- Albert (2/5): - This hotel is completely misleading. Nothing about this hotel looks like the pictures shown when I was looking for a hotel. Expedia needs to remove all current pictures because it's false advertisement. If this hotel remodeled, it remodeled backwards for the worst. Another very important lack of advertising is half of the hotel is being used to house homeless. I found that out when I spoke to security about the limited amount of parking because the larger portion of their lot was blocked off by cones and the security said that portion of the lot was for their homeless tenants to park. Its a nice thing this hotel is doing to give shelter to the homeless, but I still was surprised. I needed somewhere affordable to stay the night that from the advertised pictures didn't look run down and ghetto, but this place is exactly that. Unfortunately all the nicer hotels were charging extremely higher rates than normal, so this is what I went with. I will never stay here again and I warn everyone else to not stay here. It is loud, people driving in and out blasting their music. The window rattled from the bass in their music because of how loud they played it, and this was all night long. Honking their car horns all night and not from setting their car alarms. Security did nothing. The room was old, run down and dirty. No carpet, dirty floor. The bed comforter, sheets and pillow covers all had burn holes from cigarettes. Stained pillows. Room smelled weird. Old, stained towels.

- Mihavani (10/5): Iâve been to cheaper and better places - The owner was nice you can tell they trying to remodel it so I let the unorganized go but other then that itâs a nice place also there ice machine didnât work and you have to pay for the ice crazy . All the people going in and out all hours of the night and the people playing loud music all night long .. some rooms had microwave some didnât and then they donât accommodate you they tell you they have one outside of the lobby thatâs nasty..

I did not expect much since this is a budget Inn. Location is great since it is near LAX airport. If you could stretch few more bucks for a more comfy and cleaner stay, find a different place.

- Blanca (1/5): It was the worst experienced. - Nothing The whole property is dirty the moment you enter it looks like people use the parking to do work there. The staff member was rude when I called and said the toilet was not working and he told me to fix the restroom my self that that wasnât part of his job description. So I told him that I wanted another room so he moved us. The room was ok but we found a worm by the air conditioner. Also the tv wasnât working. I called him and he was annoyed. He told me to just changed the input. It wasnât working so when I called again he didnât answered. My boyfriend told me just to ignore it and just never come back.

Requested a bottom floor room because mom is elder and canât walk (she had stroke).. 2. I got an email back saying they have arranged this for me. 3. Just to show up and have top floor, in the middle of stairs, nowhere close to stairs. 4. Decent room but had ant problems. 5. Told guy at front desk, Key wasnât working to our room, he insists on telling me it works. Went back and forth to my room because front desk guy thinks he knows everything.

As soon as we pulled in we pulled out it looks like people are actually using this motel for housing not just weekend get aways. Itâs located in an area that is not so friendly and people had their laundry hung out on the balconies and it looked like a project apartment housing complex. Donât book here, run away very fast.

A room booked for 4 people should be equipped with more towels. The extra cash key deposit was not mentioned in the promotion. Had to contact the front desk to request the tv remote. There was no phone in the room and they need handicap accessories for rooms located on the second floor.

- Anonymous (1/5): I will never book this hotel again, it was dusty, dirty and smelled so bad. The service was the worst and my friends and - I didnât like it and I wouldnât recommend. It felt really unsafe place and the employees are the worst I have ever seen, they were working with just socks and werenât helpful when I needed. The room was really dirty, I booked a nonsmoking room and it was smelling cigarette, it was really bad.
