Leider wsr auf Booking.com angegeben, dass eine Klimaanlage dabei ist, aber nicht dass sie extra kostet.

Poza tym przepyszne śniadania, bardzo miła i uprzejma obsługa. Byliśmy tam 10 dni i nadal nie chciało nam się wyjeżdżać. W pobliżu fajne knajpki po drugiej stronie wyspy ale to dosłownie 500m. - adam (10/5): We LOVE Phayamas! - A lovely place to stay! Extremely comfortable, clean and a beautiful and long private beach. The staff were exceptional, friendly and very helpful. Everything was great, but the restaurant and bar is amazing. Thai and western food on the menu was all delicious, the in house brewery serves excellent beer and some of the best cocktails I've had in Thailand! Absolutely no complaints. The beach can be slightly more susceptible to lower tides than others on the island, but IMO the exceptional privacy more than makes up for this.

Ruhe pur. das Restaurant ist generell nicht so unser Geschmack (ansichtssache) und das Frühstück könnte ein bisschen mehr Auswahl haben (nicht nur Weissbrot und mehr Konfi und Käse)

- DolceArdore (9/5): Fantastic - The staff are friendly and polite, especially Nandar who is a real superstar. The location is very peaceful -- no noise from scooters or motorcycles, no loud music, no other resorts or bars nearby, and very natural. I saw hornbills hanging out in the trees every day. Yet it's a very short scooter ride to Ao Khao Khwai and Ao Hin Thalu beaches. The resort has a small swimming pool with plenty of comfortable loungers and umbrellas as well as a large private beach. There is a small gym, quite a rare find on Koh Phayam. The food at the restaurant was good and not expensive, and their craft beer on tap is excellent. The air conditioner in my room was very loud, which necessitated wearing earplugs at all times while in the room. The refrigerator also made loud noises at random times. It's a pity because otherwise the resort is very quiet.

Katie’s gym and dawgs were a BIG bonus, wish we were there longer…..next time. 🙏😎 Fresh orange would be nice at breakfast and proper coffee but otherwise adequate.
- Sabine (8/5): Entspanntes Ambiente,hat sich gelohnt - Die Speisekarte hat mir als Vegetarier sehr gut gefallen und das Essen war sehr lecker. Wir genossen die kinderfreie Zone sehr. Der Bungalow war komfortabel und ansprechend mit einer Hängematte ausgestattet. Schöner Garten!!! In 4 Tagen fand lediglich 1x eine Zimmerreinigung bzw. Toilettenreinigung statt -benutztes Toilettenpapier(es würde gebeten das benutzte Toilettenpapier in einem Extraeimer zu sammeln), das müffelte bei 35 Grad Temperatur dann vor sich hin....
- Carlotta (10/5): Sehr schönes familiäres Resort in einem tropischen Garten - Schönes und liebevoll gestaltetes kleines Resort in einem toll angelegten Garten an der Sonnenaufgangsküste. Haben uns hier super wohl gefühlt, das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und es wird Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Das Resort liegt nicht am schönsten Badestrand der Insel, aber die Insel ist klein und man ist schnell auf der anderen Seite. Dafür hat man hier viel Wind, der Abkühlung bringt und einen Privatstrand und morgens kann man Hornbills beim frühstück beobachten. Und das beste Restaurant der Insel (knock knock) ist direkt gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite! Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Wir waren eine ganze Woche da und es gab kein einziges Mal eine Zimmerreinigung oder Leerung des Badmülls. Auf Nachfrage wäre das sicherlich gegangen, aber ich hätte es auch so wenigstens einmal erwartet. Schließlich ist man am Strand und es wird automatisch schnell sandig im Zimmer.
- David (10/5): Sehr komfortable Ruhe-Oase zum Fallenlassen - Sehr gepflegtes Resort mit schönem Garten, einer Poolanlage und einem Privatstrand. Die Hütten waren sehr komfortabel und modern - hatten jedoch durch viel Holz einen stilvollen rustikalen Touch. Das inkludierte Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig und lecker - von herzhaft bis fruchtig-süß war alles dabei. Wenn man Glück hatte, konnte man beim Frühstücken auch einen Nashornvogel beobachten. Der Strand ist nicht optimal zum schwimmen, da hier etwas mehr Algen und Steine sind. Trotzdem lädt er zum verweilen ein und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Der Weststrand ist aber auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
- Horst (10/5): Tolles Resort, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal machen den Aufenthalt zu einem Erlebnis - Wir waren zum dritten Mal in der Anlage und sie hat uns wieder nicht enttäuscht. Wir haben uns viele Unterkünfte auf der Insel angesehen, aber keine konnte den Standard vom Phayamas nur annährend erreichen. Sie liegt zwar nicht an einem der 2 tollen Strände, die es auf der Insel gibt aber beide Strände sind mit einem Roller in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig.

