• NMR (8/5): - Velké prostorné bungalovy, komfortní i pro delší pobyt, parkování přímo před bungalovem, hned vedle kafe bar, místo v blízkosti centra. Okna vedou do dřevěné stěny, takže ven není vidět. nevhodné řešení. Je škoda, že si nedají více práce s údržbou. Kdyby vyměnili poškozenou TV, opravili popraskanou zeď, nebo protékající sprchu, bylo by to velmi pěkné a komfortní bydlení.

• Randi (5/5): Passable - The rooms were modern and beautiful style. Very clean and comfortable. The lady at the reception were nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet nice. Coffeshop beautiful interior. They have a beautiful coffee shop, but unfortunately very uprofessionel staff. Barely speak a world of english, when we ask for the bill, the waiter looked clueless. The staff Arent visible in the coffeshop, you have to look them on around the area maybe outside maybe inside. When you find one and place an order, they disappear into the kitchen and dont come back out until your order is ready, which can take almost an hour (I kid you not), if you want something in the meanwhile, you have to look them up again. Breakfast buffet nice but staff unatendent, you ask for salt, but never come. Water needs refilling, but does'nt happen. 4 staff people standing around but pays no intention. The resort is really beautiful and have so much potential. But staff sucks and you need a serious amount of patience if you plan to dine at the coffeshop. Would I stay there again, probably not due to bad service.
• Ueapop (9/5): Perfect place for a short stay - The price is very affordable, and the location is convenient, locating near a major road (Route 4). Also, the decor is nice and have a lot of thoughts put into it. The staff were very friendly. They seem to not have regular repairs. We stayed there 2 nights on 2 different rooms. The first room's bathroom door knob is broken. In the second room, the TV remote had no batteries. Just minor stuff.

• Marie (6/5): Balanced price-performance ratio. Location in the middle of nowhere. More suitable for a night in transit - The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms had plenty of generous space. Price-performance ratio is ok. The hotel is located away from the city, you definitely need a vehicle or you have to accept to walk about 45 minutes on a busy road to the city center. My room had no window. Together with all the concrete, it had the charm of a prison cell. Also, my bathroom was not cleaned on arrival and the drains were blocked. The room cleaning was fine later on though. There is seating on the premises, but it doesn't really invite you to linger. There was always no staff in the café when I was there.

The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable and the air-conditioning was hard to control and was blowing directly on the bed and couldn’t be adjusted. The view from the mountain view room was less than impressive and i don't think you will get any good view of nature here but the place itself is nicely decorated and please the eyes. We got room 42. The door knob seemed to jam to the frame which made it quite difficult to unlock. The stair steps were quite narrow and there was no staff to help you with your bags.
