Amenities were fantastic from access to a ski locker and private exit to lifts to the aquatic areas including several hot tubs to relax in after a long day on the mountain. Great experience and hope to visit again one day!

You can’t get a better spot on the mountain that has all of the great facilities combined with the staff that does care about making you feel at home. Ski, hot tub, eat, relax, sleep like a baby, repeat.

We had our 11 year old with us and she couldn't stand the smell! They couldn't or didn't change us do to being full i guess? So we had to go our whole trip with the smell and disappointment.
- Alyssa (10/5): Wonderful, would definitely stay again. - Everything about the property was absolutely spectacular. The pools, the locations, the views. The only complaints I have is our hallway regularly smelt like trash but I did bring it up to the front desk and they were very responsive. The other issue I had was the suite we stayed in had very fraying carpet at the transition from the living room to the kitchen with the tack board exposed. I stepped on a nail twice while there and when brought up to the night staff I didn’t feel like I was taken seriously and that was very frustrating.

Having a full kitchen and washer dryer makes it easy to keep costs down, and pack light. We also love the day use privilege which we use through the year. It’s like a country club membership with spa, workout facilities, and best of all, parking in the garage to go skiing.

It is all about a satisfied happy experience. Does not need to be the most costly. Grand Lodge Peak 7 did not disappoint. Concierge contacted us, a couple, before we arrived to ask if there was anything they could be before our arrival for an exceptional 7 day stay. We arrived early and our room was not ready but front desk kept checking back with us to inquire if we needed anything while we waited in front of the grand fireplace. Lobby bar makes excellent Thai Chai tea. Our villa was clean, neat and king size bed very comfortable. If you love a nice hot tub request room 1109D. We were a few steps away through our patio to the adults only hot tub at the base of the ski hill. If you want a room with a view request a room on the 2nd floor.Staff is professional and knowledgeable. The Soothe Spa is very reasonably priced with experienced staff. Then enjoy the Grotto, steam spa, dry spa and gym with locker room and showers. Housekeeping responded immediately to special requests.Very convenient to town of Breckenridge via gondola rides and Grand Lodge shuttle bus drop off and pick up. Bartenders and servers at Bar Down Tavern are attentive. Indoor parking very convenient.

- SoonerReviewer (10/5): Great Property....Great Location....Great Winter Experience - Stayed in a Suite at Grand Lodge Peak 7 on second floor of North section. Parking garage was a secured environment with easily accessible elevators and stairs and heated. Hallways and Elevators were easily accessible to rooms and amenities inside and outside the property. The suite was well appointed with warm touches of decor and rustic details throughout. Furniture comfort was not scrimped on with cheap generic touches, but was very comfortable and cozy and was items you'd want in your own home and seen in magazines. Bed was a great size and comfy as well. We used the stovetop, refrigerator and microwave daily as we cooked 90% of our meals right in the suite. There's no oven, so those wanting to get into some baking activities, need to opt for the 1 Bedroom units that do have an oven, but for just me and my wife, it was fine. Indoor/Outdoor Hot Tubs were well maintained and outlay made it easy to access and utilize. It's pricey to stay there, since it's slopeside with a great ski lift literally within a few steps right outside the back of the lodge, but save up some money and stay there if you can, and you'll enjoy the experience. Overall the suite, location and experience was great, with no complaints!

You can’t beat their outdoor scene and lobby. Movie rooms are super fun to rent out. The spa is very nice and gym is more than sufficient. We’ve been coming for many years and it is all of our kid’s favorite vacation of the year! After 20 years of coming to Breck, we’re trying Beaver Creek out this year…no doubt we will miss this place and be back when able!
- 709serenak (10/5): Ski in Ski Out Accomodation - My husband and I and friend stayed at the Grand Lodge Peak 7 for 2 weeks in early January 2026. We stayed in a studio which had a separate bedroom with a king bed and walk in wardrobe, one bathroom, and a kitchenette which had everything we needed to prepare meals just no oven. The separate living area had a lounge which converted to a queen size bed, which our friend said was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and well maintained. They have plenty of hot tub outside and a pool which we enjoyed everyday after skiing. The lift is right in front of the lodge and they have individual room allocated storage locker where you can store your skis and boots. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much effort, they love to chat and make you feel very welcome. We had a wonderful stay even though the snow was not the best it was the worst season on record. We will be back at some stage in the future and would highly recommend the Grand Lodge on Peak 7.

