Dima (9/5): A quite place to stay - Nice, good organized and very spacious rooms. Hotel with a good restaurant. There is a small shop nearby the hotel Smell of cigarettes. If this hotel want to succeed please make those restrictions of prohibiting smoking in common areas and inside the rooms

It seems that the air freshener was sprayed in large amounts to cover up the smell of smoke.

Heng (8/5): Pleasant and comfortable - The hotel is located far away from the Old Hanoi City and the surroundings is quite and nice. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is big, clean and comfortable.

Nothing, it was sensational! Grab cars couldn't seem to find the front entrance so either call one to Highlands coffee nearby or ask reception to call a taxi.

Verified traveler (10/5): - The Mandala was a perfect hotel in bac ninh . Conveniently located with an amazing infinity pool and bar on the 7th floor. We were offered an upgrade and enjoyed the space this offered us. We slept so well and enjoyed the luxury of the fresh bedding . The pillows were like clouds . All staff at the Mandala were professional, friendly and always willing to help make our stay enjoyable.
