- Horst (8/5): Ich war wirklich rundum zufrieden! - Der Service, die Höflichkeit sowie die zuvorkommende Bedienung des Personals sind mir sehr positiv aufgefallen, das ist nicht überall so. Auch durfte ich mein Auto den ganzen Tag auf dem Parkplatz stehen lassen, mich nach dem Skifahren in der Umkleide umziehe, und hätte auch noch umsonst duschen können, obwohl ich ja schon nach dem Frühstück ausgecheckt hatte. Das ist Alles nicht selbstverständlich! Da komme ich bestimmt mal wieder. Nichts.

The problem was the attitude of staff treating us like a thieves. Very disappointing Just few staff people was unfriendly
- Petra (10/5): Das Hotel Vorab empfehlen wir gerne weiter. - Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Alles war blitzblank geputzt. Vom Hotel her erreicht man die Bergbahnen in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker.

The service is top notch and the rooms are clean and spacious with great views of the beautiful landscape. There’s a restaurant onsite and a convenient ski room should you need it. The hotel is also right across the road from one of the main Post bus stops and only one stop away from the Flims valley station. Super convenient! Nothing. It was great.

Wir haben als Neukunden Zimmer nach hinten erhalten, hätten aber sehr gerne ein Zimmer auf Vorderseite erhalten. Offenbar bekommen nur Stammkunden Zimmer nach vorne. Schade, dass sie nicht in Neukunden investieren! Wir hätten den Wunsch äußern sollen bei der Buchung, sagte man uns an der Reception. Das wussten wir halt nicht. Zum Preis: gleicher Preis für Zimmer mit Blick auf Parkplatz wie für Zimmer mit Balkon auf Sonnenseite? Finde ich nicht nicht korrekt. Kleiner Preiserlass wäre fair. Vermisst haben wir einen Wasserkocher für Tee/Kaffee im Zimmer. Bad ist schon etwas eng.

- Ian (9/5): Excellent service, comfy bed, quiet room, great breakfast selection! - I was skeptical of all the positive reviews but was not disappointed. I have stayed in lots of hotels, some more modern than others, often they are all style and no substance, or they simply don't meet the expectations. This hotel exceeds expectations, from the super friendly helpful staff, to the comfy bed and quiet room with adjustable temperature, great powerful shower and excellent breakfast selection with local products. Stylistically its from another era but that is definitely part of its charm and authenticity. My guess is with it being family run for generations, they have figured out what works without any nonsense and that is really rare in 2026. If you are not sure between booking this hotel or another, (as I was) then don't hesitate. I promise you wont be disappointed :) Maybe coffee/tea facilities int the room but not really necessary as breakfast has it all!

- Heike (10/5): - Sehr schönes alt eingesessenes Hotel in hervorragender Lage. Direkt an der Bushaltestelle, von der die Busse in die Ganze Region fahren ( Flims, Laax, Falera, Chur, Ilanz, Fidaz ). Hervorragende Pizzeria im Haus. Auch das Wellnessangebot ist schön. Klein aber fein. Sauna & Dampfbad sind tip top. Das Frühstück hat alles was man braucht. Auch Sekt wird zur Verfügung gestellt. Dadurch, dass wir 11 Tage Gäste waren, haben wir ein Zimmerupgrade erhalten. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür :-) Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

- karl (10/5): - I travel all the time and this location in Flims ( next to LAAX ski resort) was one of the best. The hotel staff is wonderful and makes you feel at home. The attention to detail for skier is great—the early morning breakfast to get you on the slopes on time. One of the hidden treasures of this hotel is the FREE bus stop across the street ( Post Office stop). The bus leaves at 8:25 each day and picks you up and drops you off right at TRAM. I noticed other skiers walking down the street in their Ski Boots each morning and night ...we never had to do that. There are also 3 restaurants in the hotel and there is a super market down the street to get BEER ,Water and snacks . I will go back again !!! and also ...LAAX is a wonderful resort .

Everything was very pleasant here!! The saunas were great but the steam bath had a rather unpleasant smell to it. Wellness area overall was "okay"

Good price/quality for our room. The bathroom was really too small, 2 people could not stand in it. In the evening the smell of from the Fondue restaurant fills the staircase and somewhat the room.

Zweckmässig eingerichtete und saubere Zimmer mit toller Aussicht auf Flims. Allerdings ist Dusche/Bad ziemlich klein. Service sehr freundlich und das eigene Steakhouse sowie die Pizzeria sind zu empfehlen. Der Zustand schlägt etwas auf den Komfort. Jedoch gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

- Madalina (10/5): A perfect hotel in a great location. - This hotel is tall: nice and helpful people at reception, large, quiet and very clean rooms with amazing views to mountains, very good beds and balcony, a rich breakfast and very good meals in the restaurant, which has a beautiful terrasse. The hotel is situated centrally in Flims, by bus - price included- we were in a few minutes to the lake. Thank you a lot for everything! Nothing.
