- Cino7 (7/5): Va bene, più per l'estate. - Al centro di Olbia. Pulitissima. Disponibili e presenti h24 via WhatsApp. Presenti molte prese elettriche. Stanza fredda all'arrivo e muri sottili tanto da sentire la persona della stanza affianco parlare al telefono. Vetro o portavetro nella stanza che non insonorizzava l'esterno. Camera per 4 con un solo armadio (piccolo a due ante) e assenza di sedie o comodini. Complicato l'accesso alla stanza con porta scorrevole elettronica.

- Florian (1/5): - N'ayant pas pu profiter du séjour suite à l'annulation de mon ferry pour venir, j'aurais souhaité être remboursé (au moins une partie !). L'établissement n'a jamais répondu à ma demande, a clairement fait comme si de rien n'était, et s'est juste contenté d'annuler ma réservation, sans aucun geste supplémentaire.

- ZDZISLAW (3/5): Omijaj ten apartament ! Niech właściciel tego apartamentu sam spędzi tam noc, to zrozumie co oferuje - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra - centrum miasta. Niestety jest bardzo głośno - na dodatek tego wieczoru przed barem vis a vis naszego apartamentu była bójka kilkunastu osób, co całkowicie zepsuło wieczór. Wejście do obiektu poprzez skanowanie kodu QR jest bardzo problematycznie i nie działa właściwie. Standard pokoju fatalny. Załączam zdjęcia i proponuję omijać ten apartament, dopóki właściciel nie zadba o standard. Napisane jest, że apartament ma balkon - powierzchnia 1 m kw. a na nim 2 klimatyzatory, które zajmują całą powierzchnię. TV - chyba 14 cali - bardzo mały i na dodatek nie działa. Chciałem zmienić baterie w pilocie, ale przykrywka baterii była przykręcona na śrubę. Brak gniazdek do ładowania telefonów, oraz miejsca przy łóżku na położenie telefonu. Aby naładować telefon musiałem wyłączyć lodówkę. Brak szafy, a wieszaki różne, a nie takie same zahaczone na stelażu stojącym w apartamencie co dodatkowo pomniejsza ten mały pokój. Kabina prysznicowa malutka - utrudniająca wejście do wewnątrz. Największy absurd - to jak bierzemy prysznic, to gaśnie światło w łazience, bo jest na czujnik ruchu, który nie wzbudza się poprzez drzwi kabiny. Brak chociaż jednego krzesła, a zamiast tego malutki wąski stoliczek - chyba pod doniczkę. W lodówce - drzwiczki od zamrażalnika zostały mi w ręce - są wyłamane. Brak 2 butelek wody do picia, które w każdym pokoju na przywitanie powinny być.

- Marc (5/5): Passable - Perfect location for an early flight the next day if it’s not a weekend night (there’s live music just outside on weekends). Management was very helpful when the QR code for one of our rooms didn’t work. They resolved the problem really quickly. There is little soundproofing, and with live music playing in the square below it sounded like we were at a concert in the room until almost midnight. If we hadn’t booked it specifically for being close to the airport for a very early flight the next morning, we would have probably been outside enjoying the music. Considering we had to be up at 04:30 it made it really hard to sleep.

Was able to leave my luggage before checking in. Noice. On Saturday night music from the bars lasts till 2 am. Super loud. Impossible to sleep.

Thanks to them we had a place to stay! They also have luggage storage so it was very useful. Location was also great, walking distance to city attractions. Not much as we didn’t stay for long.

- Fredrik Wexahl (2/5): We are NOT coming back - We booked the “honeymoon” room - this was a joke. Barely a window in the way-to-low ceiling. Small bathroom with bad water pressure, fan doesn’t work. Smelly water from the sink. Hard bed. No curtain on the window. The list goes on.. we we definitely not coming back, when though the location was good. Way to expensive for the bad standard.

- Rebecca (9/5): Great little b&b - It was a last minute booking due to a cancelled flight. We arrived after midnight but they let us in and couldn't be more helpful. Even got us a 7 seater taxi for 8am in the morning. Very clean and tidy, bed was comfortable but the pillows were awful. Excellent aircon cool and quite! The pillows weren't very comfortable :(

