From enjoying the pool and delightful high tea to capturing countless beautiful moments, everything felt perfect. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and quality. What stood out the most was the exceptional service — the staff were incredibly courteous, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The property itself is very well maintained, adding to the overall relaxing and luxurious vibe. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful getaway with friends or family! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
• Rekha (2/5): NOT GREAT FOR THE PRICE. - When we went there, we were expecting some great attentions to detail. But unfortuately for us, it was a huge flop. For every single thing we had to call and ask. Dental Kit - Ask, Towels - Ask, Water - Ask, Shower cap - ask. Breakfast the first day was unbelievable. I cannot believe they charged us so much. They has absolutely NOTHING good, except the Omelette. The masala omlette was a face saviour. They had too much crowd and They has ZERO CLUE on how to handle the crowd. The AC was just not sufficient. The weather was STIFLING HOT and the AC could just not handle it. We were sweating inside the room the whole time. The current was going off every 10 mins and it was taking 7 mins to switch to the generator. Already AC was not working and imagine the current going off every ten minutes. It was a DISASTER for us. Very safe and clean place ,rooms are very clean and well kept.Food is True celebration here ,they hv lovely food,good quantity and yum, the Breakfast spread was fantastic, their a la carte for lunch is also very good .This place relaxes you mentally,this place is more about experience and trust me we will Visit again .Loved it every Bit . The service and hospitality I received from the staff super seeded my expectations. For starters they had upgraded my room to a villa category room and had organized complimentary room decor and cake. The front office staff personally escorted us to the room and ensured we were comfortable. In addition they assured us that the feedback I had shared earlier had been taken care of, which truly shows their commitment to improving service standards. I would like to specially call out staff members Piyali, Dalia, Bandana. I would also like to thank Chef Shaktivel for the most delicious Mutton Curry I have ever tasted. Thanks to in room dining staff Ajith who catered to our multiple requests without hesitation. I had stayed on Taj Fisherman’s Cove the previous day however I must say that Four Points was way better in all aspects. Thank you once again for the memorable stay. Will visit again shortly.

We were upgraded to a pool-facing Villa, which provided a spacious and serene environment to work and relax without feeling cramped. Safe for Kids: One of our biggest wins was the safety. We could focus on our meetings without constantly worrying about our child. The campus is huge, gated, and very secure. Nature & Campus: The property is massive with plenty of walking space. We loved the "educated" greenery—they’ve actually named the trees, which was a lovely touch for nature lovers like me. The flora and fauna really add to the calm vibe. The Pool: The pool is large and well-maintained, though worth noting for parents that the depth reaches 4ft (perfect for adults, just keep an eye on the little ones!). The food ordered during room service were excellent. The quality of items available during the breakfast time are unmatchable. All the staffs specially Piyali, Bandana, Priety, Jr Sous Chef Biswajit Kundu made our stay at your resort very comformatable and memorable. Thank you

In fact, it made us feel that we should have planned a longer stay to enjoy the hospitality more. Right from our arrival, the welcome was warm and professional. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and professional. The Front Office team handled both the check-in and check-out processes smoothly and efficiently, making the entire experience hassle-free. Their courteous approach and willingness to assist created a very positive impression. The upgraded room was neat, comfortable and well prepared. The facilities across the resort were well maintained and reflected a good standard of upkeep and guest care. The overall environment across the property felt peaceful and relaxing, which added to the comfort of the stay. The dining experiences at Petals restaurant during breakfast, high tea (at Nectar) and dinner were also well managed. There was a good selection of dishes and everything was organized nicely. The food quality was good and the service during meals was attentive and efficient. What stood out most during the stay was the dedication of the staff. The team made genuine efforts to ensure that everything was comfortable and smooth. Their friendly attitude and attentive service made the entire visit memorable.

