• Naomi (8/5): - One of the staff had a pit bull in the lobby that attempted to approach me. My husband had to stop the dog all while the person who owned the dog was smiling and laughing about the situation. I have been attacked before by a dog and find this very uncomfortable. The dog was on a leash but she kept letting it out so the dog was able to reach me. My husband even commented that she needed to bring the leash in.

• Wilhelm (10/5): Improve your breakfast - Nice comfortable Would prefer a king size bed Prove your breakfast to his healthier I’ll stay again if I can’t find a place with a king size bed

• Dianne (6/5): - Pros: The staff are very friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a good selection of breakfast items. Lots of parking. Cons: We had no internet for the two days that we stayed there. We couldn't do our laundry as the onsite laundry machines were out of order. The room was dark as one of the main lamps on the desk in the room had the plug cut off.

• Maureen (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone. - We loved the helpfulness of Irish and the gentleman (sorry I can’t remember his name). He made sure we had a pass for the local swimming pool. Irish was also very friendly and considerate towards my grandson. There was nothing we didn’t like.

• Maureen (8/5): We would highly recommend anyone to stay here. - I think it was the best place we stayed in during our trip due to the friendliness of the receptionists, their advice relating to the area and especially relating to my grandson who has learning difficulties and the availability of the dining area if we required. There was a family atmosphere about this place.

• Sheila (7/5): Convenient, comfortable, pet friendly suite hotel on Hway 97N. - Good location on Hway 97N. Walking trail in front of hotel along highway good for dog, with bonus attraction of interesting wood carvings from annual chainsaw carving competition. 3 minute drive to River House restaurant with good varied menu, and to Dragon Palace Chinese restaurant/takeaway. Food good at both. Good-sized room with useful kitchenette. Free pass available for gym or pool at recreation centre 2 blocks away - no fitness room on site now. About 1 hour drive to Tumbler Ridge. . Ground floor rather than 3rd floor room would have made access easier with a dog. My husband tried the breakfast and was very disappointed.

• Steve (7/5): Not my first choice in chetwynd. - In general nice rooms and efficient checkin. The property was good but there was an ofd smell in the room and it kept me up. The smell was exacerbated when the heat came on so it is possible that some chemical was present in the a/c unit

• Richard Dale (10/5): - The tv kept losing the satellite signal so no tv. Did it once and a young lady came up and got it working. Later she came up again, couldn’t get it working and said she would send someone else up. Waited an hour no one showed up so we gave up and went to bed.

The night clerk was not very talkative didn’t tell us about the breakfast and barely talked to me. At check out the clerk was apologetic but no accommodation made for no breakfast.

• Michael (6/5): - We stayed for three nights. During that time there was no daily room cleaning, so we had to reuse the towels. Also, the last morning the breakfast was very meager. No hot food (eggs, bacon or hashbrowns) and the waffle batter was empty.only toast, dry cereal and yogurt. Very poor.
