- Jenni (7/5): Great location, very comfortable, kitchen appliances need updating and better information on access - Location, comfort, cleanliness The kitchen appliances were of a very poor standard for this quality/cost of accommodation. The dishwaher has a broken lock/handle and is very difficult to open, the oven door does not close properly therefore the oven temparature was very slow, the microwave regularly power cuts out and needs to be switched back on at the switch. The apartment was 5 flights of steps up. No lift. This should be noted in the accommodation information.
- Helen (7/5): Good stay! - Great location, close to some lifts, resort shuttle service stop and some ski resort facilities. Lovely views. Basically clean and tidy. Drying cupboard in apartment was great. Secure ski gear storage area was great too. Staff friendly. Luggage storage area offers some protection from the elements, for luggage and people, whilst awaiting check-in and Accomodation Transfer Service on check-out. Late check-in time of 4PM and early check-out time of 9:30AM are problematic. Many steep flights of stairs to apartments, difficult for young children and luggage/grocery carrying. No lifts. Some furniture items "tired", such as lounge and mattress.

- Michael (8/5): Great place to stay on the mountain at falls creek - ski in & out next to eagle express chair - Good sized rooms, very good / comfortable beds, great range of kitchenware and equipment. Good to have the separate drying room and very good shower - bathroom with washing machine and drier. Not needed by us but great to have there Lift access to upper floors would be great but I know not possible

- Sophia (6/5): Not what I expected !!! - Arrived early and greeted by the receptionist who was not the most pleasant and I was never advised by booking.Com that there would be extra transfer charges to get to the property this was exuberant. We didn’t check in till after 5.30pm your forever waiting in lines to get a transfer more money and how is that a day you actually miss the day and it’s evening by the time you get to check in and then you have a day before check out is at 10am. Better places to stay that look after their guests and have early check in and later check outs for the money you pay. By the way with Al the money you make get some new couches they are filthy !

- Sijo (8/5): Really Alpine View. - Amazing accommodation, comfy stay, great view from the room. Quick and easy check-in. No toiletries or tea/coffee/sugar provided- BYO. The place has no lifts and hence have to get all your luggage upstairs by yourself through the narrow stairs. The approach is a steep climb and may not be very access friendly for older people or with kids.
