clean. The staff were consistently kind and responsive to service requests. The breakfast buffet was a highlight: fresh, high-quality, and a great way to start the day. The hotel’s location in Dongdaemun is highly convenient, with multiple subway lines just a short walk away. While the area is very tourist-friendly (and admittedly not the most authentic), it's a great base for foreign travelers navigating the city. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-run hotel in a central location.
- Patrick (8/5): - I like the size of the junior suite and the round shaped bath tub is very nice. Very accessible to 3 lines of metro. The concierge is helpful. But a junior suite on the 3rd floor is ridiculous, I can hear the noise from party revellers at night, woken up by construction in the day. And the lifts are nonsense. I have never stayed in a hotel that required me to wait in the lobby for a lift for more than 5 mintues and not because it is crowded but it is slow.
- SoykanDemir (10/5): Excellent Experience - Excellent check in experience; thanks to Ms.Cansu at the reception; she recognized our All Gold membership; upgraded our room, talked with my daughter, recommended locations in Seoul; her welcoming attitude made huge impact. The executive room was spacious and cleaned everyday very well. One more compliment to the lady at 20th floor bar; she prepares excellent dry martini. Location is in the center of Seoul but not much to do within walking distance compared to other central locations in Seoul. Thanks for excellent experience.

When asked to change it, they sent someone who said: ‘I can’t smell anything’ - ??? - then moved to another room where the door closet didn’t close properly and the internal lights were kept on, disturbing my sleep. Overall is a badly designed room, where the light system in general is confusing, super noisy with the bathroom fan and a shower that it doesn’t warms up properly. Also not to mention the ridiculous rules to use the pool. It’s not welcoming, it’s not comfortable and it costs a lot. Defeats the whole purpose of a holiday.

- susankC72DH (10/5): Lovely hotel, close to shopping and transportation - My friend and I stayed June 11-17 and again June 21-25. The hotel is lovely. The rooms are spacious, and very quiet (even facing the street). The personnel were friendly, helpful, and efficient. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had extensive offerings of different foods - western and asian. The hotel is very near the Dongdaemun History & Culture Park subway station. This make it really easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit using the subway. You can access 3 different subway lines - 2 (green), 4 (blue), and 5 (purple). You can get pretty much anywhere on these lines. The important thing is to remember the station's number (each line will give a different number to this station). Each other stations has a number. Once you know the number of the starting station, and the number of the destination station, you'll have an easy time taking the subway. There's a there station map above the entrance to the trains. By looking at that "map", you can determine quickly if you're standing in front of the correct train. There are also directional maps on some of the subway columns. I used the Uber app to get to places when I was panicked and needed to get somewhere quickly. It was easy to use. Taxis are not expensive. Nearby, there are a lot of restaurants, a couple of departments stores, convenience stores. There's a hospital across the street. I had single-lense glasses make in 30 minures for less than USD$50 (in the DunDun story - Uniqlo building). The kebob place a couple blocks away had tasy choices, if you get tired of Korean food. This hotel also has a residence option. I didn't explore that option but if you're going with a family and want to be able to do laundry, it might be another choice.
- Otto (10/5): - our family of 3 stayed in this property for 3 days. We enjoyed the stay. The room was clean and spacious. After traveling for over a week already, we were pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine for laundry in the room. We also liked the swimming pool and sauna room.

TV in room didn't show more than 2 channels - Did get repaired next day 3. Handle of door hanging off between bedroom and living area so we couldn't close the door for fear of being locked inside 4. Sink in bathroom seemed to take forever to drain 5. Air-con wouldn't drop below 22 degrees After day 3 I got very sick with legionnaires-type symptoms and ended up in hospital. Whilst I have no evidence of this being from the hotel, it is usually caught from poorly maintained air-con units After returning from hospital on the last night of the stay, we needed to request another couple of days stay as I couldn't travel home in such a state. The reception told us they had no rooms. First thing the next morning (5 hours later) we asked a different person, and they miraculously found us another room. Got in to the new room to find the aircon not working. I already had a high temperature and the aircon wouldn;t drop below 29 degrees. Had to call maintenance who didn't fully fix it and spent some time vacuuming the filters in the aircon unit. This made me believe the air-cons were not fully maintained. Eventually, they had to provide a desk top fan. Finally, buffet poor value for money - Around £200.00 for 2 people! Not much selection. Closed early.

