The reservation was for two double queen beds and pull out couch however they amended the reservation and gave me king with pull out bed. My family had a horrible experience overnight due to this and the hotel did nothing to accommodate or even provide any alternatives. Horrible customer service and with zero support

- Nicole (9/5): Great time - Everything was very nice and clean, felt safe at all times. The staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious, if I needed anything, the staff was able to help. Not sure why I was charged an extra $50, have to look into that. The room was not damaged or a mess so I don't know what it could have been.

Walls are thin and all neighbors doors slam like they were having a fight with their significant other. Check out had wrong room and tried to charge us for meals. Other than all that, they are great

Our breakfast was complimentary and it had something for everyone. The morning coffee was lovely. The pool was very cold despite being advertised as “heated.” The bed was uncomfortable, our toddler regularly refused to sleep on the pull out couch.

Easy place to find. If you don't feel like heading back out into the world, just grab a lite bite and a drink. Sit back and enjoy. Then, walk the next morning by connected walkway to the PVD terminal.

Emily, Orlando and Mariel, the reception staff, went above and beyond to accommodate my special requests. And there is only one word to describe the breakfast offered- fabulous! Not one thing.

- X8540XTjoannem (10/5): Great Family Hotel! - This hotel is surprisingly quiet, given that it is right next to the airport. You can literally walk to the rental car return garage and access the airport from there. Location is perfect for what my family and need to visit family in New England.

Room was large and proximity to airport and Mbta commuter rail to Boston were amazing, as both are a very short walk. The bar serves food and was surprised at how good it was. We didn't spend much time on the property as it was just an overnight before an early morning flight. The skywalk connection to the airport is so convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel.