The room set up was fantastic (3 connecting rooms) which was more than enough space for 4 of us to have our own privacy, but still be able to open up and connect easily. Staff was friendly and responsive. Property was nicely kept and clean.

- Rebecca (9/5): - The location, the room, the facilities and the staff were all fantastic. Very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again. The bus that could take you into town was also a great bonus so you could spend the night in town if need be. The grotto was the best place to unwind after a day on the slopes. One lift was done for our entire 6 day stay. We waited 25 minutes for a lift to come back to the basement when trying to check in. There was a line of about 8 people behind us waiting. There was no sign to say the second lift was out and it didn’t appear that any attempt was being made to fix it.

- OldSkiBomber (10/5): Perfection - Peak 7 gets it right. Location is perfect. Ski in ski out is amazing. Ski lockers make it even easier to get on the slopes. The pools and hot tubs are wonderful - both inside and outside. Going down a waterslide, right by a ski slope and chair lift, on a cold sunny day is a wonderful experience - especially when there a hot tub awaits. The associated restaurant is very good. The common area and kitchen associated with our room was more than adequate for our needs - we cooked every day. I gave 3 stars for "sleep quality" because the resort is at 10,000 feet and for me sleeping at that elevation is a bit of a challenge.

From the beautiful pics on the wall that I want to buy, to the amazing and astonishing knotty alder wood all around (which is expensive!), to the door to the lift which is literally 20 feet away from the exit of the ski lockers, to the AMAZING staff…Logan, Priscilla and Sophia, you three ROCK!!!!! To the amazing EASE of texting Peak 7 with ANYTHING and they are extremely responsive. The room is cozy, I can barely hear anyone around us. The room is so nice, easy to use, has a kitchen, full fridge, microwave, everything you need like you are at home. We even were given a crockpot from them to use while we were here! So easy to put something in there and then not only is it ready after a day of skiing but the room smells so good when we get back. (My Wife ROCKS!!!!) Dave at the bar was SO NICE. He came out in the 18 degree cold and asked us in the hot tub if we would want a drink…It was like a luxurious Welshley Arms Hotel experience times 100. The indoor and outdoor pool and hot tubs are such a treat after a long day of skiing. People working here are so nice. Now the couple of issues….(you knew there would be some with that intro) Just a couple things for you if this will be your first time here…it will take a day or two to learn the layout, the pool showers are all broken, and have no hot water. I don’t get that. Why wouldn’t that be perfect? If you book a theatre, theatre 1 had construction on the other side of the wall that was very loud at times. Peak 7, maybe do that stuff after hours? But, all in all, absolutely amazing stay and worth every penny of our buying in to this place. Thank you peak 7 and Logan, Priscilla and Sophia!!! Please give them a raise!!!!
- LacieA11 (10/5): Our Favorite Place to Stay in Breckenridge - We love Peak 7! It has the best balance of luxury and coziness. It has great amenities and between the shuttle and gondola, it is so easy to get to downtown Breckenridge. Direct access to the slopes/lifts, a great restaurant, pool, activities, bar, easy check in/out, underground parking, escape room, etc. all make this a great place to stay and enjoy the mountains.

