AND the front desk does not have any to lend/check out "due to sanitary reasons". The pandemic is over, people!!! Update your room descriptions and adjust your rates for a useless kitchen.

The toilet seat was loose so you had to be careful when you sat down. It didnt seem like a fresh yoom at all. Additionally there was very loud music playing and people going up and down the stairwaell which was right by my room.i definitely won't stay there again and I couldn't recommend it.

The lady at the front desk that night was awesome and told me to call the general manager. I had called and even left a message and was told I’m be called back on Monday and it has been almost a week since then and no phone call. I suppose these things aren’t taken that seriously by them. Never staying at their properties again.

We had some room key and electrical issues but the staff went above and beyond for us the manager as well as all the staff especially Destiny were amazing. I missed that they don’t offer full service before I booked but they were very accommodated did clean our room at our request.

When we called the hotel to inform them, they said they would look into it. When they called back, they said it was a flea infestation, flea and bed bug bites are very different. Stayed there last year with no problem is why we returned this year.

- Iain (8/5): - It's a clean and quiet place to sleep, beds are comfy, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I was excited to maybe save some money by cooking my own food, but then found out that in order to use the in-room cooking facilities you have to provide your own pots and pans and other utensils. Don't worry though, they sell them at the front desk, to be used three times before being cast into the landfill. The neighbourhood is safe with very little character - a hotel that shares a big parking lot with a brewery and some restaurants at the interface between suburban sprawl and the corn expanse. The hotel met my needs but I wouldn't call it a fun place to be. Might as well stay there if you have to be in the area.

All staff that we came in contact with were kind. It’s in close proximity to many things, though our reason for being there was to spend time with our cousin in the hospital. There is no pool or hot tub, and though that would be a turnoff for some people, we were okay with it because we wouldn’t have had time for it anyway. We would definitely stay there again!!

The General Manager needs to learn a thing or two about how to treat guest of all ethnic backgrounds and gender identity from his very own staff. We have traveled this great country and this is the very first time we have been treated in such a despicable bias manner which truly saddens us. My advice stay far away from this franchise location.

The only drawback for me as a solo traveler was that the only in-room coffee option was to make an entire pot which I felt was wasteful. I was able to get a cup of coffee in the lobby though.
