- FeveredDisco (8/5): Anniversary Stay - An atypical Best Western for sure! While a little worn in areas, this charming hotel offers clean and *very* spacious rooms. I especially liked the vanity area separate from the bathroom. Our double queen room could have easily fit another chair to allow for more of a conversation area. Check-in / check- out was a breeze, although smileless.

It is a nice place to stay. The staff all seems very helpful and caring. The housekeepers are great as well and help with anything that you need. The breakfast area is maintained by some wonderful cooks and people that keep the area clean, and like checking on you how you like the food. You definitely want to check out the restaurant behind the hotel as well . But you want to get there early cuz it's a busy place.

Breakfast is included and everyone was able to find something they wanted to eat. My eggs were not very good, but my husband got a fresh batch and said they were fine.

Three 26 Coffee Bar is a great addition to the hotel experience, great coffee. The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and grocery stores.

The complimentary breakfast has lots to offer and the pool and hot tub are always working. Lovely shops within walking distance.

- Bobbie (6/5): - Overall we were really impressed with the hotel. Clean, very friendly staff and room was great. Only negative was the jacuzzi tub, which is the reason for the entire stay, did not hold water. The drain plug is broke so the water would just drain right out of the tub essentially rendering the tub useless. We could have paid 1/2 the price for the same room without the jacuzzi since we werent able to use it anyways.

There was a really good restaurant just across the parking lot where we ate dinner. The hotel breakfast in the morning was good. We would be happy to stay here again.

My only complaint is that this time when we stayed there they didn’t pay much attention to our room. After two days I had to go down and ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. I don’t think they ever cleaned the bathroom, other than that the stay was wonderful.

I was happy with the friendly & professional staff and even enjoyed the complementary breakfast before we left. The price was okay for what we got but initially I expected it to be cheaper. - F3268VUjessicad (10/5): Beautiful clean ,relaxing - We come here every year for my son's birthday I have a good time away from home Whirlpool rooms are beautiful so clean the pool and the hot tub are amazing and they always have a super good free breakfast in the morning which always has stuff for my picky eater children. It's reasonably priced and the staff is amazing and friendly definitely recommend if you're ever stopping somewhere on a trip or just get away for the evening it's a beautiful hotel!

We tried not to make a big mess in any of the rooms.We enjoyed our short stay. We would love to come back for a longer stay.

After a busy holiday season It is a nice quiet and relaxing evening with family and the kids have fun swimming then we all retire to our room to have dinner and play cards or games. thank you always for a great stay

The full breakfast was delicious, the restaurant and bakery had a very good menu and the bakery items were so delicious. I left something behind once we checked out and a message arrived in about 2hours telling me to call the hotel. I did and since we were still in the area, We were able to pick up the item. I’m sure that had we already started our journey home, the staff would make arrangements to return it by mail. Every staff member, were friendly and accommodating. If you are in the Columbiana, Ohio are, this is the hotel to stay at.

Can’t say enough good things about the staff and property. I believe pets are allowed and they have a coffee shop on site.
- beaches301 (10/5): Wonderful Experience - We had 2 reservations because we decided to go one day earlier and needed to make another reservation. When we arrived the front desk stated that they saw we had 2 reservations and we were put into a room where we could stay for the 3nights. All we needed to do was pay for the first night the next day and reswipe our CC for the next 2nights. It was made so easy. When we went to our room our welcome bag for the wedding was already waiting for us. The next morning one of the hotel staff knocked on our door to inquire if we had received our welcome bag. So efficient, to make sure all was exactly as it should be. The full breakfast was included in the room rate. One of the best we have had and we travel a lot. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again when visiting family

Love the lady who got up early to make scones-Delicious! Each one of the floors had seating areas ,games to play,books to read. It was very cozy & family friendly. Will stay again!

- des43055 (10/5): Nice, clean and quiet hotel - Went with family. We stayed in a double queen room. Room had plenty of room, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and nice. The property is well taken care of and the staff is very friendly. We were going to the Roger’s antique and flea market, which was about a fifteen minute drive from the hotel. If we are in the area again, we will stay here.

The lobby feels like a lodge and it has that kind of rustic and old fashioned feel. The breakfast is awesome, hot choices like scrambled eggs, bacon and hash browns are always great. Pool and hot tub came in handy too. Really nice place to stay!

We didn’t told the lady at the front desk but she didn’t really seem to care, in fact she told us there was no one in the room above us at first. There clearly was because they were stopping and making noise all night long. Other than that the stay was great
- Christopher (8/5): - The cable TV didn’t work about half the time we were there. When I told the lady at the front desk she said, “oh that happens a lot here”. Two off the 4 nights we were there the people in the room above us were extremely loud all night and very early in the morning. The room was very nice and spacious, very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good. We requested service on Sunday morning, clean towels and stuff, we never got it. Over all a decent stay. I would probably stay again.
