• Petre (5/5): Nu prea recomand acest hotel din considerentele descrise mai sus. - Camera spatioasa și liniște. Salteaua patului, pernele și lenjeriile trebuiesc innoite, sunt vechi și incomode. Lipsește mocheta pe jos dar măcar papuci de unica folosință ar fi necesari in acest caz. Și firele de paianjen care atârnau din tavan..nu cred ca plac cuiva.

• Alexandru Iacovlev (10/5): - Un hotel absolut superb — păstrat cu grijă și îmbunătățit, dar fără să-și piardă farmecul autentic prin mobilierul de epocă. M-am simțit ca într-un film, sau chiar ca pe Titanic, o adevărată capsulă a timpului. Atmosfera este deosebită, ca într-un hotel regal din altă epocă, dar în același timp beneficiezi de toate facilitățile moderne și confortul actual. Am fost plăcut surprins de fiecare detaliu — totul este îngrijit, elegant și bine gândit. Restaurantul de lângă completează perfect experiența: ai senzația că te afli în perioada interbelică, printre aristocrați. Genul acesta de experiență, în alte locuri din Europa, ar costa sute sau chiar mii de euro. Aici am găsit un raport calitate-preț excelent. Cu siguranță este hotelul meu preferat din Galați. Poți merge oricând la un hotel de 5 stele, dar să te simți ca într-un film nu se întâmplă des — aici nu plătești doar cazarea, ci o experiență. Camerele sunt spațioase, cu hol, separeu și tot confortul necesar. O experiență deosebită.

• Oleksiy (10/5): В целом всё хорошо. Очень вкусный завтрак. На выбор 3 варианта с разным омлетом и один вариант с пироженным. Я выбрал с - Позднее заселение, хотя было указано что до 22:00. Пришёл на стойку регистрации в 22:30. Встретил похоже охранник, дал ключи и утром уже общался с администратором. Также разрешили выселится позже на 1 час. Думал что нет горячей воды, но нужно было чуть дольше спустить до появления горячей воды.

• Mihai (8/5): Un hotel OK, clasic, în centru, însă în nici un caz de 4 stele (poate 4 stele românești) - Camera mare, cu tot ce trebuie. Decorat într-un stil clasic, de genul Ludovic al XIV-lea Curtea generoasă, cu locuri de parcare Restaurant și posibilitatea de mic dejun (multe spatii de cazare de pe Booking nu au spațiu de luat masa, deci e un avantaj să ai restaurant / pizzerie in-house) Becul de la baie palpaia și-ți dadea un vibe de electrocutare. Colacul de la vasul WC se mișca și cădeai de pe el... Mucegai lângă cabina de duș și perete. Dușul (de tip walk-in) avea scurgerea înfundată și se făcea o mare baltă...

• Ileana (5/5): Nu aș mai repeta această cazare și nici nu o recomand - Amabilitatea personalului Curățenia lasă de dorit, pânze de păianjen în toată camera, cred ca nu erau luate de ani, un mic dejun din care nu prea ai ce alege, dacă ai diverse afecțiuni sau alergii.

• Marius (1/5): Don’t go at Kreta unless you lost a bet or you are punished. - Nothing Dirty, no outlets, but some extensions, water didn’t work on the sink, breakfast very cheap. Very expensive and poor services. No nets at windows, free entrance for mosquitoes. In the bathroom calc everywhere.
• Toarcea (1/5): Nici ca ultimă soluție de cazare - Locația este foarte bună, dar atât. Și poate efortul unora dintre angajați. Este un hotel învechit, în care nu s-au mai investi bani în ultimii 20-30 de ani. Camerele se vor a fi deosebite, dar nu sunt decât niște kitsch-uri, în care totul scârțâie, se mișcă sau nu funcționează cum trebuie, de la dulapul vechi, la broasca ușii de la baie, care abia se mai ținea, la priza din baie fără capac, la dușul din care apa țâșnea în toate direcțiile. Totul este exact opusul a ceea ce ar fi normal să fie. La micul dejun, unul sărăcăcios, mâncarea caldă era, cum altfel, rece, pentru ca nu aveau sisteme care să mențină caldă mâncarea. Iar restaurantul este la fel de învechit și trist ca și hotelul. În cameră ai două prize în care sunt prelungitoare cu mai multe prize. Deși sejurul a fost de trei nopți nu s-a intrat în nici o zi să se facă curățenie, să se ridice gunoiul sau să se schimbe prosoapele. It’s a nightmare!!!!!

• Gabriela (8/5): Very nice accommodation, close to the citycenter. We appreciated the restored old buidling - I liked the style of the rooms and of the building itself. Also, the welcoming staff is a bonus. Some of the sockets were not completely fixed on the wall. Also, the fridge was a bit noisy in the night, as well as the ventilator from the toilet. Other than that, I really liked this place. It was very close to the Cathedral, where we could go on the Ressurection night.
• Oleksandr (1/5): Bad - They don't have any ideas about hospitality bisnes. They accept only cash and send customers to the closest ATM, which is 1.5 km away. I offered half of the price in cash for the room, explaining that I would take a shower and pay the rest within an hour. It was a long day of travel, which is why we were using hotels. They took back the keys from the room and told me it was my problem, after making copies of my passport and completing all formalities.

The bed was very comfortable and there was an excellent traditional Romanian restaurant just down the street. the shower arrangements were unusual in that it was over bath but with a curtain or screen so it was easy to flood the bathroom whilst taking a shower

• Constantin-alexandru (9/5): A good stay in Galați - Location: It is quite close to some nice pubs, and the main museums of the city. Staff: They were very helpful and kind. They promptly answered my requests. Breakfast: It was one of the best I had throughout the Balkans. You have 6 options that are lavish. Room: It was big, bright and tidy. It was also quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom: The toilet flushed properly and the shower cabin was of an appropriate size. There was always hot water available. Nothing to complain about!

• Catarina (7/5): Friendly staff - Extremely nice and friendly staff that are ready to assist. Good location, 15 minutes walk from the middle of town. There’s a pizza restaurant connected to the hotel. A bit dark and old, and not so much atmosphere. Suitable if you’re passing by and need a place to stay, but perhaps not if you’re planning to stay longer and more time in the hotel.
