Oh and the great big breakfasts fill out bellies and hearts! The entire main hotel area has been renovated but itâs been over two years and the individual rooms and hallways are not updated. Wondering when this is taking place âŚ

The hotel location for ski Inn skehl is really great. I love that. Itâs near the high speed lift. The staff is really amazing. You can tell that management does a great job building a special culture within the hotel. The only thing I could improve upon is to have a frying pan in the kitchen. I guess I couldâve asked, but I didnât. One other issue was the people above us were very loud. It felt like they were jumping off their bed and ski boots! These are really minor little issues, though. I will definitely be returning to Jordan hotel on my next vacation.

The ski check wouldn't accept my street shoes so I had to walk through the entire hotel with ski boots. The room was old and the bathroom had cracking molding. We had to call maintenance multiple times.

Kitchenette was fully stocked with cooking utensils and pans. We didnât need everything but it was better stocked than other hotels. Room was dated but very clean.

- Heather (8/5): A great getaway weekend! - Love Sunday River . This was our first stay at the Jordan. We'll definitely be back to stay again! The front desk was extremely helpful, room ready (I think they upgraded us) for early check in. No place in hotel to sit and have a drink in the evening (no bar)

The rooms were clean and comfortable, though the fixtures and furniture were a little dated. Aesthetics aside, the room was fine for what we needed and the shower pressure was excellent.

But the staff was pleasant- the location is unbearable and the price was just right. Rooms were aged, pillows were awful. - matan (3/5): Bottom line- just go to the Grand Summit hotel. - The jacuzzi and spa are very nice 1. I missed my private ski lesson because of the hotel. Guests are asked to put their ski gear in a locker room. That's fair. I booked a private ski lesson ($180) at the ski resort for 8am. I was told I can take the 7:30 shuttle to the site and make it in time. However, the locker room wasn't open until after 7:30! That caused me to take the 8:00 shuttle and miss half of my lesson. When I told this to the hotel clerk, he just shrugged and didn't offer any help. 2. This is not a proper ski in/ski out hotel. This is misleading. The hotel is located in the most remote location of the ski resort. Most of the time the trails/lifts that can take you to the main location of the resort (south ridge) were closed, so it wasn't possible to get back to the hotel via ski, and you had to take the horrible shuttle service. 3. The horrible shuttle service: although the people from the hotel know exactly what are the peek shuttle hours (morning when the resort opens, afternoon when it closes) they don't give a damn about it. In the morning, 100 people fight for a seat in a miserable 20 seats minibus. Same goes for the way back. This is pathetic. We eventually had to take the car, which was totally covered with snow that we had to shovel by ourselves (took us about 30 mins to pave the way out of the parking lot). Bottom line- just go to the Grand Summit hotel.

It's close to the hill, but would not recommend this hotel. The staff was rude and didnât do anything to make the stay feel like a pleasant vacation. The rooms are old. Don't recommend to stay here.

- imagemkr357 (10/5): A great getaway place - The hotel is absolutely beautiful especially the entry. Has the wow factor. Location beautiful. Everyone was so nice that work there. The only thing it didn't have was a microwave in my room. I don't know if you can rent one or not but that would be good to know. I will be going back next year at this time.

- Jacqueline Rood (6/5): Disappointed in general - The Mountain Viewâs in autumn were spectacular. Itâs a charming looking ski resort lodge building. My massage was great. Our double queen room was not well equipped. No chair to sit on and no outlets available to recharge devices. The balcony had debris all over it. There was a dirty glass on a window sill in hallway the entire time we were there. The spa is not Ceylon spa likeâhave to walk down a hall, then through fitness room to a small, open locker room to change. We checked in on Sunday. No restaurant for lunch or dinner. How is that a resort? Had to get right back in our carâtwice! Weâre not told about breakfast in dining room next day. Not restful.