- spizay (10/5): A very Merry Christmas in Breck! - Our family took our first Christmas trip away from home and had an amazing time. The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 was beautiful with an entire staff of wonderful and kind people who made us feel completely at home. The view of the slopes from the main lobby is amazing and the accessibility of everything was incredible. We are very novice skiiers and our son was the only one of us comfortable skiing the blues so he fully enjoyed the ski-in/ski-out part. However, the Gondola ride to Peak 8 where there are greens and ski school (and a whole lot more people -- skiiers and otherwise) was incredibly convenient. The whole experience at Peak 7 was outstanding and possibly the hidden gem of it all was the courtesy shuttle service that acted almost like a personal Uber but was included with our stay. We used the shuttle every day at least once to go into town and to come back. Breck has a great transportation infrastructure in general, but he shuttle was such a treat! We were talking about coming back next year even before we had made it to the airport to come home. Loved the Grand Lodge!

- Relax215974 (10/5): Warm and Friendly - We had a wonderful time and stay at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7. From the outdoor decorations to the friendliness of the staff, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had a great time exploring the Escape Room, watching Christmas movies in the movie theater and utilizing the free gondala and shuttle service to and from town. Our room was so very comfortable, quiet and clean. We have never had a bad experience at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 and plan to continue to visit for years to come. I highly recommend!

We love visiting Breckenridge every other year, and the downtown restaurants remain outstanding. We ate at South Ridge Seafood Grill, Hearthstone, Twist, Blue River Bistro, Mi Casa Mexican, and Michael's Italian Restaurant.
- Jefronvanrayson (8/5): Great Hotel, Great Location, Some missed opportunities - The hotel is greatly located and the amenities are exceptional. There are some activities that left something to be desired given the level of quality of everyting else in the hotel. Specifically they charge for a Waffle breackfast at the rate of $6 per waffle and you get the same waffles that 3rd grade hotels serve in their continental breakfast. This soured my whole experience. They really need to increase the quality of the waffles to make them worth the money.

The front desk is always welcoming and willing to help you with your accommodations. If there is a problem with your room ( which is seldom) the maintenance staff is prompt and helpful in resolving the issue. The folks at Grand Lodge on Peak 7 do an outstanding job of making your stay a warm and welcoming experience through their pleasant hellos in the hallways to their willingness to make your stay an experience you will not forget. This is why my wife and I find Grand Lodge our place to vacation.
- Curiosity363436 (6/5): Grand Lodge on Peak 7 Dec '25 - Let's start by saying the staff was incredible all the way around. Every point of service was fantastic!! The lodging itself was a different story. Here are some of the issues we experienced: Room - The room got very sold in the night, we are not sure the heater is working properly. Consider dual light switches in the bathroom so you can leave a small light on at night for people sleeping in the living room to find the bathroom, or a night light for a child. I just unscrewed three of the bulbs which cut the light down by 2/3. Your toaster and your coffee maker suck. Adding a secondary lock to either door in the bathroom with the bathtub and the dual vanity. This would allow the occupants of the master suite to lock out others without locking them out of the bathroom. Lastly, we did not find any of the beds very comfortable, and the bed frame in the master is very loud and I think coming apart, we found a washer and a screw that looked like it might belong to it. Amenities - Close the main pool for the kids at 10:00, but leave The Grotto open till midnight. That way we can get teens situated in the room and still have an opportunity to go chill as adults. It seems odd and unnecessary that I can't push my kids down the side of the hill on a little sled completely out of the way of the ski slope behind the hotel (or even on the slope if it is CLOSED) because it's a $500 fine, or so I was told. So, the only alternative is to get everybody loaded in a shuttle and take them to a park where a substantial amount of people are attending with sleds!

If you purchase here be aware that there is no time available during the ski season using the points system. You're able to book your week a year in advance and you used to be able to get extra days by trading the weekends (F-S-S) for midweek days. IE keeping part of your reservation and converting the weekend into points. Not anymore. They have over sold the entire resort. Both 7 & 8. Also be aware of where the "pet friendly" rooms are. If your unlucky enough to be close it's like being in a doggy day care.