We booked a Superior Room for 4 people (2 adults, 2 teenage children), yet to find the room only had a queen bed and a single bed. We asked how this room was meant for 4 people with these 2 beds, the staff had no answer, apology or recommendation for bringing a cot or alternative for their error. Otherwise, modern facilities, nice gym and quality breakfast. Very close to Dongdaemun Design Plaza and subway, very convenient. Lots of options for food/restaurants (which alot of metro Seoul has). Would come back again.
- Diviva (8/5): Comfortable Premier Suite, Service at Reception could be better - The service at Novotel Ambassador Seoul Dongaemun Hotels & Residences throughout our stay (this one and our subsequent stay) was a mixed bag. The staff at the concierge desk on the ground floor were welcoming and ready to assist guests having trouble finding their way around the hotel or within the hotel. They were always seen wearing smiles on their faces and even volunteered to deliver our luggage to the reception on the 20th floor where we check-in. However, the same cannot be said of the staff at the reception on the 20th floor. As we arrived slightly earlier than the official check-in time, there were no signs at the reception on level 20 to indicate where the check-in line was. When it was our turn to be served by the only staff at the reception, the staff directed us to move to one side and proceeded to serve the guest behind us instead, stating that the guest was checking out, and the staff took their time to check us in. As we checked out of the hotel after a one-night stay and would return to the hotel after spending one night in Busan, we did not plan to bring our luggage to Busan and requested that the hotel store our luggage. Instead of helping us with our luggage, the staff at the reception on the 20th floor told us to go to the ground floor with our luggage and leave it with the concierge without rendering any assistance with our luggage. We stayed in the 44㎡ Premier Suite, located in the hotel wing. Despite being the highest category room, the Premier Suite is essentially a Junior Suite.The entryway of the Premier Suite is home to the only wardrobe interior suite and the entrance to the bathroom. Despite having two panels, the amount of space afforded in this wardrobe was limited. The hotel populated the left panel with bathrobes and ironing equipment, which took up a bulk of the area in the panel, leaving little room for us to hang our clothing. Fitted next to the wardrobe is a ledge that was meant for us to place our luggage. I thought having only one luggage rack was insufficient for a suite of this size, as we did not spot any other luggage rack in the suite. Decked out in earthy stone grey with some woody elements, the bright and spacious bathroom in the Premier Suite is functional and aesthetically pleasing. Despite being fitted with two sizeable sinks, there is still plentiful sink countertop space for the suite's occupants. A large bathtub sits by the window at the end of the bathroom with a view of Namsan. Opposite the sink countertop, lined up on the right side of the bathroom, are two equally large cubicles encased in glass. These sizeable cubicles house the toilet and walk-in shower. The hotel equipped the toilet with a Japanese-style bidet, while the walk-in shower is fitted with a regular and rain shower head. I like the generous space allocated to these cubicles, especially the walk-in shower. The Deep Nature spa shower gel and shampoo smelled refreshing and had a very nice fragrance. The sleeping area occupies the rest of the space in the Premier Suite. The minibar is equipped with a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, some glasses and mugs placed on top of the cabinet. A large drawer in this cabinet reveals the mini fridge, stocked with sodas and mineral water. A little further from the minibar was the slim designed work desk, sitting in one corner of the suite. This work desk was sizeable. In the centre of the sleeping area was a large king bed and a bed-end bench. The sleep quality on the king bed was excellent, leaving us feeling refreshed the next day, but the pillows were too soft for my liking. The bedside tables on each side of the king bed were designed as an extension of the king bed. However, the space afforded on these tables was a little small. Facing the king bed, sitting on top of a large wooden cabinet, was a 55" LED TV. A good mix of English and Korean and a handful of Chinese channels. Nestled in the innermost part of the Premier Suite, between the floor-to-ceiling window and the king bed, was the lounging area. This small lounging area was furnished with one dark grey leather armchair, a two-seater light grey fabric couch, and a small round table. This lounging area gave us a place to relax and watch the liveliness of Seoul zipping past below the hotel.