- Yannick (1/5): - Nichts, wir wurden sehr enttäuscht! Da gibt es einige Punkte: - Doppel Bungalow war nicht wie beschrieben Schallisoliert, wir haben alles von unseren Nachbarn gehört! Wir beschwerten uns und hatten dann 6 Stunden Baustelle im Bungalow. - Das Frühstücksbuffet is weit bon dem was Beworben wird entfernt! - Ich habe am Salat-buffet einen Stromschlag bekommen, weil der Haustechniker anscheinend beim Strom etwas falsch angeschlossen hat. Die Inhaberin "Katie" ist inkompetent und unfreundlich! Nicht eine Entschuldigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten! Stattdessen gibt es gute Ratschläge, ich solle Plastik Schuhe tragen, dann würde man keinen Stromschlag bekommen! Es ist ständig sehr laut dort. Die Angestellten sind ständig dabei Autos zu reparieren oder mit lauten Motorrädern durch die Anlage zu fahren. Generell laufen die ganze Zeit Angestellte an einem vorbei was auch extrem nervig ist. In der Nacht laufen sie mit Taschenlampen über das Gelände und leuchten in die Bungalows. Die Außendusche hat nach Schimmel gerochen. Generell stinkt es immer wieder bei den Bungalows nach Kanalisation. Das Restaurant ist überteuert. Sie werben mit vielen Dingen die sie nicht haben. Zum Beispiel mit Sauerteig Brot, dieses haben wir in 10 Tagen nie bekommen! Wir hatten einen Burger bestellt, dieser sollte mit Sauerteig Brot gemacht sein, war aber eine süßes Milchbrot, absolut ekelhaft! Wir hatten an 2 Tagen jeweils über 3 Stunden Stromausfall in er ganzen Anlage, was das für die Küche bedeutet? Alles taut auf! Generell fast nur Tiefkühlprodukte. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen!!! Nur kaltes Wasser im Innenbereich des Bungalows! Und nicht Barrierefrei wie beworben!!! Das Foto zeigt das Frühstücksbuffet wo Schinken in Wasser schwimmt! Einfach ekelhaft!!!

- Nuno (9/5): Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt zum Entspannen. - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und bot eine vielfältige Auswahl. Das Schwimmbad war groß genug, und die Liegen waren komfortabel. Das Zimmer war groß genug und sehr sauber. Der Strand ist bei diesem Resort nicht besonders schön. In der Nacht wird man von Geckos geweckt, die versuchen, durch die Decke hereinzukommen. Die Hunde, die frei durch das Resort laufen und überal seine aktivitäten machen, haben mir persönlich nicht gefallen.
- Ruedi (9/5): Wir waren sehr happy! - Schöne und saubere Bungalows! Schöne Anlage und sehr ruhig. Trotzdem es nicht auf der Sunset Seite ist, würden wir wieder dort absteigen. Die Sunset Seite ist gut zu Fuss oder mit Scooter erreichbar. Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln, wenn ich müsste wäre es beim Frühstück. Das könnte man noch etwas schöner gestalten. Es hat aber eine grosse Auswahl!

Food was excellent and very reasonable You need a scooter to get around and we made the mistake of not pre booking. Lesson learnt. Our rooms were not serviced in the 3 days we were there but I’m sure if I asked they would have.

- Jutta (8/5): Schöne Anlage - ausbaufähig - Wir waren zum 2. Mal im Phayamas. Es war wieder sehr schön! Aber im Vergleich zum letzten Jahr hat alles etwas nachgelassen. Das Personal war immer freundlich - sofern sie etwas verstanden haben. Mittlerweile verstehen nur 2 der Mitarbeiter ausreichend Englisch. Insbesondere der schöne Garten sah etwas ungepflegt aus. Überall lag Laub, die Gehplatten sind zugewachsen, am Pool wurde die Dusche erneuert, aber drumherum liegt noch die aufgegrabene Erde.... Schade, es ist wieder Luft nach oben! Vernachlässigter Garten. Wir hatten ein Moped geliehen. Der stark abgefahrene Reifen machte ausgerechnet an Silvester schlapp, so dass wir nicht mehr zum Long Beach fahren konnten. Dafür mussten wir aber noch den Reifen zahlen.....bisschen enttäuschend - es war nicht unser Fehler!

Vraag om tuktuk te reserveren is goed opgevolgd. Ontbijt: was lekker. Alleen spijtig dat ze bezig waren met renoveren keuken. Hierdoor duurde het toch een half uur voor t klaar was. Wel hadden ze vooraf een mail gestuurd om renovatie door te geven en had ik de kans gekregen om elders te verblijven. Toch blij dat ik gebleven ben. Ik kom hier zeker nog eens terug. Geen warm water. Er was een percolator aanwezig: maar 1 zakje instant koffie zou fijn zijn geweest.

Fantastiska rum och faciliteter. Trevlig personal! Hade uppskattat om det stod i menyn vilka rätter som inte var möjliga att beställa under lunchtid. Vissa i personalen hade begränsad engelska vilket påverkade servicen lite, men bara marginellt.

