There is common kitchen with several tables. Towels are free. Beds are comfortable, AC inside the rooms. Shower and toilet in good conditions. The property is cleaned several times a day. Personnel is friendly. Price/value: great! Recommend it! No windows in the bedroom.

Me encantó la terraza con una vista impresionante y también el lugar de entretenimiento- Sinceramente si tengo la oportunidad volvería y repetiría mu estancia en este hotel.
- lara (10/5): Cartagena una scoperta - Posizione vicino alle attrazioni turistiche, pulito, camera con letto confortevole, aria condizionata, asciugamani e sapone, cucina pulita e attrezzata, struttura abbastanza nuova, reception molto cordiale e possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio al check out. La porta della doccia si chiudeva in modo difficoltoso.

Viajé con mi familia y nos hospedamos en una habitación familiar, con cama de matrimonio, litera y baño, y la verdad es que estuvimos muy bien, los colchones cómodos y la habitación muy limpia. Y por supuesto, los toboganes son un puntazo para los niños. La localización muy buena, se puede ir caminando a todos los sitios en unos 10 minutos. Nada, me gustó todo

- Sophie (9/5): Clean and comfortable stay in a great location. - Very close to the train and bus stations, and a <5 minute walk to the main streets with restaurants, bars and museums. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe. Very clean with everything provided for a comfortable stay. Excellent, friendly staff. I didn’t get to try the slide but it looked very fun! Slight smell of drains in the shower.

Die Lage ist ok, die Tachterraase ist ok, angesichts der Umgebung auch die beste Wahl für eine Freifläche. - Die Schließfächer sind zu klein für Gepäck, eigenen sich maximal für eine große Handtasche, mehr nicht. Dadurch stolpert man im Zimmer überall drüber weil es zu klein ist. - Dusche ist zu klein, keine Ablageflächen, es gibt keine Möglichkeit Kleidung trocken rein oder raus zu bringen, man muss sich am Gang umziehen- SEHR unangenehm wenn man im 4er Dorm mit 3 Männern liegt. - Es gibt keine Frauendorms. - Klotür ist wie aus Papier, nicht dass die anderen Gäste sie geschlossen hätten. - Luft ist unglaublich muffig (keine Abluftvom Klo oder der Dusche), stinkig und feucht, da man das Fenster nicht öffnen kann. - Sozialraum ist auch im Untergeschoss, also wieder keine frische Luft. - Gäste sind eher am UNTEREN Ende des sozialen Spektrums, ebenso die Nachbarn.... - Im 4er mixed dorm hat man überhaupt keine Privatsphäre wenn man im oberen Bett schläft- kein Vorhang. Ist garantiert nichts für alleinreisende Frauen. - Licht hat man nur, wenn man die Karte stecken lässt. Ist schlecht wenn man alleine reist und mit fremden ein Zimmer teilt.

- Michael (7/5): Good hostel, but need serious work on enforcing quiet hours. - - steps to train and bus stations - 2 stoves, 2 microwaves, 3 fridges, kettle and a lot of supplies for cooking in the kitchen - guests left a lot of food too. Like sugar, salt, pasta and spices - seems to be in quiet part of town and no street noise (but loud guests at night) - hot water with ok pressure (not running out) - rooms / corridors / doors were in good renovated conditions - wi-fi was fast and reliable - mattress was 7/10 - there is high end restaurant in hotel next door with great business diner prix fixe for 30€ with paella+++ - steep uphill climb from main street (take stairs or go around by pawed street next intersection) - shower head need either cleanup or replacement as only one mode worked fine - door to shower would not fully open due to damage from moisture - staff did not enforce quiet hours at all. We happened to stay at the same time as group of 20+ teens and they had party until 3-4am both nights . This should not happen.

- Valerio (5/5): - La sala de estar me gustó. Habían niños en la habitacion de al lado de día y se escuchaba demasiado. Mala insonorizacion, por lo menos de noche se estaba tranquilo. Las literas tiemblan, son como inestables. Si te mueves, mueves al vecino de abajo. El baño y la ducha de la habitación son muy cutres. Se escucha a los vecinos de arriba que están sobre una plataforma de madera cuando se mueven. En fin...

- joanj (9/5): I wish there were more hostels like this! - Perfect hostel stay with my own private room, bathroom and balcony with a view for $40 per night. Very clean and Staff was nice. Kitchen had everything you need. There was a large supermarket within walking distance on other side of University.

Forse affiggendo dei cartelli si potrebbe migliorare, ad esempio: luci spente e silenzio rispettoso dalle 24 alle 8, niente conversazioni telefoniche. Oppure ovvio: chiudere la porta del bagno mentre si utilizza. Il lavabo in camera è solo disturbo notturno e poca intimità soprattutto nelle camere miste.

- Laura (8/5): Buena ubicación para visitar la ciudad - Es un establecimiento funcional. Muy bien ubicado, bastante cerca andando de los principales puntos de interés turístico. Dispone de una cocina comunitaria, que no puedo valorar porque no utilicé. Se aparca más o menos bien en las calles de alrededor. Ofrece muy buena relación calidad precio. Bastante adecuado. La cama es cómoda, pero se oyen todos los ruidos de las habitaciones de al lado y pasillo. Pero lo más molesto era el ruido de un sistema de calefacción que al menos en mi habitación se oía por la mañana pronto, un ruido muy molesto para mi gusto, especialmente por la hora. El ruido del sistema de climatización (creo que era eso).

- María Ángeles (5/5): - Me gustó que está cerquita del centro andando y el trato del personal, muy agradable No me gustó la habitación, se aprecia la falta de mantenimiento y no estaba muy limpia. Cogí una manta y estaba sucia y el aseo y los accesorios también. Las camas con colchones muy finos que se hundían.
