• Subba (10/5): Great place to stay and budget friendly - Room was spacious making it easy for groups All basic amenities was provided and budget friendly plus breakfast was good
• Aniruddha (4/5): It’s not what it looks like. - Probably location, but accessibility is a HUGE problem. The room is cabin in woods, located extremely off the connectivity zone. There were insects and mosquitoes in room, leaking sound, light, very scary. Doors were not proper, steps were so high that you are guaranteed to break a bone or two. The caretakers were drinking out in open, electricity fades away any time, all the time property is reliant on generators. It’s simply not possible to locate anything after 7pm, because is scary and pitch dark. Even the pathway from boat dock to the cabin is full of pebbles and irregular steps and just horrible to walk. Overall, it’s a nightmare packaged well to sell.

They were always ready to assist. - Neat and Clean Rooms with a good sunset view from the attached balcony. 1 Water tape was broken and geyser was not properly functional sometimes. As a result didn’t get hot water sometimes.

When I asked for bill they said it will come from booking.com. I have not received bill from booking.com also. Now I don't know whom and how to contact booking.com

• Banitya (9/5): Recommended for UK visitors - Room was very tidy and clean , I would definitely recommend even for international visitors. I am also very impressed with bathroom and hot shower 💦. Bed was very cozy and safe for married couple. Distance from Centre however you get local taxi for 30/person or hire 150 to PB for about 15 minutes or even 10 without traffic. There is taxi stand with named Lumshatsnih or bishnupur

• Nayak (8/5): Very good - Super friendly staff who are also very responsible. Size of the room is sufficient and is clean and hygienic. Breakfast was good. The geyser for hot water and all other appliances are in good condition and work properly.The room prices are good for short stays in Shillong and the reception will arrange transport for you if necessary. In summary it is worth a short stay. There was no electric kettle to boil water and no ceiling fan so the room atmosphere became a bit uncomfortable.The location in Bishnupur is hard to find and the road is very hard to walk through so it is a bit inconvenient to bring heavy luggage through these lanes.

The hotel is located at a nice location near Shillong Cantonment. The location was excellent with all necessary amenities available.

The hotel manager made every effort to support my requirements to the best of his ability. I think they can improve a bit on the cleanliness. They should increase the capacity of Dirver's quarter.

They ensure the best for the customers. The room was not well-lit on the first day but they ensured that next day the lights were fixed.
• Subhraroop (10/5): Exceptional hotel in a nice residential area of Shillong - The location, staff and their behaviour was exceptional. The manager and the support staff were so well behaved, polished and cooperative. They always kept our requests and provided us with all the resources necessary. The hotel has high speed WiFi and 24x7 water and power supply. The room that we stayed in was well lit and bright. It had a great view and a nice personal balcony.

No complimentary toothbrush and paste. No slippers for wearing inside the room and no A/C. The only good thing about this place is that the water heater works. The food is way too high on their menu.
