• Kathleen (10/5): Amazing stay in the heart of the town! - Mahzen Alacati was the perfect boutique hotel! We truly had an amazing stay and will definitely be returning. It is right in the heart of the pedestrian part of town. It was a one minute walk to restaurants, shops, cafes. Amazing location! The owner is a sweet and helpful young woman who makes a delicious breakfast. She gave suggestions for nearby restaurants and answered any questions we had. She also helped with bringing our luggage to the car which was parked a few minutes walk from the hotel. It was very clean and well decorated and our stay was both relaxing and enjoyable. I definitely suggest staying in this part of Alacati and highly recommend this hotel. I would also recommend finding the hotel on foot before bringing your luggage. We found out that there was a closer parking lot from the owner than where we initially parked.

• Lyudmila (8/5): A charming boutique hotel with a lovely atmosphere and an exceptionally caring owner. - A beautiful boutique hotel, especially lovely in warm weather. We visited during winter, which wasn’t the best timing, as the house is better suited for milder temperatures. That said, the manager/owner was incredibly kind and did her very best to make our stay comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place for a warmer season. We visited in winter, which wasn’t ideal, as the property isn’t fully suited for cold temperatures and strong winds

• Yibei (10/5): - beautifully decorated; very convenient location - 10min walk to intercity bus station to/from izmir and cesme, 15min walk to havas airport bus station, not to mention many tasty local restaurants nearby; very friendly and helpful staff with nice communication; good breakfast; big enough bed for two people could add a bit of fruit or yogurt to the breakfast (we were there in November which is the low season, maybe in the summer there will be more choices)

• P Tamas (10/5): Nice, clean , quiet with excelent breakfast - A real boutique hotel, very nicely arranged, most rooms were occupied but still it was very quiet. The personal is very nice and helpful. Breakfast very good, with lots of local food. It worth the money. I wasn't checking carefully enough - or maybe it is not obvious enough on the booking page? - that the hotel is not accessible by car, you have to walk the last 100 m. Which is fine, I like the pedestrian zones, but we arrived in heavy rain. This was the only downside, but it is not the hotels fault.

• Muhsine Nur (8/5): - Das Hotel ist klein aber fein direkt zentral gelegen jedoch in einer Seitenstraße sodass man im Zimmer seine ruhe hat. Die Zimmer sind auf zwei Stockwerke verteilt. Wir waren direkt am Eingangsbereich, was einerseits gut war da wir die Koffer nicht hoch tragen mussten (da kein Aufzug vorhanden ist) jedoch andererseits man alles mitbekommt was am Empfang bzw am Eingang passiert da das alles nur eine Tür trennt also darf man nicht so empfindlich sein. Was auch ein Nachteil ist, dass in die Straße keine Autos reinfahren dürfen also muss man mit dem Koffer ca. 500m laufen. Zimmer war reichlich groß und sauber nur die Tür zum WC konnte man nicht richtig verschließen ansonsten sind wir zufrieden. Personal war sehr nett.

Otel sahibi hanımefendi ve beyefendinin güleryüzü, müşteri odaklı oluşu, kahvaltının temiz ve lezzetli olması, keza odaların da temiz ve düzenli olması çok hoşumuza gitti. Odaların uygunluğu ekseninde bize jest yaparak daha geniş ve balkonlu odaya almaları da ayrıca teşekkür sebebi. Yeniden tercih edeceğimiz bir adres oldu.

Lo abbiamo preso, evidentemente, in bassa stagione ma credo che valga anche il prezzo pieno. impossibile trovare qualcosa che non andasse.

The room was fully equipped and they responded to all our wishes. Breakfast was delicious, and again they were attentive to our preferences. The room was beautiful and very centrally located – just a 3-minute walk to the city centre with restaurants and other amenities. For the price, it is definitely worth it and I can recommend it to everyone. İlk izlenimimiz çok samimi ve sıcak oldu. Personel güler yüzlü ve düşünceliydi, isteklerimizi dikkate aldılar. • Begüm (4/5): Yetersiz - 3 kız arkadaş 3 geceliğine otel mahzende konakladık. Zamanlamamız ne yazık ki izmir yangınlarına denk gelmişti. Otelle iletişime geçip endişemizi dile getirdik, iptal/erteleme üzerine konuştuk ve çok anlayışlı sıcak yaklaştılar. Ertesi gün “hotels” platformuyla konuştuklarını ve politikaları gereği iptal edemediklerini ceza keseceğini söyledi. Ertesi gün hotels müşteri hizmetlerini aradık, otelin kabul ettiği takdirde iptali gerçekleştirebileceğini söyledi ancak otelin kabul etmediğini iletti. Gitmek durumunda kaldık, bu mağduriyetten ötürü bizlere deluxe oda verdiklerini söylediler ancak açıkçası biz pek bir fark göremedik. 3 gün boyunca zaten yetersiz ve sadece banyoda bulunan çöp kutumuz boşaltılmadı bile. Kahvaltı dahil diye gittik ancak kahvaltısı çok yetersiz. İlk gün bize menemen mi göz göz mü yumurta istersiniz diye soruldu, ertesi gün tekrar menemen istediğimizde ücretli olacağını söylediler. Ürünlerin genelinin de kalitesiz olduğunu söylemeliyim. Son gün otele kalabalık bir turist ekip geldi zannediyorum onların sayesinde kahvaltıya pişi eklendi :). Sadece yatma kalkmaya otel arıyorsanız makul kalabilir. Lokasyonu çok çok iyi, merkeze yürüme mesafesinde ve biz beachlere max 10 dk araba ile ulaştık. Ancak parasının hakkını vermediğini belirtmeliyim

