- 이 (10/5): A good hotel for families to stay in together - I stayed here for a trip with my family. The bed is very big, and the rooms are clean and spacious. It was nice to have a washing machine and free snacks and drinks on the first floor. There are several beds, so it's really nice to come with a lot of people. The rooftop was so pretty, too. The staff are so kind. Thank you for having a happy time. I'm going to revisit it later.

The bedrooms have multiple beds, making them ideal for many people. On the first floor, you can find snacks, coffee, and laundry. It's very convenient and nice.

The robes provided were great. The staff at the front desk are very nice and helpful whenever we request for taxi going to the Convensia. The location was great and we always felt safe walking around. There’s a lot of restaurants around the area and we just walk every day. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends when they visit Incheon. If the hotel has a restaurant or coffee shop, it’s a plus point.
- Patrick (8/5): Very good - The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although this hotel lacks the amenities found in higher end hotels, it is an excellent value. There are not a lot of hotels in this part of Incheon, so it is probably the best choice if you want to stay in Yeonsu. Achiieving the right water temperature in the shower took some effort. The valve was so sensitive that It was hard to adjust it so that it wasn't too hot or too cold. The room would smell a bit musty when I returned at the end of the day, but the smell would dissipate after a few minutes of running the air conditioner.

- Anonymous (8/5): Very lovely and convinent. I think its very good for its price and its accommodates - it has chargers all types, big tv screen support netflix, youtube, and all channels. In addition, the remote control make you control tv, light, and air conditioner. They have shampoo, conditioner, body wash and clean towels (face and body), and slippers. The 17 floor view is so great! I really love it. The staff is so helpful, they will help you rent a car, give you instruction to anything you want, very helpful!. Finally, they have also free self bar (get coffe, espresso, mocha, water and tea). Last thing to add is its location is good close to metro, and a lot of near by stores. nothin

- Verified traveler (8/5): 시설은 2성급 이상, 하지만 서비스는 향상 필요. - 호캉스 즐기기 위해 2박 예약하고 갔는데 체크인부터 문제가 있었습니다. 연박이지만 이튿날에 12시에 체크아웃해서 5시에는 나갔다가 다시 입실을 해야한다고 안내해주시더군요. 2박을 예약해서가는데 중간에 고객이 원하지 않더라도 무조건 체크아웃 시간에 방을 비웠다가 오후 5시에 다시 들어오라니까 황당할 수 밖에 없었습니다. 말도 안되는기에 계속 따졌지만, 직원분께서 호텔 규정상 어쩔 수 없다하시고, 더군다나 체크인할 당시 Reception에 직원분이 3분이나 계셨는데 아무도 이부분을 이상하게 여기지 않으시기에 정말 말도 안되지만 호텔 규정상 어쩔 수 없나보다 싶어 체념하고 체크인을 하긴 했습니다. 이에 대해 공지사항에 언급되있지도 않고, 사전 안내라는 것도 전혀 없었기에 hotels.com에 컴플레인하던 도중 체크인 도와주셨던 직원분이 잘못 안내해드렸다고.. 연박하시면 중간에 방 비우지않고 계속 사용해도된다고 다시 안내해주시더군요. 진심으로 여러번 사과하셨기에 더 이상 기분나쁜 것 없이 잘 쉬다왔습니다. 최근에 새로 생긴 호텔인진 모르겠는데, 호텔 전체적인 디자인도 너무 세련됬고, 시설이 심플하면서 깨끗하고 좋았습니다.

- Chad (8/5): Need Towel Rod or Hook - This hotel is great. I has a nice vibe and decor. The local area around the hotel is a bit odd but easy to get to local transportation to get around. My only complaint is that there is no where to hang your towel or bath robe in the Bathroom. Other than that, love the hotel.