- robyngC5161LB (10/5): Comfortable, convenient and good value. - Just returned from a 4 night stay in Seoul and found the hotel to be in a great position close to the subway and plenty of shopping malls. The room was larger than I expected and two of us did not feel on top of each other. The bathroom was clean and the daily servicing of the rooms was efficient. The buffet breakfast was great with plenty of choice each morning, especially the omelettes! We also had dinner one night at the buffet, which was good value with well presented food selections. We enjoyed the bar on the 20th floor each evening after busy days in a very interesting and entertaining city. The services at reception on the 20th floor and the Concierge service at the ground floor were fantastic. So helpful, patient and great advice on tourist spots and transport. We really enjoyed our brief stay and would certainly stay again.
- atontao (8/5): Good hotel - Good hotel with an abnormal / strange / unhelpful reception at the 20th floor and concierge at 1st floor. Not a real 5 stars as they claim to be, but an average 4 stars. A buffet restaurant plus a cafe are short dining offer, but there are many restaurants I the neighborhood, which is not the best location I Seoul, but not a bad one. It took more than 20 minutes for check-in, with 4 very slow receptionists and only 6 guests before me. Concierges and restaurant staff were efficient. The room was not big, but not too small. Clean and well maintained. There, was a minibar with basic selection, kettle, coffee maker, coffee and tea, but no sugar. Bathrobes (once they forgot to replace a clean one), averave towels, good bathroom with basic amenities, low water pressure in the shower, good safety box, sufficient storage capacity for two persons. Air conditioned worked well. Bed were good, pillows not so good. Lightning and soundproofing seemed good to me. Views of the street were also pleasant. Wi-Fi was good. Large flat TV, easy for screen mirroring. Room service was operative till midnight, rather expensive, and took 30 minutes to bring the order. Breakfast buffer was good, with Korean and western hot and cold choices. I did not use the swimmingpool. An ATM inside the hotel was helpful. All in all, a good option in Seoul.

- 492sehna (2/5): Strong Warning – Discriminatory and WORST Experience - If you're from Southeast Asia, I strongly advise NOT choosing this hotel. My stay was marked by multiple serious issues that I feel compelled to share to prevent others from experiencing the same treatment: • Discriminatory Treatment and Unwelcoming Staff: From the moment I arrived, the staff exhibited clear hostility. I was often met with frowning faces and the word "no" when making basic requests. They don't really speak English, some staff don't even know English but they still looked down on me, showing a complete lack of hospitality. Their consistent refusal to provide assistance made me feel unwelcome as a paying guest. • Rude Behavior at the Breakfast Buffet: The staff's attitude towards me at the buffet was appalling. They treated me as if I were begging for food, even though I had already paid for my meals. • Inconsistent and Poor Housekeeping Services: Housekeeping was erratic at best. Some days, essentials like towels and toiletries were not replenished, while other days, the bed sheets were torn and visibly old. I also found that tissue paper had been removed, and not refilled, leaving me with nothing to use. Additionally, if you look at the replies from the hotel’s General Manager to negative reviews, you’ll see the same automated responses promising improvements "since 2018." However, based on my recent experience, it is clear that NOTHING has changed and the issues persist, with no actual effort to improve the service or quality. The level of resistance I faced every day, just to receive basic services, was exhausting and highly unpleasant. The staff's continuous rude and dismissive attitude made this stay feel like a constant battle. For a stay where you are respected and treated with genuine hospitality, choose a different hotel. I can't believe this is from a 4.5-star hotel. The staff at this property might believe they are somehow superior to Southeast Asian guests, but if they cannot provide even the bare minimum of service, they should reconsider doing this job, if they even have a choice. I just hope that Accor takes this seriously, as the staff at this property desperately needs to be properly trained and educated in basic hospitality and customer service. I hope this feedback will help others avoid the same frustrating and discriminatory experience I had.

