- Verified traveler (4/5): Superba vista ma servizio deludente - L'appartamento è davvero bello e spazioso. Si trova in una posizione strategica di Leuca: una vista mozzafiato sul mare, a pochi passi da un ristorante favoloso (Fedele) e non distante dal centro. Anche il nostro contatto è stato gentile e, abitando sotto, è sempre stato disponibile. Però...dopo aver prenotato su Expedia ho scoperto che ci sono costi elencati nella pagina ma non inclusi nel totale pagato. E non sono pochi: - 80€ per le pulizie - 10€ al giorno (sic!) per le utenze - 15€ a persona a settimana per lenzuola e asciugamani che non sono inclusi Inoltre, nonostante gli 80€ per le pulizie ci è stato chiesto di lavare i piatti prima di lasciare l'appartamento. E' un gran peccato: fossero stati più trasparenti e meno pretenziosi nelle richieste, lo avrei consigliato a chiunque. Ribadisco: i prezzi erano elencati nella pagina di dettaglio di Expedia ma non chiaramente visibili né inclusi nel totale. Insomma...se si volesse essere più trasparenti con i clienti certi costi andrebbero inclusi (soprattutto quelli obbligatori come pulizie e consumi). Peccato davvero.
