• arch_frank (4/5): Disappointing. - Perfect location. Staff was helpful. Hot water in the bathroom worked well. Price resulted competitive. Pillows were too soft. Mattress was too hard. Elevator very small, tight, and uncomfortable. The towels are literally thin sand paper sheets.

• ale-righi (7/5): Buono - Ottima posizione a due passi dal lungo mare, l'unica problematica sono i parcheggi che non c'è ne sono tanti e sono tutti a pagamento anche se l'hotel mette a disposizione una specie di abbonamento a 6€ al giorno che potrebbe essere anche comodo. Il bagno della camera è un po' piccolino ma ci si adatta facilmente però risulta tutto pulito quindi direi che va più che bene. La colazione è buona niente di particolare, hanno subito accolto la nostra richiesta di poterla anticipare di trenta minuti in quanto avevamo il treno per le cinque terre verso le 9:35 e la colazione iniziava verso le 8 fino alle 9:30 però per il resto diciamo che non ci si può lamentare troppo. Il bagno un po' piccolino e la mancanza del bidet ma come ho scritto sopra ci si adatta facilmente

• Irina (10/5): Ottimo hotel - Tutto eccezionale! Oltre aspettative! Ci siamo sentiti trattati come in famiglia. Veramente ottima ospitalità e confort. Personale e il gestore sono bravissimi e fanno tutto per far sentire gli ospiti come a casa. La collazione è ottima e la cena è meglio di un ristorante di zona. In camera non mancava niente. Veramente un hotel che merita stelle. Tutto ok
• Elisa (5/5): La gentilezza avrebbe migliorato il soggiorno - La posizione é ottima per raggiungere il mare ed eventuali ristoranti per cenare Al check-in siamo state accolte con un “stavo per chiamarvi perché non arrivavate” nonostante la fascia oraria prevista fosse 14-21 e fossero le 19 (con la camera già pagata, quindi l’albergatore non avrebbe perso nulla in caso di mancato raggiungimento della struttura). Dopo aver snocciolato le informazioni base con l’insistente raccomandazione di lasciare le chiavi in bacheca prima di uscire dall’hotel, siamo state rincorse fino all’ascensore, dove a porte già chiuse, ci è stata chiesta la tassa di soggiorno (atto dovuto ma avrebbe potuto chiedercela in un altro frangente come anche al check-out). Frigo in camera che non raffreddava (si accendeva solo la luce), aria condizionata e prese vincolate alla presenza in camera con tessera inserita. Scomodo data la scarsità di prese e la necessità di ricaricare più dispositivi. Colazione onesta con obbligo di sedersi al tavolo prestabilito dal personale e con sottofondo il filmato in loop del Carnevale a un volume che poco si confà a un momento di relax come quello mattutino.

• Csaba (10/5): This is a friendly an not too big hotel, best place to stay. - Hotel Caribe was as good as I expected or better. Its situated in the heart of city. The beach and restaurants were in few steps, but our rooms were silent. The host was very attentive and helpful (thank you Sergio). The breakfast and coffe gave us power for start the day, we loved them. In the evening, dinner was a fantastic, unforgettable menu with Tuscan wines and local food. We would returned anyway...

• Matthias (8/5): Good stay but breakfast should be improved. - Good stay, very close to the beach and about 10mins from the train station. Breakfast was below our expectations. Room is rather small but that is disclosed at booking and was okay for the one night we spent!

Everything was perfect. Maybe parking situation could be improved but this is a problem in Viareggio in general.
