Any issues were sorted quickly and with a smile. The motel itself felt a bit tired, but it was very clean and well-maintained. The location was central and walkable. Overall, the staff were the highlight and made all the difference.

- Sarah (4/5): - Hotel is as expected. Bathrooms are nice and large, rooms are basic. Breakfast was below average I felt but convenient. Staff was helpful in giving advice however, the day we arrived we asked them to organize transportation for us from Sapa to Ha Giang. We were then only able to work with the one employer we originally asked. Times and prices kept changing. In the end we were told it's a limosine van (upgrade) for 400k (a 'special' price the hotel got us). Our limosine was a 15 person van. We had 24 people including a baby with three people standing bent over in it at one point plus all the luggage. Everyone else only paid 200k (my friend I was travelling with speaks vietnamese). Our hotel also did something crazy with our money and didn't give us a ticket, so the beginning of the trip involved the driver threatening to leave us on the side of the street having already left the Sapa town. The back door opened twice and to top it off the person next to me threw up. It was honestly my worst travel experience. I emailed the hotel to inform them about our experience and they didn't respond despite being very respondent previously. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel and left feeling disappointed.

We arrived early morning, having caught the train from Hanoi, they checked us in early (within half an hour of arrival, which gave us the chance to enjoy the breakfast buffet before settling into our room). Hotel is in a good location, a few minutes walk to the town square, with plenty of restaurants/bars. All in all, highly recommended.

Par contre, les fenêtres ne sont pas du tout insonorisées et on entend trop le bruit de la rue. Le petit déjeuner est toujours le même, il ne change jamais. Aussi, il y a un supplément chaque nuit pour un lit enfant alors que la réservation a été faite avec un enfant.

Ook in hotel hoor je alles, de gang de buren... Het eten is niet bijzonder lekker, beter buiten het hotel eten, er zijn genoeg eetgelegenheden in de stad. De receptioniste was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat mij doet neigen een hogere score te geven.

- Thanachart (8/5): Not good enough! - Hotel is on a great location. The room was nice but the keycard reader took too long before we can get in the room, hotel did not allow us to have more keycard so if you travel as a group nothing you can do but ask prople in the room. There's no elevator so you have to walk all the way up yourself. We live on 2nd floor and we hear rain droups very loud all night. Breakfast was nice, unfortunately they never clean the water tank.

They offered me everything, answered every question and tried to help all the time. Hotel has no elevator, we were okay to stay on 4th floor but elderly should choose well. Location is great, close to main attractions. Wifi was good. What I like the most is cinnamon tea at the lobby, everyone should try!
- Eun Ju (10/5): 가격대비 OK - 직원은 매우 친절하고 조식도 괜찮아요. 단지 창문이 하이샤시가 아니라 소음이 좀 있어요. 프론트에 항상 계피차가 있는데 언제든 마실수 있어서 몸을 따뜻하게 해주니 좋았어요. 참고로 현제 호텔 올라가는 길은 공사중이라 조금 불편합니다.
- LEONG (10/5): Pleasant Stay - Special thanks to the Male receptionist who upgraded my room. Old Hotel but newly renovated. Everything just find. Breakfast just had enough to eat.
- Benjaporn (8/5): Close to the center - Pros (1) Staffs are friendly and helpful especially Mr. Thuong. He help booking the bus from Hanoi to Sapa. (2) The location of the hotel is closed to the center and Sun Plaza (where you can take a train to Fansipan Cable Car). Good for travelling around. (3) Good Wifi signal. Cons (1) The room is not ready when we arrive (late at night) because the housekeeper forgot to clean it. But they did apologize and hurriedly clean the room. (2) There are some smell on pillow sheet. (3) No air condition but the staff said every hotel in sapa don't have this so I don't know Overall Good value for money. Would stay here again if back to Sapa.

- J (10/5): 사파익스프레스에서 가까운 호텔 - 캐리어를 들고 이동하기에는 많은 계단들이 있지만 그렇다고 계단 때문에 호텔숙박을 포기할 정도로 힘들지는 않다. 사파익스프레스에서 계단포함 도보 3분정도면 숙소까지 이동가능할 정도로 굉장히 가까워서 좋았다. 무엇보다 체크아웃때는 내가 사파엑스프레스 버스 이용하는 것을 알고 직원이 계단 밑까지 짐을 옮겨주어 편안히 내려올 수 있었다. 체크아웃하고 버스출발 시간까지 약 1시간정도 남아 있었는데, 이 때 호텔에 짐 맡기는 것이 가능하고 호텔 직원들은 처음부터 끝까지 내내 친절하다. 객실 청결도 역시 정말 다 너무 깨끗했지만 한 가지 아쉬운 것은 배게에 얇고 짧은 머리카락이 붙어 있었다. 머무는 동안 청소하는 모습을 몇 번 봤었기때문에 청소를 안했다기 보다는 실수였던 것으로 생각된다.
- Thomas (8/5): Good Hotel - This was a good hotel overall. The staff were friendly and let me check in very early. Rooms were clean and the balcony was nice. The downsides are that the hotel has no elevators nor aircon, however the staff let me borrow a fan which was sufficient because it was cool while I was there. It’s a bit outside and uphill from the main area of town town. The karayoke bar across the street can be quite noisy at night on some (but not all) nights.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Overall simply excellent! - Nice rooms, very good breakfast, absolutely excellent service from the front desk team (!), can answer you every question, very centrally located. Overall simply excellent.
- Stephanie (8/5): A lovely stay - We had a lovely stay at Lacasa Sapa Hotel. Staff were wonderful, very welcoming and attentive. Rooms were lovely and rather new! The hotel offers beautiful views. A very enjoyable breakfast. Only downside would be that our tv wasn’t connected to any cable in the room and the bath wasn’t connected to anything so you had to fill it up with the shower head and afterwards (unknowingly) drain it and flood the bathroom floor! With these issues sorted, it would be a perfect stay - we loved the rooms!
- Utit (10/5): - All staffs are friendly and helpful. When we arrived at night, the welcomed us with warm aromatic tea. They helped us to reserve a motorbike at reasonable price. When we would back to Hanoi, Ms. Mai helped to coordinate with our bus without our request. This is very good service indeed. Overall, the hotel condition is all brand new. Recommend to come here and feel the sense of Sapa