Exceptional clean and I personally appreciate good towels and bed linen :) The architecture of the bungalow is so minimalistic but cool and connected to nature. - Hannes (9/5): Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Phayamas! - Ruhige gelegene Anlage mit schönen Bungalows und kleinem Pool zur Erfrischung. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück mit hausgemachten Brot und großer Auswahl, das selbstgebraute Pale Ale und das Abendessen waren sehr lecker. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Der erste Eindruck wenn man ankommt ist leider etwas getrübt da man quasi im Hinterhof des Hotels zwischen Personalwohnungen, Baumaterial und einer Rollerwerkstatt steht. Wir hatten nachts Besuch von einem Nager unterm Dach was aber vom Personal in der Zeit unseres Aufenthalts nicht behoben werden konnte. Beim Abendessen im Restaurant wirkte der Service mit zwei, drei Tischen ziemlich überfordert!

Breakfast was great, pool was clean, and I really liked the outdoor shower. The road to the resort stinks because of the rubber plants. It also feels a bit creepy at night.

- Silvio (6/5): - Die Lage, der Strand, die Ruhe. Service eher schlecht. Personal langweilt sich, während die Gäste im leeren Restaurant nichts bekommen. Auf besondere Wünsche bei den Gerichten möchte man nicht eingehen. Essen besteht zu 90% nur aus Salz, Zucker und Chili. Im Zimmer stehen Wasserbehälter, bei denen das Wasser nicht ausgetauscht wird,wenn es nicht benutzt wird. Die Gäste riskieren hier gesundheitliche Probleme. Hier gehört ein Siegel dran mit Angabe des MHD. Das Hotel schmückt sich mit Umweltschutz. Das Schild mit der Bitte um Wassersparen hängt direkt neben dem tropfenden Wasserhahn. Die Bettlichter leuchten auch nachts - man kann sie nicht komplett abstellen. Der Kühlschrank ist defekt, die Kühlschranktür wird durch das Zimmerpersonal ständig wieder geschlossen, so dass es im Inneren gut schimmeln kann. Im Kühlschrank steht ein zweiter Wasserbehälter, und ich möchte nicht wissen, wie alt dieses Wasser darin ist. Die Idee, Plastikflaschen als Müll einzusparen ist gut, aber der Gast bezahlt mit seiner Gesundheit. Die Mehrweg-Wasserflaschen aus Weichplastik/Gummi, die jeder Gast geschenkt bekommt, machen das auch nicht besser, denn die Weichmacher sind hier noch zahlreicher als in den normalen Wasserflaschen. Wir müssen nicht so tun als kümmerten uns um die Umwelt und bringen uns dabei selbst um.

- Manuel (6/5): Was good but with some room for improvement. - Very easy access to the beach, pleasant staff with a very good attitude to try to help. It had a constant noise of sawing and construction during the day by the pool/reception area. The menu offered a lot of meal options but a lot of them were not available after we tried to order them. The WiFi in the room didn’t work at all even after reporting it soon as we checked in, someone came to reset it but didn’t make any difference during the whole stay.

Nanda and team are super friendly, responsive and accommodating, probably could have made more money from us if they were more pro-active with things like drink refills. Bike hire and general facilities of the pool etc are fab and lodgings were extremely clean and well kitted out. Not related to the property but walking along the beach it sits on, there is rubbish that looks like it’s been washed up by the sea. No idea what the infrastructure or costs are like for disposing of rubbish/recycling on the island but it wld be wonderful if the resort was able to facilitate for those guests that are so inclined to pick up what they find on walks. Perhaps with a bag and pick up stick they could take with them on the walk but if not at least a disposal point that they main and empty. Having said all this, whilst I think it would make it even better the beach is still beautiful and great place to be.
- Martins (1/5): 4 Sterne gebucht und 2 erhalten - Sehr schöne Anlage so wie im Buchungsportal. Am Abflugstag bekamen wir die Nachricht das die Küche umgebaut wird. Alternativ konnten wir einen Bungalow auf der anderen Seite der Insel bekommen. Da wir keine Alternative hatten nahmen wir das Angebot an. Die dortige Anlage ist total schrottig ( Fenster herausgefallen). In der gebuchten Anlage wurde nicht nur die Küche renoviert, sondern die gesamte Anlage. Es gab auch keine Gäste Vorort. Achtung Betrug!!!

- Julia (9/5): Schöne ruhige Anlage mitten im Grünen - Sehr schöne Anlage, tolle eigene Veranda mit Hängematte, direkt am Meer und ohne andere Hotels nebenan. Es gab eine Aussendusche. Freundliches Personal und ein Pool. Die Dusche funktionierte nicht richtig und das Badezimmer hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich, aber es gab ein paar Missverständnisse, weil nicht alle verstehen Englisch. Das Frühstück hatte ich durch andere Bewertungen besser erwartet. Es ist sehr basic.

- Sonya (10/5): A wonderful place to stay. - We love this place, we've stayed here before and we are already booked to stay again. From the minute we walked in we felt welcomed, the rooms are very comfortable, lovely bed, spotless bathroom, outside shower, fridge, kettle, so many extra bits - beach basket, washing bag, umbrellas to make your stay perfect. Hammock outside with outside benches, fabulous swimming pool and sun loungers, beautiful beach. Breakfast every day is outstanding, coffee, juices, fresh fruit, toast and cereal, Thai rice, curry and other treats, it really is exceptional. Staff here are so very friendly, it all makes for a pretty perfect holiday.
