• Dawn (10/5): The perfect spot in Dubrovnik! - See the photo? It’s true! Everything about this apartment was fabulous. There’s a cafe for light meals and drinks right at the entrance. Elevator up to the apartments. Great staff. Well equipped little kitchenette. Huge amount of space. Clean and modern. Perfect physical location - 5 minute walk to a supermarket. Bus stop right here. Fabulous walks right from your front door. I booked for 6 nights - wishes it was 2 weeks! There is nothing I disliked at all!

Hotel unconcerned over guest security as terrace door could be opened from t - The views from the terrace were very good and the staff were nice to deal with. The property is located on the top floor of a shopping centre on a busy road junction. They were ambivalent about guest security - when we arrived we realised the entrance door to the terrace could not be locked. We reported this straight away. On repeated enquiry we kept being told that it had been reported to maintenance. The terrace can be accessed (with only minor risk) by other guest rooms and via a shop. With a screw-driver and a drill I could have secured the door in 5 minutes! Freezer door in fridge was broken and keeps damaging the inner fridge door. Yoghurt was frozen and uneatable the morning we checked out due to the freezer air leaking from the freezer. No toaster.

• Kamil (10/5): Super pobyt w jeszcze lepszej lokalizacji. - Obsługa - bardzo miły i pomocny Pan, który nas przywitał, dał mapę miasta i wytłumaczył wszystko co i jak. Kiedy zauważyliśmy, że brakuje nam deski do prasowania i żelazka, Pan od razu nam to zorganizował. Pani, która siedziała na recepcji również była miła i pomocna. Pozwoliła nam zostawić bagaże oraz podładować komórki już po wymeldowaniu się z pokoju. Apartament sam w sobie dosyć duży. Aneks kuchenny w sam raz, lodówka, telewizor, suszarka i inne rzeczy oczywiście były. Duża szafa do ubrań, wygodne łóżko. Sprzątanie pokoju - chcieliśmy żeby nam sprzątnięto i wszystko było idealnie wysprzątane. Wymienione ręczniki i nawet umyte naczynia, które mogliśmy przecież sami sobie umyć. Prysznic trochę mały i woda wylewała się na całą łazienkę oraz umywalka była trochę zapchana bo woda nie chciała zejść.

If you ask this money you should increase some services. Put some slippers into the room maybe you should do something to improve experience.

• Anna (7/5): - Apartament przestronny, komfortowy. Największe wrażenie robi jednak taras z absolutnie wyjątkowym widokiem, który sprawia, że aż nie chce się go opuszczać. To idealne miejsce na relaks i odpoczynek, do którego z przyjemnością chce się wracać. Niestety, pobyt miał też kilka minusów. Czystość apartamentu pozostawiała nieco do życzenia. Miło by było znaleźć w lodówce choć jedną butelkę wody, co jest szczególnie istotne dla osób przyjeżdżających późno. Brakuje ekspresu do kawy. Dodatkowym utrudnieniem była konieczność płatności wyłącznie gotówką.

Nazwa apartamentu deluxe może mylić.

• Amanda (8/5): Beautiful apartment but the hot tub needs to be hot! - Location was amazing overlooking the marina. Spacious. Clean. Great Balcony. Friendly staff. We booked specifically for the hot tub. A 1 night stay. We were told it had been cleaned and would be heated in a couple of hours. This just didn’t happen. It was still at 26 degrees (instead of 40) at 10pm. We had a quick dip in the morning but it wasn’t the relaxing evening we anticipated. So we could’ve booked another apartment without a hot tub for half the price. It was disappointing.

• Pendrey (10/5): Lovely apartment with stunning views - We stayed in these apartments from 5th-9th April '26 and chose them for the location and views and the hot tub. Very welcoming receptionist who provided a map of the area and highlighted places to visit. The views from this apartment are stunning and face Gruz harbour. It is a quieter location than the Old Town but only a 20 minute scenic walk away. Perfect if you don't want to be in the midst of the tourist area. The walks around the coast are beautiful and we stopped at numerous bars along the way into the Old Town for refreshments and to just relax and take in the views and atmosphere. The apartment was well equipped with a comfortable bed and is situated above a cafe/restaurant and a shop which were very handy. There are numerous bakeries close by if you prefer to have breakfast on the go. The bus station for transport to and from the old town and the airport shuttle bus are just a few minutes walk away. We had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend these apartments. The only slight issue would be that the kettle lead wasn't long enough to reach the socket in the kitchen but we managed , and it was such a minor issue we didn't bother to report it to reception.

• Aparna (9/5): A good choice for a short , relaxed trip - The location being the best - the views from balcony made up for the rainy day. A vegan restaurant nearby being vegetarian was a blessing and nonetheless competent, pleasant and supportive staff with excellent service. Bathroom could have been better smelling and ventilating.

• James (10/5): Great! - Fabulous view. Plentiful space, inside and out. Friendly, helpful staff. Conveniently located - restaurant below, Tommy hypermarket round the corner, ditto taxi rank and bus stops, with ferry terminal and boat trips just along the bay.
• Pouvanah (4/5): - La localisation est bien. Mais l'appartement se trouve dans une complexe commerciale. Il faut bien chercher. Paiements uniquement en cash. La chambre est très vieille. Salle de bain pas propre. Le pire de tout ce que les chambres donnent sur la Rue et hyper mal isolées. On entend les bruits des voitures toutes les nuits comme ci on est dehors carrément et bien sûr les voisin de la chambre à côté même quand il parle.
• Juliet (9/5): - Great value clean apartment within a 40 minute walk into the centre of Dubrovnik. Nice views from the balcony over the harbour but it doesn't get any sun and can be a bit noisy from the traffic below. Generally well equipped for very basic cooking. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. We found some great restaurants around the harbour and there are plenty of supermarkets and bakeries right on the doorstep. Parking behind the building costs €20 per day. I would recommend using public transport and walking.

• Emma (6/5): It did the job- disappointed that the pictures didn’t match the reality of our room. - Great location. Clean. Lovely helpful staff. We were drawn to booking the accommodation for the balcony area pictured on the site but we didn’t have any balcony at all. It was noisy as it’s surrounded by a busy road which made it hard to sleep.

• Clive (3/5): It was very expensive for what you get. - The view The bathroom had an awful odour from the drains. The duvet was too small for the bed. The balconies were separated by sheets of plastic and they were so noisy in the wind, even just a breeze, it was hard to sleep at night.

• Tais (10/5): Comfortable stay in a convenient location - We had a nice stay here and would recommend it. The room was spacious and clean, and the location is very convenient, right on top of a small mall with a restaurant on the first floor, where you can enjoy all kinds of meals. Breakfast is not actually served by the hotel, but you can easily go downstairs and have it at the restaurant, which is independent from the property and has fair prices. There are a few restaurants, grocery stores, and boat tour options nearby, and the Old Town is not too far, though since the area is quite hilly, using transportation might be more comfortable. The payment process was a bit unusual, with a guarantee link and final payment in cash, but everything went smoothly in the end.
