- Juergen (7/5): Ordentlicher Aufenthalt mit geringen Mängeln - Die Lage des Hotels (am Ende der Hauptgeschäftsstrasse von Fort William). Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist voll ausreichend für eine Übernachtung. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anmeldung im Hotel ist lästig und dauert lange, da der Gast alle Anmeldedaten selbst am Bildschirm eingeben muss, obwohl das Hotelpersonal direkt daneben steht. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße hin, es war in der Nacht recht laut. Auch ist die Geräuschdämmung im Hotel nicht optimal.

- Jacob (5/5): Veel te duur! - De locatie t.o.v. Fort William is nagenoeg perfect. Met ongeveer 50 meter wandelen sta je aan het begin van de hoofdstraat. Er waren bouwwerkzaamheden. Onze kamer (grenzend aan een ander gebouw zonder enig uitzicht) van enkele vierkante meters, had geen airco. Wel de mogelijkheid om een raam open te doen. Daar waren schilders (zelfs in het weekend) werkzaamheden aan het uitvoeren. Wij vroegen om - in ieder geval - rekening te houden met de ochtend. De medewerkers van het hotel waren vrij terughoudend en vertelden ons dat ze geen invloed konden uitrichten. Deze kamerprijzen in Fort William (geen Parijs of Londen of welke stad dan ook) waren buiten alle proporties in vergelijk tot andere accommodaties. Advies: kies iets anders.

- Andrea (3/5): Preis-/Leistung unangemessen, wirklich schlecht - Die Lage, Frühstück war akzeptabel, nettes Personal Total verbautes Haus, Zimmer für 4 Sterne-Hotel indiskutabel - 10-12 m2 sind auch mit durchaus ansprechendem Ambiente zu wenig. 50-80cm um das Bett, Kofferplatz unterm Bett, null Schränke. Fahrstuhl kaputt kann passieren, aber dann sucht man die Treppen. In der einen Ecke bis Etage 1, in der anderen Ecke Etage 2.

- Rebecca (9/5): Great location, when the construction is complete - Well located to amenities in Fort William Our room was directly beside the building under construction. We had no view, except the construction undergoing. Construction went on from 7:45 in the morning till 7:45 in the evening.

La chambre que nous étions censée avoir n’était plus disponible et celle qui nous a été attribuée n’avait pas de kitchenette. Nous étions 4 et tout était prévu pour 3. Sans compter les travaux qui ont débuté à 7h30 le matin…
- paloma (6/5): Vistas a una obra y baño sucio. - La moqueta estaba sucia, parecía cagada de perro, nos dijeron que la habían limpiado pero que no salía la mancha y que al ser domingo no pudieron cambiar la moqueta. Más tarde, al ir a utilizar el baño estaba sucio el retrete. No pudieron cambiarnos de habitación y la recepcionista subió ella a limpiar el baño. Nos pidieron disculpas e invitaron a desayunar, aun así lo comento porque es inaudito dar una habitación sucia.

Pas terrible !donc aucun contact avec le personnel, juste 1 min pour récupérer la clé dans le bâtiment principal. Peu de places de parking disponibles. Allure de motel .
- Markus (8/5): Fast perfekt. - Sauberkeit und sehr angenehme Betten, große Dusche. Das barrierefreie Bad war für uns etwas hinderlich. Tiefes Waschbecken. Ich konnte keinen Haartrockner finden. Das Frühstück war kein klassiches Buffet, sondern eine einmalige Auswahl von der Karte.

- Agata (4/5): Small rooms, no hot water. Good breakfast. - Good location. Good bed. The breakfast was very good. Bedroom too small for an extra bed. At night there was no hot water or heat in the room nor even pressure to wash hands or brush teeth. Also, no telephone on the bedroom to reach the reception for help. Asked for invoice and one staff said ok, the next day it wasn’t possible.

- marie-ange (9/5): Bien mais - Notre appreciation est un peu mitigé. Nous étions un groupe de 7 et avions réservé un appartement et une chambre. L'appartement n'est pas au même endroit que l'hôtel et nous avons eu un peu de mal à le trouvé. Mais l'appartement était très bien équipé, calme, spacieux et confortable et la place de parking devant est très pratique. L'établissement est en centre ville, avec plusieurs restaurants et pub à proximité. En revanche, la chambre qui elle était située dans l'hôtel etait un peu petite pour 3. En outre, il y avait des travaux dans le parking de l'hôtel, un échafaudage obstruait la fenetre et de plus pas possible de garer le 2eme véhicule, alors que nous avions choisi l'hôtel également pour son parking. Nous avons donc du garer le 2ème véhicule sur un parking public au coût de 10£.Il est dommage qu'une prise en charge des frais de parking n'est pas été proposé.

- Mandy (8/5): An excellent place, great value and perfect for getting around town. - Wonderful beds, great staff and an excellent breakfast. We were travelling with a pet who settled in easily. Central location with off-street parking nearby. The art work is very entertaining and there are lovely wee Scottish touches :-) The coat hangers are a disaster. Please rethink this one.

Crisps, caramel wafers and snacks in the room on arrival. What’s not to like. Little parking available so an additional £10 in local council car park and a walk back with bags.

- VERACKA (5/5): Disappointed - The people were absolutely amazing. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. The room was the size of a shoebox and the view they gave us was literally the underside of another building, basically a construction zone with construction debris. Workers started at 7am in the morning.
