- Kok Seng (10/5): - I booked a smoking room and I got a smoking room. The air cleaner in the room works great and the room is bigger than normal JR hotels. Everything is nice about the hotel. I have been staying in JR East hotel Mets for sometime now and I am beginning to get hooked to it. If I were to nitpick, I do need to carry my luggage up a few steps twice to get to the lobby of the hotel. Not a deal breaker but for smaller ladies who are not so strong, do take note.

- Verified traveler (10/5): JR 東日本ホテルメッツ 国分寺 - いつもマリオット系列のホテルを利用していますが、手鏡や充電器、朝食の米粉のホットケーキなどこちらのホテルは気遣いやサービスが行き届いていて子供と一緒だった為大変助かりました。 また利用したいと思いました。 また、すれ違うスタッフさんの対応も素晴らしいと感じました。 おすすめです。

- sanae (8/5): - ベルーナドームでのライブ参加時に利用しました。 ベルーナドームから電車で３０分程度だし駅に直結しているので楽ですし飲食店も多くとても便利でした。 チェックインは機械で自分で行うタイプでしたが、リモートで説明していただけるので不便なくチェックインできました。お部屋は喫煙室しか空きがなかったため喫煙ルームとなりましたが、空気清浄機があったためそこまで気になりませんでした。部屋もスーツケースとかがなければ狭いと感じることもなく利用できると思います。 次も機会があったら利用したいと思いました。

Room was spacious. 900 Yen breakfast coupon was used in the mall next door but the food was good. Front desk was very helpful when we wanted to transport our luggage to Haneda two days before our flight. The price was reasonable, too, about 2500 Yen/piece.

- ?? (10/5): - 国分寺駅に直結していて非常に便利。部屋は最近改装されたみたいで広くて清潔。特にトイレバスが広くてよかった。食堂がないので、朝食付きのプランでも朝食は駅の中のパン屋かコーヒー店で取ることになり、やや不便。

- Verified traveler (10/5): また利用したいと思うホテルでした！ - ライブの宿泊で利用しました！ チェックアウト後に携帯電話を忘れたことに気づき慌てて戻りました。 機械でチェックアウトの手続きをしていたので、フロントの方に対応していただきました。 初めは、「お忘れ物が見つかりましたら、また機会の方でチェックアウトの手続きをお願いします。」と言われたので、はやく携帯を見つけてチェックアウトしよう！と思い宿泊していた部屋に行きました。 置いていたはずのところにない！？と思っていたら見事に、枕の下に隠れていました。 エレベーターでロビーに戻ると、フロントの対応してくださった方がエレベーターの前に待機してくださっていて、「お急ぎだと思うので、チェックアウトのお手続きまでやっておきますね！」と言ってくださいました。 色んな意味で慌てていた私の心にゆとりを使ってくれる優しい対応に感謝でいっぱいです！ ありがとうございました！

- ?? (10/5): - 駅近なので駐車場が色んな所にありどこが良いのか迷ったので提携の駐車場があれば更にありがたいです。 ですが、便利な立地で手軽に買い物、食事ができ場所も分かりやすかったです。 又、子ども用のパジャマや歯ブラシなど用意されてあり助かりました。部屋も綺麗でとても過ごしやすかったです。
