• Jonathan (1/5): Dont do it - Nothing really The sheets were stained with blood. Room smelled. Noise from some broken machine in the hallway all night. Rooster woke us up.
• Jensen (2/5): Horrible location - There was nothing that I liked about this location This location was not even close to the pictures online- It was run down, not clean (Bed had foot print & stain on it) walls had splatter that could have been food &/or blood, Furniture had rips on it, bathroom vent was coming lose from ceiling. One outside door key lock was low on battery so we had to use another entrance, walk up stairs across the building & then downstairs to get to our room. Hotel smelled of cigarettes & weed. Very unpleasant experience.

• Rachel (2/5): Horrible and scariest experience of my life at a hotel - If you’re looking for the sketchy experience of your life this is the place for you. This place was outright scary and disgusting. We woke up to somebody banging on our door, attempting to break it and in the morning with somebody tapping on our window. When we complained and asked for help, we received a little response. At one point I was trying to call 911 because we were so scared! I would never recommend this place to anyone

• Allison (1/5): DO NOT BRING CHILDREN HERE. - The room was disgusting, the air conditioner had a thick layer of dust that I cleaned off myself (everywhere was just dirty. There would be potential if the rooms actually got cleaned thoroughly). The walls were filthy, the floor was disgusting. I was so nervous my son was going to get into something bad... its way over priced for the quality. The older gentleman at the front desk was nice when I arrived at night to check in, but when I checked out a day early, the younger gentleman wasn't accommodating at all and there was HUGE roach in the lobby as I was exiting.

• Carmon (1/5): - It was merely a place to sleep inside for the night. It was very hot air conditioner didn't work.Reported to staff requested to change rooms for the second night. Staff informed me that the air conditioner did work you just had to keep plugging in and out until it kicked in. Next night in new room I purchased groceries including ice cream pop circles and other perishables to find out Frigidaire didn't work my food melted I reported to staff several hours later close to 9:00 pm staff came to room with different fridge. I showed melted spoiled food along with receipt. I asked to be compensated only for melted food was told there was nothing that could be done for either night.

Priced great for how close it is to downtown and Japan town. Great AC and comfortable beds with a nice spacious shower. Honestly a great place I can’t talk down on. 10 stars

• Jose (6/5): - The rooms could use a renovation. The floors were buckled and the showers and baseboards looked like they were molding. Base board in main room and flooring was horrible. The cable box controller battery was dead and the reception for the tv was going in and out.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Disappointing - I was disappointed b/c the place was more seedy than the pictures make it look. The furniture was pretty beat up, the bed cover had a hole in it. The shower was grimy, and had hairs in it, which made me wonder if it had been cleaned.

• Jeeb (3/5): You won't be able to sleep properly. - Free parking and distance to downtown. The area is SUPER noisy even with earplugs. It's next to main streets and a residential area. The walls are super thin due to this place being SO OLD. There is also so much noise with the heavy doors being let go by other guests suddenly and if you're on the first floor you hear your neighbors heavy footsteps. The neighborhood nearby blasts music sometimes and you can hear it through a closed window if your room is facing that side. Since the motel is old, it's extremely run down and the rooms were dated and dirty. It's owned by a family who I'm sure try their best to maintain it but unfortunately the building is very old. The lights in the room didn't work half the time. The price we paid was not worth it at all. It was like staying at an expensive motel 6. (Motel 6 would have been better TBH) There are plenty of other BETTER options to stay at. We ended up elsewhere to stay for our remaining nights in San Jose so we could actually sleep.

• Javier (6/5): Like a motel 6 in a bad side of town - We realized you grt for what you pay. But we figured it would at least be clean. You could smell the cigarette smell as soon as you walked in the room. The whole room had a dirty smell.
• Isabel (5/5): Would go if needed but if you don’t mind the smell and front desk being a family who lives on the property.. this the pl - I liked that they were very polite while checking in.. it was a younger man. We had parking space and didn’t have to park on the street like I’ve had to in the past at another hotel so that was great. I didn’t like how the front is literally people who live there. So if you’re out and come back 2am or something watch out because you’ll be waking them out their sleep and the dad comes out. It isn’t like a regular hotel at all. The hallways stunk the whole time there. The room smelled so bad when I first arrived, the bathroom looked used and not fully clean. There was little garbage and hairs on the floor. I threw up TWICE because of the smelled I legit had to blast the AC and have the window open and spray so much perfume and put a candle on.

• Melonie (3/5): Poor - It’s located near the shopping center. It was very dirty. The door had something that look like stool or dirt smeared on it. The rooms was dusty and our allergies flared up.

• Mike (6/5): - If you're looking for a quiet place, I'm not sure this is it. There were people in the hallway at all hours including some intoxicated females at 4:00am. I think people stay there long term. No lobby, just a window. Parking is fine. Mattress is not the greatest. It served the purpose of a bed for the night, but overall I was disappointed and won't stay there again. Microwave and mini fridge in the room makes it nice if you're stayinh a few days. Other than that, I'll stick to larger chains.

Nice people and a warm welcome too. Much less expensive than staying closer to the airport… took only 45 minutes to drive there. I'd happily stay at this property again.
