• José Luis (4/5): - Nao gostei porque a casa roupa de cama suja, mais depois foi trocado o alojamento, com o nome da rua Poeta Milton 2, este sim e limpo 75%. Gostei a forma que fui tratado pelo o funcionario

• Mitch (1/5): Terrible & unorganised - Nothing beside from the balcony! Check in is incredible late in the day. Probably wasn’t cleaned from the last guest. Cleaning team arrived 1hr 30mins after my check in time. Bedding for sofa bed not provided. Wife don’t work. Staff aren’t helpful. Really hard to locate the property initially, no signage outside.
• Carolina (5/5): Não voltaria a esse quarto. - Não tinha café da manhã, a localização era ok. A TV e a internet não funcionaram. Avisei à administradora no primeiro dia de estadia e, ainda assim, não foi consertado. A resposta foi que havia um problema entre a administradora e o proprietário (????!!!!!). Mas eu paguei por essas comodidades! AMe informaram também que haveria um reembolso pela falta desses itens e que seria feita através do Booking, mas estou aguardando até agora e ainda não foi feito.
• Nuria (4/5): Lisboa espectacular pero mejor en otro apartamento desde luego en este no sé descansá - La ubicación no está mal pero hay una cuesta larga y empinada para llegar a la puerta del edificio y las escaleras estrechas y de caracol, no apto para carros o sillas de niño o personas mayores No hay cortinas en todas las ventanas ni la lucera del techo por lo que amanece y hay muchísima luz, el wifi no funciona y la tele rota. No ha pinzas para la ropa ni un recogedor.La manguera de la ducha se le salía el agua. Los diez días con las mismas sábanas no hay para cambiarlas y eso que cobran en la reserva 75€ de limpieza La camp a mejor no mirar el extractor o sales corriendo de la porquería que tiene.De calefacción son dos radiadores eléctricos uno muy pequeño. De ventilador hay dos uno de ellos no funciona, en fin si volvería no me alojaría allí.
• Temenushka (5/5): Love Portugal! Very good location but the hygiene and condition of the furniture bad. - Location. The condition of the furniture, walls, bathroom, including bad water control of the shower - changes temperature without control. Bugs found in the apartment.

• Mauropalaz (2/5): - Nulla La casa è sporca, i mobili sono rotti e mal tenuti. La TV e il wifi che dovevano essere presenti erano rotti ed in 4 giorni nessuno ci ha risolto il problema. La casa è senza AC ma un ventilatore su due non era funzionante. La posizione è su per una tremenda salita con due piani di scale veramente ripidi e strette

• Michael (8/5): All in all a really nice place - All in all it's a great place! The location makes it easy to access a lot of the interesting stuff. There is plenty of space in the apartment and the views are really nice. When we checked in it was super clean and had everything we needed in terms of cooking-gear etc. There were really only a few minor hickups: We did not get the necessary codes beforehand. However, that was quickly resolved using WhatsApp. There are some water-damages which are pretty mouldy. I've seen others mention it so it really would be a good idea to have it fixed :-) The wifi did not work and nothing was done except a "sorry about that". Not the end of the world - just an unncessary annoyance. The nights were a bit chilly during our stay but luckily there were a couple of electric radiators we could use - so no problems in relation to that. We would surely like to visit again! I just really want to suggest having these annoying things fixed. The place is great so it's a pitty with stuff like that.
• Rebecca (8/5): - Good distance from the city center, and a good apartment. Nothing ro complain about. Wifi did’not work for the three nights i was there, but i never told the land lord about that though. Dont stress too much about the door, its quite wonky, but after a few tries it does open.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Do NOT book this - This property is on was it seems. The photos in the add are old, there was mold on the walls, on the bedside table and all the furniture was stained. We found a new place to stay immediately and didn't not stay the night here. We still have yet to hear word back from the property. I wish I would have read the reviews before booking please don't make the same mistake I did.

• Pascal (4/5): - While the appartment is centrally located, spacious and has a lot of potential, there were quite some problems which really impacted our stay negatively. Let's be fair and start with the good things: - central, spacious, quiet, safe - fully functioning kitchen with gas stove - small balcony Unfortunately the negative thnings did outweigh this: - wall right next to the bed had huge moldy spots and look like it was soaked by water some time ago - none of the windows closed properly so that cold air came in and it was freezing cold inside - the balcony had window doors which didn't properly close either and additionally could not be locked, so anyone could have entered via the balcony - the kitchen utils were dirty with crusty food remains The worst part is that we contacted the rental company and told them about all the issues and our concerns, but all they did was ask for photos and then stopped replying. Even now that Expedia asked them for a reply they have never gotten back to us.
• IVAYLO (8/5): - Central location, but very steep hill and no elevator, so not appropriate for elderly or disabled visitors. No parking either. Shower was leaking and there were some spots from a roof leak. We did enjoy our stay though and the fact that the view from the balcony was towards the neighbors made as feel like locals.
• Octavian (7/5): Good - It was close to the center. A few minutes walk. The place is pretty clean. There were only 2 small heaters for the whole apartement Definetly not enough. God forbid someone plays with the cold or hot water while you shower. If you're there just to sleep, all good. There's nothing else you can do but sleep and bring take away food. You can't really wash the dishes proprely as there'S no dish soap, no salt, no sugar...no staple items...etc. We were there in the spring and it was pretty cold inside the apartment

