- Tarkan (8/5): - Akyaka’ya ilk gelişimiz. Yeri çok merkezi. Odalar geniş ve temiz. Mutfak çok büyük. Plajlara uzak ama sessiz. Yataklar biraz sert. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

- Linda (10/5): - We booked XOX at the last minute, after our plans for elsewhere fell through. So glad this happened as XOX is fabulous. We booked it mainly because we needed a washing machine and balconies to dry our clothes but there are so many other good reasons to stay here. It’s close to cheap restaurants, cafes and grocery store and, though it’s on the main street, you can’t hear any noise from the bedrooms. Everything is ultra clean and you have loads of space to relax and unwind. It’s terrific!

- Serdar (10/5): Merkezi konum ve konforuyla tam memnuniyet - Otelin konumu harika, karşısında Migros var alışveriş için ne ararsanız mevcut, ayrıca sahile yakın yerlerdeki gürültüden de uzak. Pencerelerin izolasyonu gayet iyi ve sokak gürültüsü neredeyse hiç gelmiyor. Salon ve odalarda klima mevcut, ayrıca tüm odalarda banyo mevcut. Biz tek aileydik ama iki aile de rahatlıkla bu apartta kalabilir.

Great location in elevated position and next to a variety of shops: grocery, drinks, delicatessen, patisserie, two cafes a few steps away. En-suite showers to two bedrooms on 120 sq meter apartment, very secure building with keys to main door and high security lock to apartment selected. Plenty of light from four very large patio doors. Views to street activity, mountains and a little of sea in far distance. All the space you need with two settees, dining table. Additional toilet. Marble and wood flooring. High quality spec. Cleaned to perfection. Full size cooker. Dish washer, washing machine. Any problems are referred via the Turkish spoken receptionist / maid who can pass you on to ownership team who do speak good english. Would happily use again. Cleaned to perfection. Disposable slippers, water, on arrival. Other than no microwave or toaster, a TV that only has Turkish channels ( radio channel plays quality english music) we had the ideal and very relaxing apartment.

- Daria (10/5): A magical autumn vacation! - Hotel XOX welcomed us warmly and friendly! The apartment was spacious, clean, with comfortable furniture and beautiful interior design. A great convenience is the presence of a wonderful kitchenette with full household equipment and the necessary electrical appliances for a long stay! This is one of the most wonderful places for an autumn vacation in Turkey! In addition to convenience and comfort, XOX apartment offers the unique opportunity to easily and comfortably reach amazing sights such as the ancient city of Knidos, the remains of ancient Kaunos, the beautiful city of Bodrum with its castle, amphitheater and windmills, the beautiful Marmaris with its beautiful landscape, the old town of Datca (Eski Datca) with a breath of the past and calm sea water everywhere.

- ismail (10/5): Mükemmel! - Öncelikle personeller çok güleryüzlü ve sıcakkanlıydı. Bizi girdiğimiz andan çıkış yapacağımız ana denk çok iyi ağırlayıp, ev sıcaklığı verdiler. Konum olarak mükemmel bir yere sahip ve çevrede bir çok cafe, restaurant ve market mevcut. Kesinlikle Akyaka’ya gidildiğinde kalınması gereken bir Apart.

- Bülent (6/5): - Die Ferienwohnung ist groß, geräumig, hat 2 Balkone und hat Klimaanlagen. Auch positiv hervor zu heben sind die Fernseher in allen Schlafzimmern, die große Küche (leider etwas spartanisch eingerichtet und ohne Mikrowelle, es war noch Wasser des Vorgängers im Wasserkocher) und es gibt 3 Toiletten. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, diese wurde aber sehr lange nicht gereinigt. Das Waschmittelfach ist eine Zumutung und Gummidichtungen usw. auch. Bei beiden Duschen läuft das Wasser nicht richtig ab und dementsprechend waren und bleiben sie schmutzig und schimmelig. Im Allgemeinen war es leider etwas schmuddelig, Waschbeckenabflüsse schwarz, Toiletten nicht richtig sauber, Barthaare von den Vorgängern klebten an den Wand Fliesen usw. Die Betten sehen schön aus, sind aber extrem hart. Leider war der Wäsche Service nicht wie beworben verfügbar (seid 2 Jahren).

- Verified traveler (6/5): Very nicely-designed apart, but with loud parties - Very nicely-designed, large and comfortable apart. Objectively, the best ones we stayed in Turkey. Also - good central location close to shops, parking and some cafes. But the negative point were loud drunken parties of neighbouring apartments almost every night during our stay.

The staff is incredibly kind and helpful - I needed to make a change to my reservation the first time I stayed and they worked with me to accommodate change even when they were not obligated to do so. They also were fast to respond and helpful with any questions I had.

- Chie (10/5): Winter comfort - We stayed XOX apartment in Akyaka in December. Rooms are spacious and well decorated. We felt as if we were at our own home.
- savas (2/5): Horrible service - terrible management - Avoid this place if you dont want to hassle with the standard Turkish style cons. The manager tried to get more money from us when we were leaving - although we had already paid in advance on our check in. When we didnt pay him the extra - he threatened us and sent us rude messages after we left. This is a place to avoid unless you wanna get ripped of or you want to get in a fight. True shame that these type of places exist in such a nice summer resort.
