• Jule (8/5): - Die Lage. Das Zimmer. Die Ausstattung. Der Komfort. TOP Es hat ziemlich stark nach Abfluss gerochen die ganze Zeit über weshalb wir nahezu ununterbrochen das Fenster im Bad offen hatten.

• Giovanni (6/5): Assistenza clienti inesistente - Struttura nuova, pulita e centrale… ma basta a farne un posto accogliente? Un guasto al sistema di apertura del portone e ci siamo ritrovati fuori casa di notte. Quello che spacciano per numero di emergenza, in realtà, non risponde: scatta la segreteria telefonica! Trascorsa mezzanotte e mezza siamo riusciti a entrare solo grazie a una inquilina che rincasava tardi… diversamente avremmo dovuto cercarci un altro alloggio. Il giorno seguente hanno mandato una inserviente a verificare che il nostro racconto fosse veritiero e solo dopo ci hanno consegnato le chiavi del portone. Comunicazioni con l’agenzia di servizi che gestisce il b&b solo tramite whatsapp. Non ricordo di aver ricevuto una telefonata di scuse.
• Rachel (9/5): - The room was a great size, it was clean & well equipped. It's situated in a quite residential area but is close to many of Romes attractions. Locally there are many cafes, restaurants & bars as well as good transport links....tram, metro & buses & approx a 20 min walk to the airport transfer coach stop. The keyless, code entry system was a little complex but once you've got your head around it it pretty easy. Important to know you need a mobile with good internet connection to use this it.

• Νίκος Κατσίπης (4/5): Very poor communication and dissapointing stay - The room was modern and clean. The cleaning lady was very polite and cute. She helped us a lot finding our room and making the check in. Very poor communication with the property. When I first booked the room (3 months in advance), I asked if I could leave my luggage there before check-in, and they confirmed that I could. However, one day before check-in, they informed me that there had been a misunderstanding and that I would not be able to leave my luggage. As a result, we had to pay an extra €50 for luggage storage at BagSafe. The check-in system was also very problematic, as the website was not responding properly. The rooms are located on the 4th floor of a very old building. There is an elevator, but if you are claustrophobic, I would strongly advise against using it. It is extremely small, and you have to manually check the doors every time. The room was not soundproof at all. We could hear every single step from the floor above.

• Ákos (10/5): Mindennel elégedettek voltunk - Nagyon tiszta volt. Nagyképernyős internetes tvvel. A szobában minden reggel takarítottak, az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt, és volt a szobában kávé főző. Metró és bolt 5 percre.
• Vadym (10/5): - It was a lovely stay. Apartment is renovated and looks great. There is cleaning service everyday that is very much appreciated. You’ll have enough space in the apartment, nice beds and great bathroom. Also we loved the location - quite easy to get to metro or bus stations ( around 5-10 mins). It’s a calm place so you’ll sleep well. Recommend the place.

• valerio (9/5): Ottima location, tranquilla, facilmente fruibile e comoda, - Ottima posizione, facilita' di accesso e buon livello assistenza anche senza personale presente, confort camera ottimo, presenza di macchina caffe' e tisane, frigo con acqua a disposizione macchinetta caffe e tisane posizionata sull'appoggio bagagli anziche' in ingresso ove c'era miglior fruibilita', mancanza degli asciugamani viso, mancanza in bagno di adeguato supporto per il phon.

• Elena (9/5): - Posizione ottima: in pochi minuti si raggiungono facilmente le vie centrali di Roma e nelle vicinanze si trova anche la metro, quindi gli spostamenti sono molto comodi. Il check-in è stato semplice e veloce. Avevamo chiesto la possibilità di arrivare circa due ore prima rispetto all’orario previsto e lo staff è stato molto disponibile, facendo il possibile per prepararci la stanza in tempo. La zona è tranquilla e nei dintorni si trovano diversi bar. Molto apprezzata anche la presenza di un distributore d’acqua. Inoltre, la camera veniva sistemata ogni giorno.
• Francesco (8/5): La ventola vien di notte - struttura nuova, ottima doccia camera un po' piccola,si ha difficoltà se si hanno 2 valige grandi. di per se la stanza è molto silenziosa, tranne se poi il vicino rientra tardi .. dall inserimento del PIN che sembra sta entrando in camera tua a, purtroppo, una "ventola" che si attiva quando viene usata acqua ( doccia, sciacquone WC). praticamente nel bel mezzo dei sogni, si viene svegliati da questo rumore, sarebbe meglio risolvere questo inconveniente. A parte ciò, è una buona soluzione se si deve fare tappa a Roma.

