• Giovanni (5/5): Passabile - Posizione buona a 200m dal mare, staff gentile e disponibile, comodo anche il parcheggio a disposizione degli utenti. Appartamento datato ma con tutto il necessario per soggiorni anche lunghi. Appena entrati in appartamento abbiamo notato che era stato sistemato (secondo me alla buona) per pregresse infiltrazioni dal tetto, dalle varie foto sul non si vedeva.. peccato.

Mobilio vecchio, mobili bagno presenti da più di 10 anni visto su vecchie recensioni. Piano induzione funzionante a metà e volevano inserire un’altro piano durante il soggiorno. Senza avvisare sono entrati a sostituire una lampadina mentre non ero in casa. L’aria condizionata il 4 giorno non funzionava e hanno dato la colpa a noi perché a detta loro elettricista non la sapevano. Tutti questi disagi che hanno fatto si che anticipassi la partenza . VACANZE ROVINATE

Cappa cucina rotta, mobili degli anni 80 e per di più tutti rovinati Manca ogni servizio di supporto, non una scopa per pulire il minimo indispensabile. Terrazzini con guano di piccione non pulito da tempo Soggiornare in questo appartamento mi ha ricordato perché da anni vado all'estero. Presenza , qualità ,accoglienza.... Non lo consiglierò

• Hariadna (6/5): Esperienza sotto le aspettative per problemi tecnici - La posizione, vicinissima al mare. Non c'è staff presente nella struttura, ma sono molto disponibili per assistenza telefonica. Ho riscontrato diversi disagi durante il soggiorno, tra cui blackout elettrici per più sere consecutive e, in alcune occasioni, anche la mancanza d’acqua corrente. Inoltre, pur essendo la cucina ben attrezzata, non erano forniti né detersivo né spugna, nonostante fosse richiesto agli ospiti di lasciare tutto pulito.

• William (6/5): Soggiorno con famiglia, 5 persone - Purtroppo abbiamo avuto diverse criticità secondo me dovute alla poca attenzione alle richieste del cliente. Mancanza di tutti gli accessori per la 5° persona e soprattutto il materasso del divano letto non era più un materasso idoneo e si sentiva tutta la struttura del letto. Il problema che non avendo una reception per ogni situazione ho dovuto chiamare e devo dire che mi hanno subito risposto gentilmente cercando di risolvere il problema. I muri interni hanno molte crepe magari un rinfrescata andrebbe fatta.

• Magda (9/5): Near to the beach - We traveled as a couple, everyone had their own bathroom because there were 2. Deckchairs on the balcony were a pleasant surprise. A big advantage is the bar in the same building, where very nice people work, we went there for coffee and breakfast. Good seafood restaurants by the beach. The advantages include parking spaces that can be accessed by remote control, as there is a ramp, and places in the shade under trees, which is important during hot weather. I was afraid of the low ratings, especially the cleanliness, but it's not a hotel, it's an apartment. After one visit to the beach, the floor becomes dirty, if someone doesn't clean it for a week, it can actually get dirty. One of the unpleasant surprises was that upon arrival, the remote control for the ramp opening the parking did not work, but the situation was quickly resolved, after being notified via e-mail, a new remote control was in the place where we collected the keys. The service responded very quickly

• Andrew (8/5): Lovely location on a beautiful island. - Large flat with plenty of space, good air conditioning in bedroom and kitchen/diner (could be second bedroom). Parking under shading trees was very easy, with an allocated space and barrier entry. Five minute walk to a beautiful beach with local restaurants, shops and ice cream parlor. Bed was rather too firm. Mosquitoes were a nuisance, door nets might have helped. No kettle, toaster or microwave.

• Michael (8/5): Great place and location for couples and enough space to accomodate our 2 mountain bikes in the flat - Very well situated, close to the beach and some restaurants. 2 separate bathrooms were very convenient, for the two of us. We were 2 people and stayed in a 3 bed apartment so we also had enough space for our 2 Enduro Mountain bikes and sports equipment. We kept the bikes in the living room, next to the table. The hallway is broad enough so you can easily bring the bikes to the apartment in the first floor. Parking area has enough space and there is a separate barrier remote control to gain access to the parking lot with the car. The apartment was not super clean. There were spider webs next to the bathroom window and I found a toe nail from the previous guest in the bath tub. There are also a lot of Tiger mosquitos which were very annoying. Only after getting the best mosquito repellent available in the pharmacy it was somehow bearable.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Ci siamo trovati molto bene, Lucio alla reception molto gentile disponibile , non abbiamo avuto nessun problema con il check in e out. L'alloggio molto grande e pulito, e a 2 passi dalla spiaggia da consigliare e ripetere
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Lo stato della struttura (del monolocale) era ottimo, mobili ed accessori pressoché nuovi. Piano cottura ad induzione e frigorifero sembravano (e forse erano) nuovi. Qualche particolare strideva con lo stato generale del monolocale. Rumorosissime le ante a scorrimento dell'armadio che disturbano sicuramente gli occupanti delle camere attigue. Un mini mini mini televisore ti induce ad uscire piuttosto che accenderlo. Deludente sotto tutti i punti di vista la soluzione divano letto che, per un soggiorno superiore ad una notte, non è proprio accettabile. Buono il silenzio notturno (fine aprile) intorno alla struttura che è un po' fuori mano dai centri principali dell'isola.
