• Lisa (7/5): Looking for a simple and good stay? This Hotel will be a good spot for you! - For the price and time spent (2 nights) the hotel was good. Breakfast was simple with some hot food that also had cold cereals. The staff was freindly and helpful! I have no complaints

I then had to cancel my booking and go across the street where I could pay with my debit card and it was even cheaper then this place.

• jamie (6/5): - This property is fine if you need a quick place to lay your head. Beds and pillows were comfy. This place is really outdated and probably hasn't seen a renovation or upgrade since it opened. Walking the stairs in the morning has the punch in your face of stale air. The resturant attached to the hotel is 2 out of 5 stars at best. (Pizza tasted like it was from frozen box) Gravy was fantastic though. Close to ball diamonds so it was fine overall.

• Velvalee (8/5): - I liked the front desk staff. They were kind and responsive whenever you asked a question. The level of cleanliness could be improved, but in saying so, I I also wish to point out this seems to be an older, family friendly hotel. There were tons of children attending a martial arts tournament at the hotel while we were there. So to be fair, the cleanliness comment relates to the messes children make in shared areas, the rooms were fine.

• Brynne (10/5): - Huge flatscreen, was extremely ideal for the hockey game. Theres multiple dining options in close proximity. Tons of square footage in a standard room. Extremely friendly staff. Parking is a bonus for large rigs behind the building

• Elaine (6/5): - When we booked we asked to stay in the handicapped room. We were told that was done. When we arrived we were told that the room was not available. The entry was not set up very well for someone needing to use a walker. The sloped walkway was uneven and the door opened so that you had to walk past the door. When we got into our room 3 light bulbs did not work. The clerk Brittany went above and beyond in assisting us . She replaced 2 of the 3 bulbs (as that was all she had). She was very helpful in figuring out which of the 2 remotes to make the TV work. Overall she was a bright spot in an otherwise unpleasant stay.

• Zhengli (8/5): - This hotel has a relatively good location and the staff were friendly enough, but I can't say it offers great value for money. While the room was clean, it felt quite basic compared to other options in the area at similar price points. The "lake view" was disappointing - we could only see a small sliver of water between buildings, definitely not the panoramic view we expected. Amenities were just average.
• Robert (4/5): Poor - Drapes on the window was all stained, beds and pillows were clumpy poor condition, breakfast was lame (cold and not many options, no muffins or fruit). Only good thing was the lady at the front desk, she was friendly and helpful.

• Bradley (6/5): - It was interesting. Check in is at 3pm. I checked in after 3 and went to my room where housekeeping was still cleaning the room. Asked my to come back in 15 minutes. Went back about 45 minutes later and girl at reception apologized for the fact she checked me in when she shouldnt have, then gave me a 9 volt battery and asked me to change the battery in the smoke detector as they didnt want to call maintenance in. Other than that, i had a great sleep in a very comfortable bed.