- Stephen (6/5): - The room was large, clean and quiet. It was nice. Yet I guess I should have looked at reviews before I booked the hotel. Reviews show that the staff are rude. We felt that to be the case with the person checking us in on 9/27/25. He was condescending when we decided to remove bottled water from our snacks (Too late to have dinner). $45+ for crackers, cheese and two bottles of water. He did state that their tap water was safe to drink (in a tone like we were lower class visitors). One bad apple can spoil the bunch. I do not know if breakfast not being included was just because we got the room through Expedia. I did see before writing this that Breakfast was available (Not for all customers.) They did have $16 breakfast sandwiches available though. (Pass). I understand that kitchens are not always open. Many places recognize this by having fruit, cookies, muffins out for late arriving guests. They had Smore kits, but they were gone by the time we returned from putting our suitcase in our room. Wondering if that had something to do with our purchase of only crackers and cheese...
- Yuqian (10/5): - The lobby is nicely designed and remodeled. The view out of the window is so fantastic. The room is fully equipped with most of the kitchenwares for your stay family-friendly. As most of the resorts, it is a long and narrow drive from the main road.
- Palla (8/5): Great Weekend at The Jordan Hotel - We woke up to a beautiful foliage view. The room was nice, the beds comfortable and daily tidy service was a pleasant surprise. The bathroom was a bit tight. The heated outdoor pool was a most delightful 84 degrees. The hot tub was 93 degrees and felt great. Unfortunately the step into the hot tub was about 1 1/2 feet deep and this made getting in and out extremely difficult. Luckily two gentleman guests assisted me and my husband. Iâm use to an easy to step in hot tub. The pool area and workout areas were clean and there were lots of towels. At night chocolate, marshmallows & graham crackers were available for making sâmores at the outdoor fire pits. Also ingredients were available for making mocktails. Chocolate covered blueberries & apples were out all day to enjoy. These were very nice touches. The lobby had multiple comfy sitting areas and board games to enjoy.

Unforgettable hiking paths that start from the territory of the hotel and a relaxing heated pool. We we're amazed by the evening mocktails provided by the hotel. We loved it there so much we extended our stay for a extra night. Thanks
- Julie (8/5): - The hotel is in a beautiful spot with views of mountains all around. This is basically a ski spot and we were there in the summer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Th pool is way too warm maybe for the ski crowd but not for hot summer days. We sampled only one meal, the. Breakfast buffet. It was poor to mediocre. Really disappointing for this quality hotel. There are some excellent eateries nearby, cheaper and better food.
- Corey (8/5): Itâs fine. - Overall a nice stay. Itâs a lovely location, the staff are kind and attentive and there are some cute options within the hotel. The challenges were that the rooms need some updating, particularly the beds and the internet, itâs spotty at best. Also, for well over $200/night to still charge $25 for what is frankly a mediocre buffet seems a bit excessive. Luckily, there are much better food options in the area. Would I stay again? Probably, but not for the rate they charged. Would I get the buffet breakfast? No.
- Dana (10/5): - This has been our favorite hotel of the Sunday River area. We went in August and they had the pool at probably 94F, easy to walk in and relax for a while. Each night they had a nice diy drink setup with instructions. Each night the outdoor fire place was going - one night was marshmallows to roast.. the other night full on smores. Internet was fast. The room clean and quiet. Beds were spring mattresses which were hard to get used to from home. Front desk guy was very friendly and helpful. Valet guy was very friendly and helpful. Definitely check out the restaurant at the golf course for dinner if the weather is nice.. it is close and has a great view. The sauna and steam room were fun for my kids to try. I think the biggest weakness is just that the hotel is far from food options in the summer. Not every restaurant is open in the summer, and it's a 20 minute drive to Bethel where there are a lot of options but tend to be more expensive. We are a pretty small family, but the restaurants around the area seem to fine with splitting entrees for us to save money and not waste food. Definitely check out the gem museum, in bethel, they have some of the world's largest collections of moon and Mars rocks.
