Then Utalii is the place for you! - Staff is very friendly and try their best Property has not been maintained - beds, towels, cushions, staff uniforms, curtains, carpets - all seem to come from the 70's and haven't changed. Aircon doesn't work. Cold showers. Low water pressure. Shower door broken. 2 water bottles for a week stay. Towels old. Smell of burned plastic outside. Gym music noise measured at 80 dB. WiFi is terrible. Check out takes 17 min. TV doesn't work.

• Anne (2/5): - We checked into the hotel late due to flight schedule. When we got to the room, we realized the air-condition was not working, and the telephone in the room was not working either. We checked with the reception where it was confirmed the whole facility didnt have working air conditioner. We were promised a stand fan which was never supplied. it was raining on that day so opening of the windows for cooler air was no option. Very disappointed and there was no compensation for the inconvinience.

The stuff we’re very humble and respected. The hotel has free Sauna, Gym, Steampath and swimming pool. Simply the place is very unique and international.. Nothing,,

The pool and sauna was very clean and easy to use. The room view was also pleasant. The place is highly affordable and in a very good and safe location. Breakfast buffet had so many options and live counters. Being my first time in Nairobi and Kenya, this place met all my expectations and made my stay more pleasant.

Services below par! - Convenient location I am brought in Uber taxi, the security man at the gate decides I should not be dropped at the hotel lobby entrance, instead I should walk from the gate! As a guest from very far... surely:(. The food is expensive for my budget, I decide I should order from Uber eats. The delivery man is stopped at the gate by the same hostile looking security guard and I am told that I am not allowed to order delivery from outside, instead I must buy from the hotel. An argument ensues...why should you control what I eat with my budget???? They also say that they have free sauna and gym facilities for their customers. I arrived and went to the gym, there was a power cut and I was told I couldn't access the facilities as it was quite dark and since the power was off, they were closing early. Apparently they switched off the generator so that they could let it cool for about an hour. Honestly what kind of hotel is this??

• Verified traveler (4/5): - 1) Wrong information by staff..Receptionist had told me I have to pay separately for use of Health Club when the same is complimentary for in house guests. 2)Defective shower room and water leakages on floor. No hot water from shower 3) Spa had no towels--I was told they had all gone for laundry. 4)Though food was good , waiter service in dining room was very poor.
