• Salima (8/5): 7/10 I would say, not considering staff’s rude behavior - Location was near tram station so it was easy to go to city center and back. It was good in terms of value vs cost I booked 9th, 10th and 11th of May. I arrived at 7 am, 10th of May and the staff caused a problem telling my reservation was cancelled due to no show up. I told them in booking.com it’s still shown as confirmed, also they haven’t checked with me, they haven’t sent any message or email. I was so tired because I arrived with a night train, didn’t sleep all night, and actually it was the reason why I booked 9th of May too, so that instead of early check in (which is usually not guaranteed), I would have a place to take a shower and sleep after long commute. After arguing with the staff for like 7-8 minutes, they rebooked my room in their system and let me in.

La colazione è ok ma potrebbe essere piu varia soprattutto nella proposta dolce. So benissimo che è un tre stelle ma con qualche accorgimento in più potrebbe aumentare di popolarità. Il prezzo è comunque competitivo. La moquette in stanza proprio non dovrebbe esistere più! I cuscini durissimi per i miei gusti. Stanza molto piccola per 3 persone. Il parcheggio non è garantito e non si può prenotare, però abbiamo trovato un parcheggio vicino la struttura che costa pure meno rispetto al costo del loro parcheggio interno.

The towels did not get replaced unless you asked the reception and when you asked the reception they would be unhappy that you were asking and tell you that they get replaced regardless. It seemed like the staff were very unhappy to be working there. The breakfast was very mid and too expensive.

• Ezgi (8/5): Tavsiye edebilirim gayet rahat,temiz ve kaliteli - Kapıdan içeri ilk girdiğimiz andan itibaren gerçekten temiz kokulu hoş bir oteldi. Çalışanlar iyi niyetli ve yardımsever. En güzel tarafı konumu çünkü tam önünde tramvay durağı var ulaşım konusunda çok rahat ettik. Havaalanından da tek trenle gelip biraz yürüyünce otele ulaşabilirsiniz o da çok kolaydı. Ancak bu fiyata kahvaltı dahil olabilirdi. Ek yatak olarak açılabilir sofa vardı onu yatak yapmışlar ama altında kullanılmış havlu vardı kirli bizden önce kalmış ve altı süpürülmemişti baya tozdu dikkat edilmeli. Birde cam önleri aşırı tozdu bebeğim vardı o yüzden rahatsız oldum.

Odalarda kettle yok ama lobide hep sıcak su var. Yerler pis görünüyor. Çarşafların ne sıklıkla değiştirildiğini bilmiyorum.
• Atsushi (9/5): とても便利で親切なお買得ホテル！！ - ロケーション。リンクシュトラーセ直通の路面電車で20分の位置なので便利。周囲には特に何もない（スーパーが平日は19時過ぎまでは開店している）が、静かで過ごしやすい。空港直結のSバーンに至近駅から乗れるのもかなり便利。部屋は三つ星の上くらいで、とても快適。ブッフェの朝食は種類も豊富で美味しい。そしてスタッフがみなスーパーフレンドリー！何か問題があっても、笑顔で相談に応じてくれる。これだけでも、宿泊した価値がある。 部屋のデザインがかなり独特・・・・。ベッドの目の前の壁にはなぜかドクロの絵が飾ってあり、取り外しが出来ない。ベッドサイドの壁にはオジさん（オーストリア皇帝？）のポートレートが大きく描かれており、ドクロとオジさんにいつも見張られているという居心地の悪さ。隣室のお客さんと立ち話したときも、「なんでこんなデザインなんだろうねー」と話題に。でも他にたくさんの魅力があるホテルなので、私は気にしないことにした！

• Daria (8/5): Guter Aufenthalt für ein verlängertes Wochenende - Sehr nettes Personal, unser Wunsch nach Zimmern nebeneinander und in ruhiger Lage wurde trotz einer relativ kurzfristigen Buchung berücksichtigt. Die Zimmer und Betten sind relativ klein aber alles war sauber und komfortabel. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist das kleine Zimmer total in Ordnung. Die Lage ist nicht sehr zentral aber mit der Straßenbahnlinie 2 vor der Haustür kommt man bequem ins Zentrum. Frühstücksbuffet fanden wir persönlich toll, es war für jeden was dabei und es wurde regelmäßig aufgefüllt. Außerdem kann man abends noch an der Hotelbar sitzen, der Bereich ist richtig schön gestaltet und mit Tischkicker wird's auch den Kindern nicht langweilig. Die Wartezeit auf die Aufzüge ist zu Stoßzeiten nervig lang, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist oder kein Gepäck hat, dann lieber laufen. 😅

The room was ready before the actual check-in time. They gave an idea about the city and the transport options to get to the city center. There are tram stops just in front of the hotel which makes the commute to the city center hassle-free. The room was neat. Overall it was a pleasant stay. There was no Kettle in the room to get some hot water for drinking. There is a TV, but you need to mirror your device to play anything on OTT platforms. That didn't work out, maybe due to weak Wifi signal strength.

Das Bar Personal war zwar freundlich, aber extrem langsam und kannte keines der gewünschten Getränke. Selbst beim Martini Bianco mussten wir zuerst auf die richtige Flasche zeigen.

Although I encountered different staff members each time, they treated me very well. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next visit to Vienna. Yani buzdolabı yok ..bence çok büyük eksiklik . Buzdolabına saklanması gereken bişeyler almak istesekte alamıyorsunuz ... Otelin kendi barına mahkum ediyor biraz..buna gerek yok..

Davanti all hotel c'è la fermate del tram che ti porta in centro in poco tempo e poco più avanti c'è la fermata del treno per andare all aereoporto. Kahvaltısı yeterli, temiz ve lezzetliydi. Check out işleminden sonra uçuş saatine kadar bavullarımızı koyabileceğimiz bir oda sağladilar. Bu o günkü gezi programımızı çok kolaylaştırdı. Giysi dolapları açık raf seklinde dizayn edilmisti. Ve açıkçasi yeterli degildi. Giysilerimiz ikinci günden sonra günlük temizlik pek yeterli olmadığı için toz tutmaya başladılar. Bu benim gibi toz alerjisi olan insanlar için zorlayıci bir durum. Özellikle yerlerin tam süpürülmemesi ve pencerenin yarım konum açılmasi alerjiler açısından beni biraz yıprattı :)