• RAVICHANDRAN (8/5): - The food was satisfactory; however, there is a need for enhancement in its flavor, with the exception of the following items. The Idly, Dosa, and Samper were excellent. The rooms are quite satisfactory, being both tidy and clean. The restaurant is compact and often crowded.
• santosh97 (8/5): Review – Four Points by Sheraton, Mahabalipuram - Had a very pleasant stay at Four Points by Sheraton, Mahabalipuram. The property is located about 3 km from Mahabalipuram on the ECR towards Pondicherry, with a wide entrance that makes it impossible to miss. The resort is a large, beautifully maintained property surrounded by lush greenery. A lovely touch is that each tree is labeled, making it interesting to know what you’re actually looking at while walking around the campus. Though the reception area was quite busy during check-in, Abdul and Neha handled everything smoothly and efficiently, making the process quick and hassle-free. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well maintained. The breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of options to choose from. A special mention to the restaurant team — despite the morning rush and my obvious impatience after waiting nearly 20 minutes for a table, Mr. Harshavardhan handled the situation calmly and professionally and arranged seating quickly. His friendly and composed approach really stood out. Ms. Bandana welcomed guests with a constant smile despite being extremely busy, and was always helpful. Mr. Gowtham ensured we chose the right dishes with excellent recommendations, and Ms. Prity was ever willing to make sure we were comfortable and happy at the table. The staff at the entrance were very polite, and the buggy drivers were equally courteous and helpful. The swimming pool is well maintained and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate around 20 guests at a time. Indoor and outdoor activities like table tennis, chess, and badminton are available, though cycling is currently not operational. The only drawback is the absence of a private beach. Guests need to travel about 4–5 km to access a public beach, which can feel inconvenient since most visitors choose ECR stays primarily for beach access. Overall, it was a very good and comfortable stay with warm hospitality and excellent service from the team.

• Cruiser31822380495 (10/5): Great experience - fantastic staff - We had an absolutely stunning experience this time at 4 points Mahabalipuram. I want to call out some names who made this trip truly memorable. First, even before we reached the resort, I had a really warm and positive conversation with Mr. Mugundhan who helped me book the ideal room for us. Second, at the restaurant, we had a seamless check-in experience thanks to Ms. Aarathi. We had a delightful dinner and were helped by Mr. Srihari (I hope I got the name right) who was extremely thoughtful and friendly. During check-out, we had a hassle free experience thanks to Mr. Nithin. Ms. Piyali was also helpful during our stay there. As far as the property is concerned, it was in line with the expectation, super clean with a fantastic swimming pool. There was a small park for our toddler to spend some time as well. Over-all, this is definitely a property I'd love to come back to.

Very very nice and quiet with lots of greenery, sounds of chirping birds.Nice clean and spacious rooms, Buggy service available if required to move around the property. Staff are very courteous, always smiling and ever willing to go out of the way to please you. Names of Dalia,Rashika,in the reception, Priety, Bandana, Prabhakaran in the restaurant immediately come to mind .of course there were others too including chefs Kundu and Ravi n Pradeep in House keeping. Breakfast buffet is lavish, Petals also serves good local fish curry.. Swimming pool was very clean but could have been deeper!!! Security at the gate and at the reception entrance are very polite and efficient. We had a most memorable 35th wedding anniversary stay. Thank You team 4 points by Sheraton.
• 538mukundt (10/5): V.worthwhile stay - It's a mini resort without beach or frills. An upscaled hotel with resort feel. Staff are v.friendly and rooms v.good. gym and swimming pool are good too. Dining is great, breakfast and meal buffet par excellence. Ms Bandana served v.well in diner so giving her mention. Abhyangar massage was my highlight. Rates are fairly priced so go for it.

• Chaitali (7/5): Overall good apart from the mosquitos. - Staff were very smiling and welcoming Cleaning room staff should be trained to not left the door open while cleaning the rooms or after cleaning do the check if there is no mosquito left. This is very unpleasant when you come to rest in your room from long travel and room is full of mosquitoes. Mosquito control should be look after.

Lots of greenery and quiet places where you can sit and relax. Pool and Gym facilities are excellent. Restaurant is amazing and the head chef should really be complimented. Overall I cannot find any negatives and had a very good stay for 3 nights. Nothing to dislike. Probably they can keep more functioning cycles for cycling.
