Sin embargo, algunos detalles necesitan mejorar: varios enchufes no funcionaban, el colchón era bastante incómodo y la limpieza podría ser más cuidadosa. Con pequeños ajustes, la experiencia sería mucho mejor.

• Pamela (10/5): Great apartment for a family. - The property manager was friendly and communicated well with us. He arranged for drivers to meet us at the airport and take us to the apartment. A very sweet crib was provided for our granddaughter, as well as a car seat for the ride from the airport. Our drivers were very friendly and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The apartment was clean and comfortable, the beds were well made with plenty of clean, fresh smelling blankets. There were two nice sized bathrooms with large showers and plenty of hot water. I would stay there again.
• Antipanta (8/5): In walking distance from the city center apartment with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & private parking. - The flat is in walking distance from all the city cites and it has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It works fine for many people. Also was very clean, the lady who was cleaning was very sweet and nice. The communication with the host was a bit difficult at the start, we had to wait for the previous ladies to empty the flat but they were 2 hours late so we had to wait a while for the place to be ready, but at the end we managed to work it out well. There's no actually a living room, the living room it's in the kitchen. It has some wooden sofas very uncomfortable to sit (especially if you're a fat person like I am). And the beds were wooden and a bit squeaky so I had to choose the one that seemed more steady for me. For people who want to spend sometime in the flat as a company, the place needs better and more comfortable sofas. Other than that, the place was fine.

An ideal starting point for an excursion to the center of Porto to the river, seeing many nice and important objects along the way, as well as the Eiffel Apprentice pedestrian/tram bridge. 4-room apartments for 8 people. In the living room, a large table, refrigerator, stove, everything necessary for cooking, dishes, glasses, etc. Two showers and 2 toilets, Wifi. The host is communicative, communicates in English, personally welcomes guests and shows everything, including the underground car park, where a Renault bus can fit freely. Tells and sends what is definitely desirable to see in Porto and its surroundings and what should not be wasted time. Viss patika.

• Arabela_deza (8/5): Very good - Location was very good and the flat was very big. Bedrooms are not the same as the photos. There were only one double room. Also, he offer for free a cot and it was broken. We miss a livingroom with sofa.
• Thue (4/5): Unpleasant and dishonest host - The apartment as such is nice and in good shape. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice with private parking The apartment was changed and was smaller than in the booking.com specifications when we arrived. The living room with fireplace wasn't there! The owner explained that he had made a separate apartment out of it to earn more money. He just forgot to update specifications for the apartment on booking.com. There was no washing machine either (which we needed as this was just a stop on a longer trip). When we arrived the host wanted payment in cash immediately. He never said that in our previous communication and it says nowhere in the booking. The norm is to pay on checkout. We had to max out all our credit cards in an ATM - including my daughters - in order to pay (about 1200 EUR) - we got half an hour. He was quite unpleasant. He had not really any understanding for our complaints. Basically he "sold" and another product than we got. BTW - the booking.com specifications for the appartment are still not updated - the pictures matches well enough though
