• Dan (6/5): Overall great stay. Would come again. A few maintenance issues are needed. - Great location. Friendly staff. Room door didn’t lock properly due to a misaligned deadbolt.
• Loralei (6/5): - This property is aged and shows it. Thinning carpet and no elevator. Sidewalk is leaning and parking lines are all but invisible. The feather pillows are past their prime and being stuffed into smaller pillowcases to shore them up, there are no usb outlets in the room, and the bathroom sink was all scratched up. Worst of all was the breakfast offerings. We didn't try the baked beans, but the hash brown patties were rubbery, the scrambled eggs dry, and the sausage links tough. On the good side, the staff is friendly, the beds are firm, the rooms have been painted fairly recently, housekeeping is good, and the juice machine offers POG(passion fruit, orange, and grapefruit)! Yum!

• Ilya (10/5): Good place for overnight stay. Good breakfast. A lot of coffe available to fill your travel mug. - It is a perfect place for a traveller between two provinces. They should leave a couple of water bottles in the room. It would be more comfortable for any visitor.

They could not hsve been more helpful and friendly. The carpet in the hall looked like it needed replaced or deep cleaned at least. It was a bit disgusting looking. The breakfast was 'plastic ' . We ate at 8am and I think the eggs hsd been out since 5am. Everything prepackaged. All cereals sugary, the eggs rubbery and the hash browns soggy.. Worth noting that there is no lift.

Didn't see any lake to view lol, but the hotel is just on the edge of Edson which is a nice little town with a visitor's centre that they obviously put a lot of work into.
• Ali (4/5): - I booked through Expedia. I found the hotel almost 2 months before check-in to let them know I had two small dogs. when I got to the hotel, the lady checking me in was not friendly. My wife then walked in with the two dogs on the leash and the lady looked and got very snitty and said oh I see you have two dogs we weren’t told that, they’ll be a dog fee. I then told her I had phoned prior to let them know about the dogs. She then checked her computer and said oh yes, I see there’s a note saying you had two dogs, there’s a pet fee. She did not apologize for her rudeness and her attitude was not very welcome. in the morning when we went for their breakfast, the scrambled eggs were dry and as hard as cardboard. their ham had no flavour and the hashbrowns were dry and hard. I do a lot of travelling and that is the first time I could not eat anything but the toast at a breakfast. overall, all the stuff that I’ve saw there did not look like they wanted to be working.
• William (2/5): - Got in late in the evening, front desk staff was excellent to deal with. Then at 7 the next morning can here all kinds of noises in the hall. Housekeeping staff is knocking on doors and calling out. Banging and crashing in rooms vacuum cleaners operating. Guess you dont have to check out until 11 but you cant sleep past 7:30. By time got to free breakfast mostly gone wasnt much left to eat. Very disappointed.