There were 3 partial families with a total of 7 of us and we were in a 3-bedroom unit. Great. because each "family" had their own space but we were all together! The amenities and rooms are awesome and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Relaxing in the hot tubs and enjoying the view of the mountains is so amazing. There are so many wonderful hikes you can take around the town and a great variety of restaurants to enjoy. Always a great time!
- timothyal2016 (10/5): Even without Snow it is GREAT! - While November usually has snow and from Peak 7 it is right out the door to the chairlifts, this year there was almost no snow and we had to settle going to Peak 8 to do some runs. That only left the super views from the mountain, visits to the spa and grotto, grilling steaks and brats, burning marshmallows at the fire pit, and sitting in the hot tubs. Yeah, it was rough but a relaxing visit!

- sjklinsing (10/5): RETREAT TO PEAK 7 - Outstandinding stay! It was a shoulder week so some amenities were not avaiable and the town was taking a break before the start of another ski season. I prefer this time as it is more relexed and quiet.

The new little bar was a great spot to watch the Broncos and eat wings. Always love the hot tube. Staff is always super friendly and helpful.

We left early and most likely will be selling our properties at 7. We pay over 2k a year in HOA fees and refuse to pay for this abominal service.

Love the walking trails and all the activities that are possible. Hang out with a good book in comfortable chairs indoors or out or join the fun Bingo games: where I won a signature drink at the Lobby Bar which was excellent! Bar Down restaurant is an upgrade for sure, we love the Bar area. Staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. Great attitudes all around. Thanks for a great week!

Can't opt out! Very disappointed of this hefty charge.

Things do change at Grand Lodge and they just change for the better. As an owner, the quality of the lodge is well maintained and updated as needed. We love the fact that there Bar Down Tavern serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. All staff are are wonderful ambassadors for Grand Lodge.

- K10colorado (2/5): Gone to the dogs - I understand this is a pet friendly place. Unfortunately there is no regard for people with allergies or sensitivities. They have “pets not allowed” signs up at every elevator but guests flagrantly ignore these, walking past employees to loads their very large, numerous dogs on the elevators. You don’t blame them when they assign a family with three dogs to the fourth floor. It makes no sense that a resort this size doesn’t limit the pet units to the first two floors. On the fourth floor we saw numerous guests with their pets and heard barking throughout our stay. The leash signs were also ignored in clear view of the workers. If you have any issues with animals, realize this is not a resort to consider.

- bobditommaso (10/5): Paradise in the Mountains - The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 has been a destination for us for over a decade. The resort is always well maintained, in the public spaces as well as the guest rooms. The mountain top location is extremely picturesque and away from the busy Main Street. Town is a fun Gondola or downhill walk away. There is a shuttle or Gondola available if the uphill walk isn't your idea of a good time. The amenities on property are wonderful, and the staff is friendly and ready to help you will lots of great suggestions fro things to do and see in the surrounding mountain towns. We fell in love on our first visit and have been back at least once or twice a year ever since. We make the trek from Michigan, so this is no small feat.

- hamidkayhan3388 (2/5): Stay away - Our experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering we paid nearly $700 for two nights in a studio room. 1. The toilet wasn’t working properly. We had to call twice and wait about two hours before someone finally came to fix it. 2. The carpet was filthy—my socks turned black just from walking around. 3. The fitting rooms lacked basic hygiene, with no wet wipes available for sanitation. 4. There was no shower floor mat, making the tub dangerously slippery. 5. Parking lines on the garage pavement were nearly invisible, making it difficult to park safely. 6. The room was tiny—barely suitable for one adult and a child, definitely not for two adults. When I brought up these concerns at checkout, the only offer I received was a $25 in-property credit, which felt like an insult considering the price we paid and the condition of the facilities. Not worth the money. Poor maintenance, inadequate safety, and subpar service. Look elsewhere.

It’s ok for an adult and a junior kid. When complained at the checkout, she said we can give a certificate for the small amount of cash to be used inside the property only. The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff was exceptional. We stayed here in the summer, but if you were skiing in the winter and want to be on location of one of the major ski lifts this is the place.