Good location just 5minutes from subway Dongdaemun exit 3 (Subway on the basement Dundun mall). Big Daiso inside. Many restaurant nearby. 20minutes walk to Myeongdong or 2 stop subway. Mattras and pillow very comfortable. And nespresso coffee machine is a plus. Big gym with complete tools (life fitness).

- Edwin (10/5): - This property has 2 sides, a residential side and a hotel side. The lobby to check in is on the 20th floor. This hotel is in a quieter area but only about a minute walk to the subway. Also, there are many restaurants nearby. If you like a good deal for shopping for clothes this area is the place to be. This area specializes in wholesale clothing and accessories and many sell to the public. These tend to open after 8 pm. There are many day time retail places too. This hotel is very new and the rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. I upgraded to the breakfast buffet and it was worth it. There is also an indoor pool that the kids will love. I was originally going to stay in Myeongdong which is super busy. Myendong is only about 15 min away by subway. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I also want to specifically mention the concierge team who handled my reservations for me. No inferior to Fairmont or Banyan Tree in Seoul! If all Novotel properties were as good as this experience, it is definitely an underrated brand and a deserved visit.

- Banksy1290 (10/5): Convenient location and lovely, large room - We have just done a 7 night stay in a Residence Deluxe Room. We really loved the hotel (except for the lack of air con but more about that later). The room is large, a very comfy bed, the bathroom is also very large and functional, it’s spotlessly clean and touches like the cold water machine, coffee machine and washer/dryer are excellent. We had a room on the 17th floor at the back of the hotel (so not on the main road) and it was really quiet with excellent double glazed windows. The room was warm even in the middle of winter as they stop the a/c in winter months so the hotel gave us a fan which really helped. We also left the windows open during the day. I don’t know when they restart the a/c but if you’re coming when it starts to warm up this would be a real issue as the rooms get hot. We had the fan on the whole time. We also really liked the location. I was concerned it was too far away from the sights but we found it vibrant and busy with loads of shopping malls, restaurants and convenience stores literally minutes away. The famous clothing market is a few minutes walk and the Gwangjang food market is about a 10 min walk. I liked being slightly out of the touristy area so found this location was perfect for us. Other reviews talked about it being next to a subway but it’s actually a bit of a walk. On exiting the hotel there is a subway entrance about 2 mins down the road. Once down into the subway, it’s then about a 5 minute walk to the actual train line. There are 3 different lines at the local station so it’s really well connected and only 3 stops to City Hall. We actually walked to many of the local areas anyway, with Myeongdong about a 30 min walk. The airport Limo bus stop is 1 minute down the road. Breakfast is very good but with the last couple of days being the Lunar new year it’s been very busy. Prior to that it was pretty quiet and civilised. There is also a Lounge which is nice but has also got very busy with this holiday. I would really recommend the hotel as an excellent choice. We are first time visitors and found the city very easy to explore from here and really liked the large and comfortable room.

Originally book studio residence and reception has given me an upgrade to deluxe residence. The room is 2x the size!! Location: hotel is about 8 mins walk to dongdaemun history and culture subway station. The airport bus stop is right in front though. Cleanliness: Room is clean and not a speck of dust. Amenities: there is a coway water filter, Nespresso, kitchenette with stove and microwave, washing machine dryer combo, rice cooker, cutleries, dishes, fridge

- 587micha (4/5): Super bad housekeeping and worn rooms - Check in was alright with the nice manager agreeing to upgrade our room but almost everything went downhill after. First, the tap and the shower were loose and it was a pain to use for a week but we did not wish to change rooms so did not bring up to the staff. One time the showerhead dropped and hit my daughter’s back and she is still complaining of the pain. Housekeeping was the worst and vanity kits and shower gel was not refilled daily. Had to request for shower and they didn’t even have the decency to replace it for us instead just gave us a whole big bottle. Towel provided was torn and had a hole.

