- Mikalay (1/5): Poorly maintained, dirty and damaged apartment with rude owner communication - The location of the apartment is good and the building itself is relatively new and well maintained, which creates a positive first impression. The area is convenient and pleasant, and the building facilities seem modern. However, this is unfortunately the only real advantage. The apartment was advertised as “Deluxe,” but the actual condition was very different from the listing photos. The images appear outdated or heavily edited and do not reflect the current state of the property. Upon arrival it was clear the apartment is old, poorly maintained, and below basic hospitality standards. The space was dusty and worn, with visible damage throughout. Several lights were not working, furniture was heavily used and deteriorated, and surfaces were scratched and stained. In the bathroom there were unfinished wall openings behind the toilet flush plate, broken baseboards, and a poorly repaired hole in the ceiling. Some decorative panels appeared to be taped to the wall rather than properly installed. The freezer was also dirty and contained leftover items from previous guests. Overall, the apartment feels neglected and does not match the quality implied by the listing. Calling it “Deluxe” is misleading and creates expectations that the property does not meet. I would not recommend this apartment to others, especially if you do not want to spoil your impression of the city. In addition, the owner, Paulina, was extremely rude in communication. After I raised concerns about the condition of the apartment, she even submitted a complaint to Booking.com claiming that I had not washed the dishes before leaving, which is quite unbelievable and clearly a reaction to my complaint. This experience was disappointing and far below what was presented on the platform.

- Roman (8/5): Everything is very good, but information about the bed is not accurate. - Apartment is spacious with big terrace. It is indicated that the apartment has big double bed and this is not true, bed is small, it is either size 1 or 1.5, no way 2 grown people can have a comfortable sleep. We were very disappointed because of that as we had a morning flight to catch and wanted to have s good sleep.

Nie podobała mi się obsługa, ponieważ otrzymałem apartament z popsutym zamkiem i klamką w drzwiach. Obsługa nie sprawdziła stanu technicznego aparyamenty mimo, że widziała że są problemy z zamkiem. Obsługa widziała, że będę potrzebował faktury i nie mogę się doprosić o fakturę przez 5 dni. Zamek został naprawiony oraz klamka ale w przedostatni dzień pobytu natomiast trzeba oddać że sam apartament bardzo ładny.
- Justas (1/5): The worst place Ive been in - That I will never have to sleep here again Absolutely everything was bad! Dont ruin your holidays staying here. Bathroom has no working light (only the small one on the mirror), toilet has missing buttons, floor was not vacuumed, full of debris (and sticky in places), lots of dust on every shelf and table, walls are dirty/damaged, windows are full of oily fingerprints, didn't even want to touch cutlery, no microwave and showerhead runs water in all directions, owner also doesn't speak english it seemed. The MATTRESS is made of 3 different mattreses on top of each other which seems to be there since the Warsaw uprisings. There is also a big hole in the middle which breaks your back, where owner decided to drop a pillow to hide it, bedsheets had holes and obvious dirty spots. Towels look like antique too and has some tear in places. Door lock is also a challenge as even that is not functioning properly. Flat also doesnt have any AC (but at least has a squicking fan).

Located in a secure building but easily accessed with the codes provided. Room was comfortable, clean and met our needs. A bit farther from Old Town than was expecting but well situated to amenities. One small point to note, no facecloths or dish washing towels.

- Artem (1/5): the worst experience in the entire history of using booking. - the worst mattress i have ever seen. old, sagging. i didn't get enough sleep and have terrible back pain. the keys to the apartment were left in the olvchnos mailbox under a regular lock, i had to crawl in with my fingers and scratch them until they bled. the photos and location don't match the description on booking. i highly don't recommend. the worst experience in the entire history of using booking.

- Denys (2/5): Overall really disappointed. Only bathtub was nice. - Bathroom with bathtub is quite good. Location is near public transport. The worst thing is the bed. It is not possible to sleep on it. It squeaks, the matrass is almost broken and everything under the sheets is super dirty. We had to sleep on a couch which was also not cleaned in a while. Overall the apartment is "worn out". It was not pleasant to be there. It was really noisy during the night. The check in experience. The instructions of how to pick up a key were complicated in send in Polish even though it is written that host speaks English. Instructions included you to locate a shop near the entrance which does not exist anymore.

- Kilian (7/5): Good - The apartment was very large and quite well-equipped. A couple of shops are within walking distance, as well as tram stops on different lines. The apartment was in a different building than the address on booking.com. The interior and furniture seemed a lot older than on the pictures here on the side and the bed was way too soft.

- Stacey (2/5): Avoid - Avoid. I arrived warsaw alone and called them for check in details to be told they had given my room to someone else. No email advising, still had confirmed guaranteed booking. Was left stranded in Poland alone. Thankfully, the customer service at hotels.com were very helpful and helped me find another property. I had booked that property as I was having appointments next to it. If you want to risk being stranded, by all means book!
