• Laura (8/5): Molto piacevole - Madre e figlia sono carinissime ! Sono state molto gentili, accoglienti e forniscono tutte le indicazioni possibili. Struttura tenuta alla perfezione, conserverò un bel ricordo del loro giardino. La camera ordinata e pulitissima, provvista di frigorifero, microonde, macchinetta del caffè. Bello che ogni stanza/appartamento abbia il doppio affaccio c/porticato dove poter stendere, pranzare all'esterno. Parcheggio all'interno della proprietà, coperto da tettoia. Struttura raggiungibile da strada asfaltata (non cosi scontato, vista la zona) e in poco tempo si raggiungono i posti di interesse. Da tornarci! Ps. Il plus per me? Le gatte dolcissimi e coccolone Un paio di mattine sono stata svegliata alle 8 perché hanno fatto arrivare l'elettricista a montare la lampada del porticato e si sono fermati a parlare proprio davanti alla mia porta. Senz'altro è una circostanza che non si ripeterà per i successivi ospiti. Dato che non era un guasto che necessita un intervento immediato, avrebbero potuto posticipare orario o giornata. Suggerirei di avvisare comunque l'ospite, lo si "digerisce meglio"... in ogni caso nulla di grave!

• KolodinTV (1/5): Грязно и ужасно. - Хорошая бабушка, мама хозяйки. Общение в начале заезда. Аппартаменты не соответствовали фотографиям. Очень тесно и грязно. Когда мы захотели уехать чтобы найти новые аппартаменты не выпускали. С карты бы автоматически списался штраф за отказ от аппартаментов на букинге , но они растаяли чтобы мы оплатили наличными . После долгого разбирательства , нас вынудили заплатить больше чем было указано на букинге наличными. Отзывы накручены, мы это поняли поздно. Душ постоянно забивается и наполняется ванночка. Муравьи по всем аппартаментам ползуют и очень грязно- пыльно. Таких денег не стоят эти аппартаменты. Цена очень завышена. Не советую приезжать в эти аппартаменты.
• Guest (10/5): - Struttura molto bella, silenziosa e confortevole. Host attento, disponibile e reattivo alle richieste. Unico piccolo problema di attesa al ritiro delle chiavi.
• Adam (10/5): Grosseto is very beautiful region , I recommend Castiglione della Pescia which is close to Barbaruta. - Everything was perfect . Hosts are very helpful. Apartment was quiet and comfortable . Good localisation to visit many places in Toscana. Location is close to express routes (about 7 km from Barbaruta) which help to visit Rome, Pisa and other places in max 2,5 hours by car. Everything. We received a bottle of wine which was a nice gesture from the host .