- nzbear (10/5): Modern hotel in an interesting area. - Nice modern hotel divided into a "hotel" side and a "residences" side - we had the latter. This seemed to mean we had amenities like a microwave and washer/dryer. Room not large with little space on one side of the bed. Weirdly the wardrobe opens into the bathroom area. The bed was comfortable. International plugs throughout the room. Bathroom a little cramped with the toilet poorly placed too close to one wall. Overall though we were very happy here. Lovely staff who speak excellent English. The buffet in the hotel restaurant was very nice. The pool area nice, although note you need caps for swimming - something not made obvious when we got there (it's in tiny print amongst many rules on the wall). Not far from several malls and the Dongdaemun Design Plaza. Also close to an entrance for the subway system.
- chelnugroho (10/5): Best hotel with children. location is great too. - I chose this hotel because they have the 3 single beds in a serviced apartment type of room. For a family with 2 kids, this is perfect to ensure each of us get enough sleep. I chose the apartment type also I need the washing machine and pantry to wash my baby bottles. I stayed here for 7 nights and I was to lazy to move to another hotel. It turned out to be the best decision. The location is quite at the center of Seoul which makes many tourist destination place is pretty close with the MRT. the MRT station is close by maybe 3 short blocks away. I always enter the station from dundun mall (I need elevator for stroller). Dongdaemun itself seems like the center of Korean fashion especially for reseller. So, plenty of food around the malls and in the malls as well. In many of the mall they also have their own small olive young branch. Not as complete as the myeongdong brand but not as overwhelming as well. The room was big enough for the four of us and the cabinet are plenty enough for me to arrange my clothes and luggage so the room has less clutter. Honestly, I've travelled to a few countries with my kiddos and this is probably my fave room so far. It got everything a mom needs to take care of her children abroad. What could be improved are: - the pantry have everything from chopsticks, bowls, knives and even coway water dispenser but no sponge to wash the dishes. They give you the soap to wash.. but not the sponge. - Since it has a full set kitchen, it would be nice if they also add a small drying rack rack for the dishes. After the housekeeping wash the dishes, it was just piled on the pantry counter on top of a thin sheet. Honestly, that is it for the complain. I love this hotel so much I will definitely comeback here when I visit seoul. a nice touch. My flight arrived at 7am, with 2 kids I was hoping to get an early check in. I also happen to be an Accor gold member. When I arrived at the hotel at 11am, the front desk lets me check in that much earlier. I honestly fall in love with the hotel even before entering the room. We can settle our luggage and my kiddos can rest a bit and not wandering around in Seoul in cold December.

Comes with in room washing machine and detergent. The room is very spacious with a king size bed. Took the k limousine from incheon airport and it was less then 10 min walk. 5 min walk from the subway station. Lots of shopping close by as well.
- Ream (10/5): so comfortable and spacious! - my family and I stayed at this hotel after a long trip abroad and it was by far the most comfortable place we stayed at on our trip. we stayed in a residence which was very spacious and gave us enough space for our luggage and the toddler on our trip had enough space to play in the room. the place had lots of counter space in the bathroom. so spacious for a place in seoul. my only gripes would be the bathroom door was glass and opened directly to the beds which made it difficult for us to sleep if anyone was in the bathroom. additionally the couch was a bit dirty but otherwise everything was very clean, we loved the filtered water dispenser, and beds were so comfortable. it was also very close to the dongdaemun train station which connects you to multiple lines and makes it fast and easy to get around the city!
