- Rémi (6/5): Fuyez la chambre communicante - Chambre propre, ménage fait tous les jours. Télé connectée. Nous étions dans une chambre communicante. L'insonorisation est nulle à cause de la porte qui donne sur les voisins. Ceux-ci ont été en plus particulièrement bruyants. On entendait leur conversation jusque tard dans la nuit!! La margelle de la piscine est glissante; j'ai glissé en prenant l'échelle et ai un gros bleu à la cuisse.

- ROLAND (1/5): Hôtel bruyant - Juste l'emplacement. Trop de bruits. La chambre n est pas insonorisée, il y a une porte communicante avec la chambre d'à côté à l'intérieur de la chambre donc on entend tout comme si on vivait ensemble. Le petit déjeuner très pauvre en choix et le repas était froid. On entend tout ce qu'il se passe à l'extérieur de l'hôtel. Je ne recommande pas.

- Kinga (7/5): Good option for a short stay - The location is good, around 1km from the beach, but on a busy road. The staff was very nice and helpful. The variety of breakfast options were good. There is a small cafe 20m from the hotel with a nice coffee and smoothies. The room looked a bit outdated and unwelcoming.

- Dwi (7/5): Good - We stayed for 4 nights there, the location of hotel was ok there's plenty of restaurants and shops around the area, a bit far from the beach if you walk with the scooter is no problem. The facilities was ok, there's swimming pool , place to park your scooter ect. The room wasn't clean there's plenty stains on the wall, price wise not bad, hard to communicate with staffs as they have very basic English but they were nice and friendly

- Gilad (1/5): Please read: this hotel is not what it appears - The pool was decent but not very clean Room facilities: The fridge did not work. They only offered a solution when I ask to leave. First they lied and said no other room was available. They found a room that they called a suite. It's the same room with 2 twin beds attached. Don't book a suite. The fridge was working but still very poorly. Shower: No hot water for 5 minutes, then the shower is already flooding the room. Bad drainage. No soap/shampoo shelve: you have to squat to the floor if you need soap. Good workout. Bad shower. Cleaning: room had ants everywhere on the 12th floor. found used/open cotton buds. The cleaners either don't stop banging on your door or don't clean when you ask. When you ask twice, they take the trash and don't even make the bed properly. Cleaning staff talks loudly from 6am! Violent behaviour: They only take cash payments. Don't give receipts. When I checked out, they accused me of owning them 1M dongs after I was waiting for a taxi already. They had a guy physically guarding me on the street and not allowing me to leave. I almost missed my bus. When they realised they were wrong of accusing me of theft. They did not even apologised, just allowed me to leave! Bed: if you like a hard mattress you'll enjoy it. I personally prefer hard mattress although this was a bit too much Location: not central. Everything including the beach or decent restaurants/bars is a 20-30 minutes walk. There's one expensive grocery store near.

- Hannah (3/5): Very disappointing - The staff really did their best with what they have. Unfortunately, what they have is not good. We booked 5 nights but changed our plans and checked out after 2. It’s very worn out and run down. The pool was so dirty so we didn’t even think about taking a dip. The breakfast is not very good either. We enjoyed the fact that it wasn’t a buffet and we ordered what we wanted the day before - unfortunately the quality of what we got was very low. This hotel would benefit by closing the pool and the breakfast and instead focus more on cleaning and keeping the rooms in good shape.

- Massimo (6/5): Pleasant - Big room and swimming pool on the last floor with nice panorama on city insufficient breakfast, better not to give it, they would make a better impression... In my room very noisy air conditioning and non-soundproof windows need to be fixed and we could hear a lot of noises from outside despite being on the sixth floor. Furthermore the staff was not able to help me with simple needs such as showing me a place to change my money into dong or where to book a bus to hue, things that everyone in Vietnam hotels are for tourists...

