- Nikola (7/5): Celkově na jednu noc přijatelný hotel ale má velký potenciál pro zlepšení… - Kasino je velké a na své si přijde opravdu každý. Velké zázemí pro poker a výběr turnajů. Pokoje jsou čisté, poloha taky dobrá. Na recepci jsme čekali přes hodinu ve frontě, protože naprosto nelogicky se tam každý musí registrovat do kasina a vyplňovat zdlouhavé formuláře. Pouze dvě recepční nemohli stíhat takový nával lidí.. to by se podle mě dalo udělat líp. Pouze jednorázový vstup do bufetu nám přišel taky dost zvláštní. V jiných hotelích s kasinem je bufet neomezený po celou noc… když někdo hraje celou noc poker apod tak jednorázový vstup je nekorektní… taktéž aby ubytování hosté museli platit Wellness zvlášť jsem zažila zatím jen u horších hotelů. Hlavně když je tam jen malý bazén a tři sauny 🤦♀️

- Christian (7/5): - Zimmer war super! Minibar ebenso! Personal im gesamten Hotel inklusive Casino sehr schlecht! Ein netter junger Mann war dabei, die weiblichen Bedienungen alle ohne Lächeln im Gesicht und nahezu abgehobenes Verhalten. Echt schade! Wir waren zu fünft und jeder von uns hat dies bemängelt das Mimik und Gestik in 8 von 10 Fällen vom Personal sehr schlecht war. Wir haben uns nie wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Bis auf die Zimmer, die waren echt super (Suite).

- Cornelia (5/5): Passend nur wenn man hauptsächlich wegen des Casinos da ist - Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet. Es war ruhig. Gefühlt hat es überall nach Rauch gerochen. Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Wir waren sehr erstaunt, dass wir für die Nutzung des Spa und Gyms extra zahlen mussten. Das hat uns nicht gefallen. Das Wasser im Pool war sehr kalt. Zum Casino mussten wir ebenfalls Eintritt zahlen, obwohl wir in dem Hotel gewohnt haben.

- Tom (3/5): Disappointing... not much poker action outside of the big multi-days tournaments - Not much to be honest. The food at the restaurant buffet included with the 10Euro daily entry was terrible. Didnt bother using the option past the 2nd try....drove down the road to McDonald's instead

- Sandra (7/5): Schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Saubere Zimmer, leider ohne Ausstattung. - Super Lage zum Casino. Trotz der Unterbringung im Nebengebäude waren wir in ein paar Minuten Fußweg schnell im Hautgebäude. Große Zimmer mit geräumigem Bad. Alles super sauber. Es gab keine Möglichkeit im Zimmer den Koffer abzustellen. Man musste ihn auf den Boden legen. Außerdem gab es keinerlei Sitzgelegenheiten. Kein Stuhl oder Sessel. Man musste sich auf das Bett setzen. Alternativ dazu, wäre es schön gewesen, wenn es wenigstens einen Aufenthaltsraum geben würde. Diesen gibt es leider nicht.