• Ninkovic (4/5): Disappointing - Location only. WE booked accommodation for 4 adults and it was difficult to find room for 4 children, we had to rent additional accommodation because the pictures do not faithfully show the accommodation. There weren't even enough pillows and sheets for four guests.
• Sami (10/5): Great local Lisbon experience - Check-in took a little while as I had to wait for the person to come and bring the keys. The apartment is 2nd floor walk-up with tight staircase but mostly quiet and nice place with balconies and great views. Neighborhood is super nice Lisbon style with couple of local restaurants on the street and coffee shops and minimarkets within few minutes walk.

• Thi (5/5): Passable - airy apartment not enough toilet paper, no blanket for people who sleep on the sofa, no cleaning supplies for kitchen and toilet, no lighter for gas stove
• Hanne (6/5): Okay - Only 20 min walk to city center with a healthy breakfast shop and little supermarket around the corner. Apartment was okay for max 3 people. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. Sofa and chair are full of stains. Shower drains pretty badly and temperature is hard to set. There was also some mold on the ceiling.

• Anzhelika (8/5): Very good - Close to the metro station, nice sunny terrace and living room. Cold, even with two radiators turned on. Kitchen didn’t had salt,sugar etc..
• Tom (3/5): poor service - spacious and well equipped shower was blocked and no hot water, despite asking repeatedly to be fixed, it never was.
• Guest (8/5): - Die Unterkunft selbst war gut! Leider hat es an wichtigen Kleinigkeiten wie z.B. einem Feuerzeug zum Anzünden des Gasherd gefehlt, ebenso wie weitere Decken oder Kissenbezüge. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Leider hat direkt bei Ankunft beim Waschbecken im Bad das Wasser nicht abfließen können, wurde nach mehreren Anrufen aber schnell gelöst. Die Dusche war äußerlich schön aber auch hier konnte das Wasser fast gar nicht ablaufen, sodass das Bad fast überschwemmt wurde und bis zur nächsten Dusche 15min. vergehen mussten, bis das Wasser weg war. Ansonsten ist das Apartment groß, hell und freundlich und es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Alleinig die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung muss angepasst werden.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - Auf garkeinen Fall zu empfehlen, man kann es Wucker nennen. Denn erstens, es gibt garkeine Möglichkeit die Zimmer abzudunkeln!! Hell sobald die Sonne aufgeht!! Dazu noch ein einfaches IKEA Bett (im Schlafzimmer), mit abgenutzter dünner Matratze. Die anderen Personen bzw. Kinder die im Wohnzimmer (auf dem Schlafsofa) schlafen, haben eine noch schlechte Nacht vor sich. Denn Appartment ist im Dachgeschoß, keine Klimaanlage, dazu noch ein Fenster aufdem Dach (wieder ohne Abdunklungsmöglichkeit), man bekommt sofort die Sonnenstrahlen (im Sommer) um 4-5 Uhr ins Gesicht. Dazu kommen noch unverschämte 30,-€ Reinigungskosten (schon bei einer Nacht)!! Desweiteren muss man die Schlüssel ganz woanders abholen. Es gibt so viele Auswahl an Hotels in Lissabon, die eine bessere Alternative bieten, vor allem viel günstiger (selbst 4**** Sterne Hotels).
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Accomodatie zag er schoon uit. Minpunt: de deur van het appartement ging niet open. Toen we belden, werd er met gezucht op gereageerd. Uiteindelijk zijn we geholpen door een meneer die in hetzelfde gebouw woonden. De deur gaat moeizaam open en heeft een gebruiksaanwijzing.
• Michael (8/5): Worth the money - Excellent out of hours service to get access as there is no reception. Only drawback was it was cold with very little heating....That was the only negative, generally very positive review with no complaints at all
• Laila (10/5): Fin lejlighed til par uden børn. - Skøn lejlighed top stand indvendig, centralt super. Trappeopgangen slidt. Vendte dog længe på ,at komme ind halvanden time stod vi uden for.