- Carina (1/5): Bad - We stayed here one night, from 10 to 11 August. We travelled home on the 11 August and after and itchy travel, we discovered back home that we have red spots all over our body. The day after (12 August) we went to the doctor, who confirmed that this was bed bug bites. We contacted the property just after to give a complaint of this matter. They were awful in their communication, saying that this looked like mosquito bites, and that we contacted them 2-3-4 days after our stay and could have gotten this from elsewhere (we contacted them they day after and once we were sure that it was bug bites), and that we had just googled a picture to send to them. We requested a refund of our stay, as we got medical costs from this stay, and honestly, I don’t this you should pay for a place where you get bed bug bites from. Please note, we have never requested refund from another property before on our many many trips, and this was by far our cheapest stay in Sardinia. They refused any refund and would only consider to give this if we did not leave a review - which was unacceptable for us. Stay away from this place!
- Kelley (3/5): Poor - Location, pleasant staff, lovely that we were given early access to room after ferry trip arrival, responded to queries promptly and assisted with initial getting the door open issues. Very unpleasant smell (sewerage/drain?) with overpowering air fresheners that did not make it any more pleasant. Property did respond with explanation that it was Olbia Municipal doing work and did add chemicals but even with roof window open and air conditioner on it was still very noticeable. I think that unfortunately this is an unhealthy environment to stay in.
- Midori (5/5): Passable - Location, facility are nice, totally satisfied. Security is okay unless black out Is happened. This building is required the pass code when you enter, no actual key. That was quite early morning, but we had to go out for boat tour. We waited for it but not fixed soon. It means, UNABLE TO LOCK our room. Even though we have own key for the personal belongings, can’t leave it, too risky to leave them. So we had to bring them to the tour. Although we have personal belongings with us, other stuff are there. how do we know if anyone is entered our room? When we came back at night, that was fixed. But owner was not responding even though we contacted in the morning. They should have alternative solution when the power outage is happened. That is the only, but huge problem of this apartment.

- Bernadette (1/5): Awful, and totally overpriced for the flea pit that it is. We won't be back and cannot recommend. - The location was the only good thing about this venue The attic room only had a tiny sky light in the ceiling which you could not see out of. The furniture was ripped and in very poor condition. The bathroom vanity was broken. The bed headboards where made from polystyrene glued onto the wall (what childrens flutter boards are made from) Most of the room was unusable due to the ceiling heigh, while there were two ripped couches you couldn't walk to them to sit on them because the ceiling height was too low. The room stunk of cheap room freshners and the plastic flowers did not help distract from the horrible room.
- Jérôme (10/5): Super Nice Hotel with the best staff - The property was super well located, just right in the center of Olbia. The rooms were very spacious and clean, but the STAFF WAS THE BEST, they were very kind and helpful in every moment we need them!
- Vanessa (8/5): Very good - Great location! Perhaps give the wifi password on the day of arrival for guests who may not have data roaming available, so they’re able to get into the accommodation easily.

- KateBur725 (10/5): Fantastic place in Olbia Old Town - Me and my husband stayed here for a week and it was a fabulous base. The room was very clean and the owner made every effort to make our stay comfortable. The property is right in the heart of Olbia Old Town with easy access to bars, restaurants, beaches and local archeological sites. The room can be noisy last thing at night and first thing on a morning but the owner is having double glazing installed next season which should remedy the problem. This was the only down side but it's a small price to pay when weighed up against the location. There is a local bus service (Aspo) which have bus stops within easy walking distance and you can buy a 24 hour bus ticket at the tobacconist in the square at a cost of 2.80 euro, this will give you access to the lovely beaches, marinas and archeological sites around the area. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely go back.
- Josefine (4/5): Wouldn’t recommend! - Don’t book this hotel! Here’s why: Smart lock to get in. It unlocks with your phone. Until it didn’t. In the middle of the night we got locked out of the hotel and couldn’t get in our room. The key on the phone stopped working. The number we were supposed to call we did call several times but no answer. After half an hour we finally found another number in the booking and finally a guy answered. Not apologetic, just disturbed that we had called?! We finally at 01 in the morning got a new key so we could access the room..... not worth it to go through all this. Another thing is in the hotel description it says “daily cleaning”. We didn’t notice any cleaning, emptying of trash or anything during our entire stay. We had to take trash to some public bins on the streets. We received no code to the WiFi that worked and asked through the number provided. No answer until the last day of our stay. So the last few hours we could use the WiFi... And last but not least there was a window in the ceiling that faced another building with windows. People could see right in to the bed and there was no possibility to cover up the window. That also meant no way to make the room dark. If you are taller than 170cm you can not stand up straight in the room we had in most of the space in the room. And if you are taller than 190cm your feet will stick out from the bed because it’s a bit shorter than a normal bed... Any plus? Location.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Super für einen kurzen City Aufenthalt - Solange man keine anliegen an die Rezeption o. Ä hat alles Prima . Jedoch nur eine Rolle Klopapier für drei Leute... Ging zum Glück gut.... Laute Umgebung aber Top zentral. Für eine Nacht in der Stadt zu schlafen super.
- philippe (2/5): Une arnaque? - Impossible de contacter l’hôte, les numéros de téléphone sont des “erreurs”. Nous avons dû trouver une autre chambre.
- Serge (8/5): Séjour agréable au centre historique d'Olbia - chambre bien située. Par contre, pas d'accueil, il faut prévenir 24h avant son arrivée ; cette information n'est pas assez mise en évidence dans l'annonce. Pas de wifi et soucis avec la télécommande de la climatisation. Gérant très aimable, grande chambre confortable. Très bien situé, dans le centre ville touristique et historique.
- Verified traveler (2/5): No room - When showing up close to midnight there was no hotel and room for us. We were left on the street to find another accommodation for the night.
