It was great, my Partner just had a short walk to the shops to get some supplies and Austin Health just across the road where we had an appointment the next day. My Partner has a big car, and we found the parking spot a little awkward to get into, but we worked it out in the end by reparking differently so that we didn't stick out to much to allow Cars for the other Apartments to get in and out ok.

- Monika (9/5): Very convenient and comfortable - The location was perfect as we had appointments at the hospital the next day. Good to have off street parking as well. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the little sitting room although we didn't use it for our short stay. The key didn't work for the balcony door so we couldn't open it. Would have been great to have some fresh air as it was a little warm but we didn't want to use the air con.

- Judith (9/5): Definitely Recommend - Such a lovely place to relax, comfortable, lush furniture and relaxing. Shower and utilities are modern. There's the train, cafes and shops very close. Owner extremely helpful and responsive. Incredible value. I'll definitely be returning. Melbourne's extreme heat but the apartment has Aircon in the main room so that was a blessing. Main bedroom was a bit hot but it was extreme weather.

I didn’t use the kitchen so can’t comment on its’ functionality . Oh dear Leagh you would have scored a perfect 10 except for two important elements. I needed wi fi but the pass word and provider information in the booklet didn’t work. Grrr. I could not use the television. Every option I tried needed a log in and payment. Double Grrrrrr

Instructions for arrival/key collection/entry to underground parking was clearly explained in a message prior to arrival and were very easy to follow. Underground parking was excellent, entry to the unit was easy both from the street and from the underground parking. Nothing that immediately springs to mind.

On the day of arrival I received a comprehensive text outlining how to get in, where the undercover parking was, access to the building after hours, etc. Instructions were very clear to follow. I liked having an undercover car space and somewhere to lock up my bike, especially in such a built up urban area. Access to the unit was very easy. Nothing that I can think of.

- Aaron and Katina (2/5): Don't stay unless you are prepared to spend your stay cleaning! - The property was well decorated, had an excellent outlook from the lounge and both bedrooms and while we didn't need a second bathroom it was handy to have a second toilet option. We also enjoyed the nearby cafes and restaurants. Despite being across from the hospital and not including the two fire trucks at 2am we only heard one ambulance during our stay and my youngest enjoyed looking out the big windows at all the goings on. The books to read were a nice offering. Master bedroom had 3 mattress protectors including a fully encased cover. Impressive big plant in the loungeroom. Unfortunately it was the lack of cleanliness that really let this property down. The kitchen floor was very obviously not mopped and the cupboards and appliances hadn't been wiped wom for spills and fingerprints with a thick layer of dust on top of every drawer and thick dust Bunnies behind bed heads and furniture. Fridge full of crumbs and not wiped out. Washing machine had a pair of undies in it. Bedside drawer a vibrator box. A toilet bowl not even cleaned. Manager refused to refund claiming she would have come in at 9pm to deep clean it. Who wants that inconvenience?! Just not acceptable. The place is so dusty 5 minutes on the bed and we all had itchy throats - not good for allergy sufferers! Unfortunately despite the effort on the main bed, the second bed had only 1 mattress protector.that was falling apart, hairs all over the sheets and no top sheet. Manager said the clean duvet cover acted as a top sheet. No good if you want to sleep with only a sheet! We also found a pocket of tissues down the arm of the couch. Poor value for money you rent a placed that feels dirty and lived in whilst also being expected to tidy up after yourself. Makes you wonder what cleaning they actually do between guests or if they just replace towels and make the beds. Nor a family friendly property with no highchair available or suitable chair to attach a travel seat. Port-a-cot was offered but yo ensure cleanliness we were advised to bring our own. Perhaps that should have been a red flag as to the cleaning standard we could expect. Would also have appreciated a pair of scissors to open things.

The apartment was well appointed and met description. Host was contactable and responsive. Apartment was clean, tidy and great accessibility. Wifi was fantastic. Very quiet considering central location. Very good nights sleep! Getting keys back/out of garage was a little tricky (not a huge issue but a little clunky). TV was hard to stream to/ didn't have easy connection options (still useable and had access to several streaming services). Door onto patio from main living room was hard to use (minor minor issue). Mobile reception was a little poor due to thick walls.
