- Christine (7/5): Easy button, comfortable property, with all the basic amenities. - Skiing, ski out. Hot tub and outdoor heated pool. Two restaurants on the property. The Sunday breakfast buffet. Apparently, at CAMP they were switching from a breakfast buffet each morning to a made to order breakfast but the kitchen and wait staff were not well equipped to manage it. We waited over 50 minutes for our breakfast the one morning and the second morning we opted not to eat breakfast, although we would’ve given that it was so slow. The food was good and the location was so convenient to where we were staying, but there was a need for a faster breakfast option. Our first breakfast on Sunday with the buffet was divine.

- Apostolo (4/5): Outdated, needs a face lift - It is a ski out hotel. You literally walk out on the slopes of White Cap which we like to ski. The hotel offers a ski room to keep your geer conveniently when walking out. It also has a heated pool and nice sauna and outside whirlpool. Front desk and gym/spa staff is very friendly and professional! First, Anthony from reservations was extremely rude. Before, I reserved on Booking, I called the hotel to ask a few questions. He didn't wait for me to finish and hung up on me. Second, our room, offered as a studio, was extremely small and cluttered (see the pictures). The bed wasn't comfortable, and had a very thin mattress which wasn't even and was making noises that woke me up multiple times as I was rolling from side to side in my sleep.

- Janet (7/5): Good location, but not a great hotel for the price. - Great slope side location. Staff friendly. One bedroom suite very roomy. Appliances need to be updated. If breakfast buffet not included, it is very expensive -$30+ per person. I had made one reservation for two rooms. Even called 2 weeks ahead and asked if the rooms were close together. Assured they were. They were not! They were in 2 different wings, at least an 8 minute walk apart! Very inconvenient when you have a group of 7 people sharing meals! When I arrived they were unable to change the rooms. So I had a room on the 3rd floor with kids above running around all day and evening!

- Britta (6/5): Good but not great - Good location for skiing right next to a trail and close to one of the lifts. Nice hot tubs. Overpriced restaurant with slow service. We waited an hour for the food and did not even get any bread or similar for the table. The murphy bed in the studio room was noisy and uncomfortable. One person turning wakes the other one up every time. Because the hotel is on one side of the resort with a slow lift, it was difficult to get to other parts of the ski area quickly. ,Also, there is nowhere to walk from the hotel, since there are no other places (e.g., restaurants or shops) near by and there is no sidewalk on the access road.

- Sargent (8/5): A heroic staff trying to keep an aging building running. - The staff were all great and the outside areas were well shoveled. The restaurant (Camp) was struggling to keep up with the dinner rush so our order was wrong and the food we got was not very good. We also didn't have hot water for showers one night. After an hour it came back, but it wasn't a great experience.

Maintenance dept should know that the tub spout is loose and should be repaired. Room 115. And the sink faucet handle is difficult to use for those with slight arthritis. They are very outdated. Also, there needs to be some better lighting for the trek from the parking lot to the front door, especially with part of the route being unpaved.

- Jen (9/5): Great place as long as you plan to be up by 8 am - Clean, comfortable, near many nature attractions, restaurants and gas. The started blowing leaves just under the guest windows at 8 am. We were up but seems a bit early to wake all guests at such a nice place. Front desk says their policy is noisy work can start at 8.

- Dan (6/5): All in all an OK stay for me, my wife was less impressed due to the bugs. - Breakfast was good with good choices, warm, fresh. All the meals were good quality. Wait staff and bar tender were pleasant. The hotel was kept clean as well as the pool. The room was clean and neat upon arrival. The cleaning staff were friendly and prompt when requested by the front desk to come and exterminate the flies. Upon arrival to room we noticed a few house flies and a couple of ladybugs around the window which were closed. The second evening upon arrival to room there were over a dozen. The third day another dozen. The house keeper let us keep a vacuum in the room so we could suck them up as they entered through the old-school air conditioner wall frame unit till we checked out the next morning.
- Simon (8/5): Overpriced for what it is. - Friendly staff, good location and nice reception area. Our room was very outdated with a tiny bathroom. We made the booking in February for an October stay. If we had booked it closer to our visit, it would have cost much less!! Very expensive to dine which no doubt, is why the restaurant was always empty.

- Nikki (9/5): Beautiful - Beautiful surrounding and hotel. Very cute and comfortable and clean! Would love to come back in winter and see it in all its glory. Only downside was there is no microwave in the room, apparently only in rooms with suites/kitchenette.
- Lisa (8/5): Would visit again if we find a good deal. - The staff was AMAZING and the decor in the lobby was very nice. We really enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub! The room was very dated and some of the furniture was banged up. Also, the majority of the rooms seem to have daybeds or sleeper sofas which I found odd. We had a daybed, but it was actually very comfortable.
- Arturo (4/5): Great location, nicde staff, terrible old rooms - Great location ski in ski out in Sunday River resort, staff are accomodating and welcoming, ample parking, and good restaurant options. Bedrooms are old, outdated and of very poor finish quality (equivalente to a 2 star motel), surprising that they cost so much, I guess you are paying for the location, but nothing else.
- Margaret (9/5): A lovely place but consider a shuttle to pick guests at Gorham or a resident taxi - Breakfast was really nice and the location, freshy and serene sceneries from the White Cap mountain Difficult to get there from Boton Logan Airport as the public bus only reaches Gorham and there are no taxis. To make matters worse, the only bus available leaves at 4pm arriving GORHAM at 9pm. It took a good Samaritan by name Mike (a contractor) to drop us with his truck to the hotel. Unfortunately we couldn't reach him again to express our gratitude as the phone number he gave us got deleted accidentally while checking in ( SHAME)!
- Elaine (8/5): - The dining room closed at 8 pm, a little early for our taste. The layout of the hotel included very long corridors, which would have been a problem for anyone with mobility issues.
