• Supratik (4/5): A good AC cant makeup for bad staff behaviour and atrocious food - The AC was good 1) Breakfast was terrible (Perhaps the worst included breakfast ever) - 2) Place to have breakfast was equally bad 3)Staff behaviour was very poor. I was travelling with my father who is 75 . I had specifically asked for 30 min late checkout and the guy at the counter agreed. There was another guy at the counter during checkout who was most confrontational and unaccomodating. No one even helped an old person with the luggage

• Shubhankar (2/5): Not worth at all. - The hygiene and connectivity The attitude of the hotel staff... They were very arrogant and not flexible at all. The room was not at all worth the price. There was not a single window in the room and the hotel staff didn't say anything about it before. You don't get breakfast here no lunch no dinner. They outsource food from some nearby restaurant. If you're alone and you need a place just to spend a night then it is alright but other than that, a big NO.

The manager confuses about the room he give us first the deluxe room and in the website booking not exist and he give us room without any windows like the picture in the website. All, server’s not good not clean the room, do faces when we ask toilet paper and water. No hot water, ask us 3 times when we check out. No also refrigerator in the details say he have in the room. The bad was also dirty .
• Wendy (6/5): Hotel near Mumbai Airport - Practical choice, nothing more - Staff were very friendly and helpful - they arranged a taxi to the airport for me the following day. I wanted an hotel near to Mumbai Airport which this was but beware, the following day, it took an hour to get from the hotel to Mumbai International Airport due to horrendous Mumbai traffic!!! Room without a window, let alone a view! I had booked a deluxe double room supposedly with a balcony but that was not what I got! The surrounding area is rather depressing but it is quite near Mumbai Airport which is what I booked it for as we had to catch another flight the following day.

I was dissatisfied with the breakfast and the location of the buffet. The buffet area was situated in a confined space where two outdoor air conditioner units were installed and functioning.