Il problema principale è che avendo pernottato due notti, mi aspettavo che la camera venisse riordinata e la biancheria da bagno riassortita. Ciò non è accaduto: sono rientrato alla sera dopo una giornata intera fuori stanza ed era tutto come l'avevamo lasciato. Peraltro non ho incrociato ne nella prima ne nella seconda mattina nessun membro dello staff: va bene l'auto-gestione ma questo mi sembra abbandono
• Verena (9/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut und man erreicht fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und das Zimmer hat eine optimale Größe.
• Raul (8/5): - Perfect location. Metro is just 3 mins walking, which is wonderful for airport connection but you can reach main touristic attractions just walking. Coffee and water are reloaded every day. That was a great detail. Room cleaning was perfect. All communications and access to building and room were only online which can be practic, but... I personally would have liked having physical keys after checkin (they provided during last days of the trip) as building open link worked just at the third or fourth attempt most times, which was a bit stressful (specially the first night after dinner). Another thing to improve could be water pression in the shower

The neighborhood is charming and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Close to metro station. Everything was clean, tidy, and the hygiene was at the highest level. The facilities in the apartment were excellent, we had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Absolutely stunning clean modern room and bathroom 🤩✨ The only problem I had was that my code for the door wasn’t working on the second day of my stay, but I called the number provided and it was resolved within 5 minutes.

They were also very kind to accommodate a bit earlier check-in. I would definitely try to re-book it if I visit Rome again.
• Olesia (10/5): Accommodation is 10/10 — don’t overthink it, just book it. - The location is excellent, with plenty of great places to eat nearby. The rooms are cleaned daily and are very warm and well-heated. After a full day of walking around the city, the smart TV with YouTube and Netflix is a huge plus. The beds and pillows are super comfortable, and I really appreciated the hair dryer with a diffuser for curly hair — extra points for that! The in-room coffee is amazing, and receiving two bottles of water every day was a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch.

• Sergii (8/5): - Чудове розташування. Поряд з метро і безліч автобусів. Пішки можна дійти дл основних пам'яток. Насправді це квартира в будинку часів Мусоліні. Перероблена на 6 номерів + рецепція(на якій нікого не було). 4й поверх. Є ліфт. Щоденне прибирання. Вода щодня 2 пляшки. Видно що все нове. В номері на було QR кода підключення до WiFi. Письмове звернення було проігноровано. (була п'ятниця, вечір). Тільки в понеділок одержали відповідь. Це було жахливо. Номер розташований так, що там не бере мобільний інтернет. Треба виходити на балкон, якщо немає wifi. Після підключення до WiFi стало зрозуміло що сигнал дуже слабкий і працю тільки в коридорі. Ще одна проблема - led стрічка на підлозі яка горить постійно. Тільки через 4 дні зверннень її якось вимкнули. До цього казали що це неможливо. Я гадаю що це все буде виправлено в майбутньому.

Прекрасное расположение в пешей доступности есть все, бары рестораны, продуктовые магазины. 5 мин От Piazza del Popolo . 5 мин ходьбы к метро и автобусам. Если приедем еще раз в Рим, то только сюда. Такого не было

Unica piccola pecca è che Al momento non c’è la reception e non si possono depositare i bagagli prima del check in e dopo il check-out! Cosa risolvibile grazie alla presenza di locker in zona, però sarebbe più comodo poter lasciare i bagagli direttamente in struttura!

• Filip (10/5): Great value! Good location! New rooms! - The location is far beyond perfect. It’s just outside the entrance of the historical quarters of Rome. A 1 minute walk to the piazza di Popolo. And from there you can walk to all the historical sights. The check-in is fully digitalized and so seamlessly smooth! The rooms are freshly renovated and seem new. No signs of any little dust particle even with a magnifying glass could be found – in other words, very clean! Well worth the price! Thank you!
