• César (2/5): - Una experiencia decepcionante. El apartamento, fue reservado en Expedia y se veía sencillo pero cuidado, con muebles bonitos. Si es cierto, que su ubicación no es muy céntrica pero también su precio compensa. Llegamos al apartamento mas tarde del check-in recomendado. Nos encontramos un edificio abandonado, sin luz en la escalera, a medio reformar y limitando el acceso a partir de la segunda planta para arriba con una puerta de hierro como enseño en las fotos. Poco acogedor. Nos dieron las llaves erróneas para acceder, (si es cierto que alguien vino de inmediato a solucionar el problema) y al entrar nos encontramos con todo el apartamento sucio, con sabanas llenas de sangre y manchas de humedad. Además de muebles rotos con aspecto de segunda mano. Lamparas sin poder conectar a la electricidad y baño descuidado. Nos tuvimos que ir hasta que alguien llegara para limpiar todo. Todo fue solucionado, pero jamas nos funcionó la luz de la escalera, donde nos podríamos haber caído ya que son muy estrechas y la puerta del edificio estaba siempre abierta, donde jamas pudimos tener la llave correcta ni tenerla cerrada. Nos sentimos inseguros y desprotegidos. Conseguimos negociar, que nos guardaran ls maletas para compensar lo sucedido durante nuestro ultimo día en Lisboa. Al llegar a su welcome center, el chico no tenia ni idea y nos negó guardarlas.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Nice apartment, terrible management - The apartment is nice, and in a nice area. However, we arrived early in the day and called about an early check-in and were told, forcefully, by the manager that not only was that not possible, but we were expected to be at the place at 3 "sharp... sharp!" because it was Sunday and people have places to be. The manager sent another worker to open the door, who was not there at 3. The cleaner hadn't finished cleaning. There was no elevator in the building as listed in the description. The cleaner noted she could drop off more towels but never did, so we only had bath towels and no hand or kitchen towels. There were also no oven mitts, so without towels, either, there was no easy way to take things out of the oven, making the kitchen much less functional. There were no garbage cans. The bathroom had no hand soap. We weren't even given directions on where to leave the keys on the last day. We were told we'd be sent a receipt for the extra fees we had to pay on arrival (cleaning fees and city hotel fees) which we were never given. Overall - nice apartment, terrible execution by the manager.
• laurent (4/5): Déception - Après un premier contact déjà difficile, plus rien , pas de réponse aux email, mauvais code wifi, manque serviettes de bain, et l’appartement avec une installation électrique qui fait peur .....
