- Jose Ariel (2/5): Worst service I’ve ever received - I arrived at the hotel and the clerk couldn’t find my reservation. After showing him the evidence that I had paid for the trip through hotels.com he still refused and in the end I ended up having to stay at a different hotel. I have still not been refunded the money.