- Andrzej (5/5): many things went wrong - do not recommend - Wifi is fast, room is generally clean, except for windows. Location is actually ok, about 20 minutes walk from the beach. Many things went wrong. 1. I asked for a quiet room. First night there were loud strange noices coming from the walls. At midnight I asked to change the room and was moved to 9th floor. To my surprise I discovered staff sleeping on a folding bed right by the doors, also only then I was informed that due to low season they don't do breakfast buffet and I had to choose the breakfast, which turned out to be the worst I've had in Vietnam. Quality much lower than street food. 2. Many things are different compared to their profile description. Such as - no welcome drink, no breakfast buffet, no free late check out (promised on their website), roof bar closed, promised soundproofing, etc. 3. I asked for late check out - 3 more hours and was informed that even though the room was not taken the following day I would be charged almost full day price for extending. Staff reacted angry and they rejected my request to lower the price for extension. The only thing they were saying was about hospital policy, which I find really outrageous. 4. Last but not the least - I asked for no cleaning during my 4 night stay, but one day during my absence the room was cleaned. A day after checking out I found out that I don't have one of my devices, so I think it is possible that it was actually stolen from me in this hotel. Upon contacting the hotel they didn't express any understanding nor support. Shortly after I left them a message to inquire about my lose, I was informed in a rather rude way that they didn't find anything and that I have to mind my things on my own. Not a 4 star hotel. Especielly quality of food, a trademark of Vietnam, leaves me unsatisfied.

Charged for water in the room without being told you would be when checking in. When checking out the female staff member was rude about the water.
- Dian (9/5): Memorable stay at Danang - Strategic location, great city view & clean room, All staff are friendly & helpful. Thank you to all front office staff during my stay there: Phu tan, Mun, Diem Ha, & one more lady that I forgot her name. All staff were young, helpful & professional. The room price is very valuable for your money. If you are vegetarian like me, there are many vegetarian restaurants near the hotel that you can reach in Google maps within 3-10 minutes.
- Celina (2/5): Not happy about How we were tresteg by the staff - Not much That the staff tried to charge us for getting the towel dirty. The towel was used to clean up the floor which was dirty. Also, another couple that stays there got charged for a stain on the toilet, which already was there. I felt that they tried to con us.

- Priscilla (8/5): Meet the expectations - 1. The hotel itself have universal plug, so you don't need to bring a converter. 2. Location is between My Khe Beach and Dragon Bridge. The surrounding is quiet and good for stay. 3. Definitely worth the price. 4. Speedy wifi. 5. Provide most of the amenities that you need. 6. Clean 1. Limited plug. 2. Wall fixed hair dryer - not strong. 3. Toilet is clean but the floor is slippery. 4. Limited breakfast choices. But not to compare since it's cheaper than other hotel. 5. Extra charge for mineral water when we requested more because we finished before the room service. (smaller ml that's why we finished it fast) 6. Old building

- Natalia (7/5): Location was amazing. - Rooms were comfortable and the location was great, 10/15 minute walk from dragon bridge and the night market. About 20 minute walk to the beach. The pool wasnt very clean and the rooms had a few ants in the wardrobes. Bikes didnt seem great, we rented the bicycles for free for the day and the breaks didnt work well and the bikes were a bit rusty
- Surendar (9/5): Best stay with reasonable price. - The stay is near to dragon bridge. They are offering bike for rent, food etc. Hoi An is around 27 km from the hotel. You can take bike and go for coastal ride. My khe beach is also near.. The receptionists are so helpful and clarifying all our questions. Value for money.

- Trần (10/5): Great Bilingual Supervisor (Mun), Spacious room, comfy bed, any concerns sorted promptly. - After reading through a few reviews online, we weren't sure quite what to think but found everything to be better than expected. My husband has an allergy issue, so first thing when staying anywhere he checks the floor condition under the bed. Their was a bit of dust build-up but this was promptly removed after speaking with the hotel supervisor (Mun) downstairs. We ended up extending our stay a further 3 nights to make it a total of 5. Not all of the staff speak English well, but Mun was great. She's Vietnamese so had no issue communicating with me, and for my husband's concerns she was able to explain everything in perfect English. The weather was the only annoying thing about this trip. We arrived during one of the worst rainy periods but other than that, the hotel was perfect.

- Markus (10/5): Exceptional - It was nice to have a rooftop pool, because at the beach they don't allow you to go swimming at certain weather conditions (little bit of rain, a little windy). The hoteel rooftop area closes at 7 p.m., but that is the time when you can go swimming at the beach again. The annoying safeguards leave at 6 p.m. there. The walk to the beach is around 10 minutes. So all in all you always have an opportunity to go swimming.