• Yuhjen (10/5): Exceptional - The house is beautiful, more beautiful than the pictures! Very green and with a lot of flowers. It's very comfortable just sitting there looking out. The room is cozy, cute, comfortable , and unique. I arrived around noon and they let me check in early with no questions asked. They offered me Turkish coffee and went out of the way to get milk for me! They explained to me the differences between Turkish coffee and regular American brew coffee. I have an early flight the next morning, and need to get on the 6 am bus. They also went out to get me a sandwich to take away, and made sure I didn't sleep in by accident. Overall, although only one night, I enjoyed my stay there very much! None

• Fatemeh (9/5): A lovely place to stay and enjoy the beautiful village of Alacati. - The location was close to the main streets while far enough to not be noisy at nights. Also, hosts are friendly and helpful. The room was pretty small but it was expected with the pictures and given sizes.
• Nazrin (6/5): Terrible - Nothing The room so dirty and there was a black bug in the room. The bes was so uncomfortable and bes lines were so dirty.

• Erin (8/5): Would stay again. Love it. - Breakfast was absolutely incredible, offering a perfect Turkish breakfast. The rooms were not just lovely but also exquisitely designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and elegance that made our stay truly special. Additionally, the location is excellent, conveniently situated near key attractions and amenities, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The check-in process was very long and needs to be much faster. While there is "parking" it's far from the hotel and the roads are difficult to get the bags down. There is no one at the hotel to help. Also, the see-through glass in the bathrooms is the wrong way. I can see into the shower, but the person in the bathroom can't see out. Lack of privacy.

• Li (9/5): lovely little boutique hotel - it's on a quiet side street, but just a few steps from the busy touristy part of the town. cute little boutique hotel. lovely breakfast.

• Esmeralda (6/5): Pleasant - The location and the room were great. The bed was comfortable. The room has all you need besides wifi connection. The breakfast was okay. Many small things that you can nibble from. The wifi connection was horrible! In our room wasn't even appearing, so we had to go outside all the time, but they were disconnecting the signal every few hours. It was impossible to do something with that internet. The staff could speak very little bit of English and all they were saying, is: put the passport number, without understanding that the wifi was disconnected. Is a pity cause is a nice place.
• ISMAIL (4/5): Tekrarı yok - Öncelikle otel mahzen görünümlü değil tam bir mahzen. Oda da ağır bir koku vardı genel olarak onun dışında temizdi fakat kaldığımız süre içinde oda hiç temizlenmedi. 3kişilik odaya ilk gün 2su vardı ne çay ne kahve vs yoktu. Konumu iyi otopark tam bir işkence. Kahvaltı abartıldığı kadar iyi değil. Oda küçüktü. Resepsiyon yoktu ilgilenen bir bey gördük sadece gerçekten ilgiliydi.

• Natalia (10/5): Exceptional - Cozy and very beautiful hotel in the center of Alachati. The interiors are so thoughtful and tasteful, we liked it a lot! The stuff is super friendly, breakfast is splendid. Everything went well, thank you! And thanks to the cat Tuki who is the most relaxed, cuddly and cheerful cat in the world😍😍😍
• Annous (10/5): A great place - A cozy place with a unique character. Muzeyan, the lady that serves breakfast, is super friendly and prepares delicious food. The managers of the place are also well-educated and super nice.

• Victoria (10/5): Homely stay with delicious breakfast - Very convenient to wander around the old part of the city! Mahzen Hotel is very homely and the staff are very friendly. In the morning they serve a big Turkish breakfast which is delicious. Not a dislike but because the hotel is located in a no car area, the nearest parking (Otopark) is about a 2 minute walk away and they charge 250 lira per day for parking.

• Sue (8/5): Very enjoyable, staff were lovely, would recommend it. - Breakfast was excellent for what we wanted, we were asked if we wanted more. Location in the pedestrian area was perfect for us. Shade for all tables at breakfast, not all had cover. More clothes hangers and space for clothes and glasses in the room.
• Ferit (10/5): Superb location two streets from the main strip but equally quiet enough - Location is perfect and very good value for money. The owners Tahsin and Ilkay very friendly and helpful. Muzeyyen serves a fabulous breakfast with hints from her heritage with a lovely smile. Nothing was to much trouble they made us very welcome we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Don’t hesitate to book Nothing
